They are Awesome, it takes me forever to shop, and the employees in there have always treated me with nothing but kindness, I won't shop anywhere else for those things because of them! So maybe corporate should give the employees a raise and some praise for the way they treat there customers I mean if they are the reason I go there, I'm sure many of us in our small town feel the same way as I do, Thanks for always treating me with kindness guys!♡

They make sure they keep everything sanitized and everything that you pick up or don't want goes back to the right spot and the last time I was in a family Dollar the cashier at the desk that's how our day was and also they're really nice they make sure everything stop and when you need help on finding something they tell you what aisle to go on

The staff here are very friendly! Very helpful. The store is remodeled and looks great, aisles are free of clutter and there is a wide variety of merchandise. I go there to shop when I'm in the area. If you haven't been in there since the remodel I suggest you do, store looks amazing.

Newly renovated, it's much easier to navigate through this little store than in the past. They now have refrigerated and frozen food products which is very convenient. I was very disappointed that they did not renovate their entrance as they do not have automated doors and it's difficult for an elder with a walker or someone with a scooter to enter and exit the store.

By far worst experience i've ever had at family dollar. I realize that we went in 5 minutes before closing, but that is no reason to be rude. I had some food items for my food stamp card and a pack of sharpies. I needed to pay for them separately and the older man emplyee starting slamming his fingers down on the register in front of him. Besides the fact that all through looking for what we want hes reminding us of the time. I will not be going back. Horrible customer service..

If I could give no stars I would. No one knows what they're doing and when you ask a question they point in a direction instead of helping. As well as everyone not knowing how to answer the phone. I've been calling the past hour straight and no one has picked up.

The people who work here are nice, but the store had become really junky and jumbled up. Merchandise is spilling into the aisles, stuff picked over, common items not available. I was really disappointed. I walked out with nothing that was on my list.

this store is seriously the nastiest store in the town of Eufaula. the staff is absolutely terrible, especially the manager (tall red head). I heard her making fun of an overweight customer after they asked where the cookies where and laughing about it to another employee. It was utterly disgusting, I will be calling the cooperate office. Never stepping a foot back in this store, which I sad because its the only place around her I can find a certain OTC medicine at. Would rather make the drive 40 miles away to get it. Absolutely disgusted with staff, and the look of this trashy trashy poor ran store.

This place has everything and it's always fairly priced! I found the most gorgeous giant mirror for my bathroom for $12 and saw one almost identical at Walmart for almost 50
