I hardly shop there, but when I do the customer service is always very good. They seem to always have nice things on sale especially what I’m looking for work out clothing. Overall the store has a nice selection a little bit of almost everything you might need and for the most part at competitive prices. They also price match, but only with other brick and mortar stores though that might have changed.

Visited Fort Sill for work once again. Was delightfully surprised to find Pokemoto in the food court of the Post Exchange. I believe I ordered the Hawaiian Bowl. Beautifully served and adequate in price and servings. Great flavor, freshness and of course fast service.

I went to visit the Optical Shop to pick out some new frames. Had a coupon. The technician/sales person is the same woman that helped me on my last visit. She is awesome to work with and she found me a better deal also! Really great experience again! They have a great selection. Also stopped at Lyn's Lumpia food truck. OMG good food and service!!! Found out that they come to Duncan also! Really great visit!!! Saw elk on the grounds too. Really cool.

Prices have gotten steep, but everywhere has. Lots of variety they sell everything here, from clothes to household items to furniture. On post. But it is a good place to get everything you need for military recipients and / or spouses.

Nice place . Good prices are a lot of items . But not on clothes decent electronics department. Check out their shoe department. Decent prices.. the mask mandate is changing . Wearing a mask is optional now

This Exchange has come a long way in the last few years, they have done a lot of remodeling. It’s not a bad location the remodeling has made it better, but it is still too small for the amount of people that it needs to serve. Inside the mall in addition to the exchange there is a barbershop, GameStop, Patriot Outfitters Tactical Gear, Optical Center, Optometry Care, Fort Sill National Bank, GNC, Mickey Maker Grill, Subway, Taco Bell, Charleys Philly Steaks, T-shirt Store, Styliques Salon, UPS store. With the exception of one or two time all the staff has always been very friendly and I have had no complaints in that regard. I only give this Exchange Three Stars because compared to Ramstein AB or Osan AB it’s hard to compare.

I cannot bring my family here on the weekends. The Soldiers lie and steal in front of the staff, while berating and belittling older retirees.The Soldiers here clearly have no discipline or sense of fear of the NCOs that walk around.

Staff isn’t so bad and this place is always stocked. Although their business comes from recruits primarily so expect a lot of young military in there buying odds and ends and loud groups. Other than that it’s got what you need to prevent a trip to Walmart albeit prices are a little higher than Walmart.

This is a nice little place to shop, prices are not to bad, just really small, which that within its self is not to bad, the problem is on the weekends, when trainees are there. I go there with my wife and kids and these troops have no common sense, and act as if they have never been out before, they can be rude, dirty, and obnoxious. With no accountability for their actions. To make matters worse they do not have any leadership with them to keep them in line. The PX is a shopping center, not a jungle gym or park.

Just has the rudest customer service in my life. There is clearly NO curbside I called and sent information on website. Yet no one came then I went in at 18:01 ask for help and had the rudest older women at customers service I have ever met. I will NOT be going back done with fort sill rude service. I earned this right to shop on post yet these people act like everything is a inconvenience to them over it. Worst service I ever see out of a army post worst !!!

I have recently updated my rating after buying a washer and dryer from them. The price was good as well as the quality and warranty of the product. We got a discount on top and the ladies at the service counter were nice every single time. There Military star card comes in clutch, especially for those with families.

Nice selection of places to eat and get your hair cut and get eye glasses. Nice stores to shop in and the PX has a nice selection of African American hair care products. There is also a gun sales shop in the back of the PX.

Great shopping center when you need to get stuff for yourself or your barracks. Great selection of stores and restaurants, but the food court isn't always in tip top shape, but what can you expect when there are like 2k ait students walking around at all times. In conclusion love this place, would try again.

Service Reps extremely friendly, experienced and helpful. I wanted some 9mm ammunition and low and behold they had had some ammunition. They also have good selection of handguns and some ammunition. Also good selection of accessories. Has lots of other items to buy. Must have military or retiree I'd cards. In front of PX is food court.

DO NOT USE ALTERATIONS SHOP! I had 3 OCP tops done. All needed name tapes, rank and badges sewn on. The price was $89.00 which I was happy to pay. Upon coming back a week later per the vendor. The sewing job on the rank was really bad. When I questioned the work I was informed that that is how they do it! I ended up having to come back later to pick up one of the tops because they didn’t get all the hook & loop fastener off the uniform.I would have thought that an alterations shop on a military post would do better work. I wasted $89.00. There are lots of alterations shops off post and I’m sure there is one that does better work.You’re welcome!
