In this store, lately, some items that were safely processed for sale are ruined (milk not tasting good, bacon not firmly sealed, etc., etc.), vandals stealing right under cashiers' noses (cases of soda broken with individual cans missing or strewn aside), and the lack of extra personnel to make sure that the store is spic and span.This is a bad sign for sheer carelessness and lack of communication and somebody has got to set things right.

Everyone in Fort Gibson is friendly & they were here as well. The store was clean, organized and items were easily accessible. Products were reasonably priced & easy to find.The staff was friendly efficient and always eager to help. The curb side appeal is nice. The parking lot is clean and free of debris etc; The product that was on a rack/table outside was more organized than most Dollar Stores. The employees of this store were some of the best I've encountered at other Dollar Store's & deserve a raise for jobs exceptionally done. Thank you Guys, I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Dollar general always has what I need. I rarely go anywhere else because this place has everything! Whether it's candy or laundry detergent, shampoo or cute toys, dollar general has you covered! Theres also a surprising variety of medications and baby stuff. The employees are always kind and friendly! You always see a smile on their faces. :)

Well stocked, clean, friendly associates. You can always tell in dollar generals if it's a store with a good manager or not based on how it looks. This store looked great!!! Cleanest one I've ever been to. They had several people working and everything looked like it had just been stocked and straightened up.

Not bad prices and love the new store and it seems to always be much cleaner and organized than the old location. I give them 4 star's simply because they are out of what I buy sometimes and also they quit carrying Powerade Zero sport drinks and only one flavor of Gatorade that has a lot less sugar and neither of those would be a big deal but since I'm a diabetic I can't drink the regular drinks. If they'd start carrying the sport drinks I mentioned, then I'd rate them 5 star's

Gentlemen that took my call in was also working window at pickup was best employee I've delt with there in a few years. He was very upbeat and professional. Didn't realize they forgot my salad till I got home 15 miles away, reason for 4 stars

This location has a large grocery selection with fresh produce. Compared to other Dollar General stores this one was very clean and not cluttered with overstock sitting in walkways.

Always very friendly and knowledgeable staff, on the other hand they do not have "ethnic hair care" section at this BRAND NEW location, there are enough of DG around, strategically placed so I know someone is doing their research on the demographics of these communities. Anyone with a "ethnic hair type" has to drive into to the nearest town to buy hair care products and that is not right Dollar General. Do the right thing, good business 101.

Dirty, disorganized. Have signs up that say masks are required....EVERYWHERE....but few were following it, even the workers ignored the requirement. Drive a little further to Woodall, it's a better kept store.

Prices are good but there is always a problem with inventory. Yesterday cashier was more concerned with talking to customer then a quick check out. Only one cashier and line was backing up..

Employee crystal was rude and hateful and acted as tho we were disturbing her. So we left then decided to return for what we wanted an wed deal with another employee. The 2nd employee ( didn't catch her name) was wonderful. Chrystal doesn't need to work with the public

This store always has empty shelves. You can't get down the aisle. The workers are always outside smoking and setting in lawn chairs.

Always a super long line, yet you can see at least one employee standing outside smoking. I understand you need a break, but when there is 10 customers in a line your break can wait.

Two ppl working the whole store and there is always a line backed up halfway through the store. And between the 2 workers only 1 will run a register at a time. The worst misbehaved cashier's and rude to top it off.

Bought ITunes gift card they didn't activate and told the cashier I didn't need the receipt. Went back within 5 min manager said I don't know what to tell you even though the cashier remembered me. Lost my business.
