Has inept and under trained staff. They do not need to be left alone without a manager to supervise them. They have no information or do not care about having information about the store. I’ll drive to the grocery store from now on, no more dollar general!!

Usually have a good shopping experience at this store with friendly associates and good selection of product but this Sunday morning I walked into this store and so no one. No customers except me and no visible associates. I found what I needed and went to the checkouts. Had to use the little squeeze toy to get assistance. Apparently this kid who works there was sitting in the corner behind the checkouts. He appeared to be totally disengaged. He never greeted me nor did he thank me . I asked him if he was Ok and he just mumbled. I could have ridden out of that store on a bull elephant and half the store's merchandise if I wanted. I know these stores run on a shoestring budget but at least have someone there who appears to care.

AMAZING CASHIERS AND WORKERS.. WEEKS AGO I CALLED CORPORATE AS THEY NEED TO FIX THEIR CASH REGISTERS.. EVERY TIME I GO IN THE REGISTERS CRASH AND THEY ALSO DONT ACCEPT OUR DIGITAL COUPONS..I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK CONCERNING THIS ISSUE..IM STILL WEIGHTING ..CORPORATE GET IT TOGATHER.. THIS MAKES THE CUSTOMERS THINK IT THE CASHIERS FAULT .. ITS NOT THE CASHIERS FAULT FIX YOUR SYSTEM..FIX YOUR DIGITAL COUPONS ALSO.. THIS IS POOR UPER MANAGEMENT... CORPORATE YOU SHOULD B ASHAMED...

The store is always unorganized. I didn't see any employees until I went up to the cashier. The sign that says "MASK'S REQUIRED"! I went ahead and wore one anyway. This is getting ridiculous. On the positive side, the employee that helped me today was very nice.

This store has always got what I am looking for with a large variety of options. The employees are always nice with awesome employees such as Aaron, Kyle, Breanna, and Leslie. They are always friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

Location is close by with a shortage on choices of needs n wants. Needs to be stocked as well as other DG stores. Updated on 5/2/18. Since the store recieved a new manager, things in this store is improving alot. Still has some items that needs to be ordered/restocked though. Manager is open and willing to take customers concerns and suggestions.

I work for Dollar General in Kiefer and it's one of the cleanest stores around 4 close towns, even our customers come from the other towns because it's the best one to shop at.

The store in Mounds,Ok. is almost always out of stuff floors dirty and always hiring. I live in town so it's cheaper to run down the street than run almost 20 miles into town, but its getting to be a real problem to get anything.

Messy store, empty boxes everywhere, parts of shelves were broken, one employee was "dying" to leave. Got what I needed and left. Wont be returning.
