Excellent on all counts. Friendly, fast service, comfortable dining area, delicious food.They aren’t stingy with their all-you-can-eat catfish and it comes at frequent intervals. It’s delicious, but even better are the hush puppies and slaw — both made from old family recipes.I wish they had an option for a 2piece dinner, since there’s no way I can eat $20worth of catfish on my own, but I can understand why they don’t; because of the few people who would order the cheaper option and then pillage the plates of the others who chose the all-you-can-eat option. Those few ruin it for the rest of us!We prefer to go to Cosby’s during off hours, because we’ve heard that this place gets crowded! Very highly recommend! And make sure to tell them how much you like the hush puppies.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. The moment you walk in the door, you are met with a cozy atmosphere. Very quickly. You are greeted by friendly staff.We ordered the all you can eat. Catfish and we were not disappointed. The tomato relish (I think that is what it was called) is complementary and is so very good. It is hard to find a good coleslaw but there's is at the top of my list. The catfish is done with a light golden crispy coating, not greasy at all. The hush puppies were delicious, actually hard to stop eating.I would highly recommend this restaurant and can definitely guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful place to eat, they have all you can eat Catfish filet Servers family style. You get French Fries, Coleslaw, hush pupies and Tomato relish included. Everything is all you can eat.The service is amazing, you feel like family as the owners still work here. The atmosphere is really cool with a fireplace and old signs. You won't be disappointed it's the best restaurant for miles.

Love this place been going for the past 5 years now and always great food and great people. Got to know the owner and sit and talk about it when her mom and dad owned the place. Very beautiful scenery on the drive to and from this restaurant and it feels homey right when you walk through the door and greated with warm comferting greetings. Everyone treats you like a friend here and i recommend this place to eat the best dang catfish you've ever had!!!Parking: Theres pretty much parking all the way around the building and if your riding a bike they don't mind if you park between the picnic tables great place great food and good parking for all vehicles.Kid-friendliness: They love kids especially if your a regular and they get to watch your kid grow with you. My lil one decided to get out of his chair and run around and they didn't mined at all. Was very watchful of him to make sure they didn't run him over and even giggled when he decided to run away from me and i had to chase him. Very family oriented and caring people.

4 of 5; the prices are a tad steep for a diner of its kind. I do not eat tartar sauce because I prefer tasting fish. The catfish was delicious without having being overly flaky and the breading held very tightly to the fish. Not once did we bite into a mudcat which often happens at smaller diners of this kind. The french fries were nicely done and not hard or too crunchy. We loved the key lime pie but it is so thick you will feel full quickly. The chocolate lava cake was rich, moist and delicious. This is a kid friendly place which is a very important factor for us; we have a 7 year old and an 3 year old.I recommend this place to catfish lovers. We will.most definitely be going back.

This place has a comfortable home like feel as soon as you step in. They sell some fun things up front and will take you to your seat. The menu has a burger, a steak, some sides, and deserts but really the main attraction is the all you can eat catfish and accompanying sides. Once again that's all you can eat fried and wonderful catfish, homemade original recipe hush puppies, pickled green tomatoes, fries, and coleslaw. They give you your own bottle of tartar sauce and catchup. None of that stingy little plastic cup at a time stuff here. The food comes hot, fresh, and delicious. They asked me if I wanted to take some with me which is rare for an all you can eat place. The servers seemed proud to be working at a locally owned place of renown. All in all you are in for a unique Oklahoma meal that will mark your Grand Lake experience in your mind. Next time I come I have to remember to leave room for dessert cause they looked awesome.

This place is a hidden gem! We were there on 7-5-17. The staff was attentive and efficient, real home feeling to the place, plenty of antique's and relics to admire while enjoying your food, notice I didn't say waiting, they had our food on the table in 10 min.The flavors were down home and taste like the cook made them with love. The catfish was amazing, Cole slaw was sweet and hush puppies made me want the recipe.

Ate here today for the first time. Was a little disappointed that catfish only came "all you can eat." However, no complaints on the food. Five large, fresh, never frozen fillets came with hush puppies, green tomato relish, and coleslaw. Everything was delicious.Attentive staff gave us excellent service. I didn't need any refills and ended up with a take-home box. My wife's hamburger looked good and she said it was perfectly cooked. If you like catfish and are in the area, try Cosby's.

Husband liked, good. I wasn't able to really eat for was a bit dizzy & nauseous, wouldn't let us share plate. Didn't eat, just a bite for taste & only deducted couple $dollars off for two plates...guess I should have sat in truck, but he said very good.

Food was great but be prepared to pay for more food than you want. We traveled out of the way to get catfish. Was disappointed that the only offering for fish was all you can eat at $21.99 a person. They have a “child’s price” but no Sr meal.They have other foods than fish but we went to eat fish so didn’t spend much time looking at the menu. As I was checking out, they did offer that you could take left overs home from your first plate.The staff were friendly and helpful. The resturaunt was clean. I’d give it a five star if they offered some more options for fish other than “all you can eat”. Not everyone can eat all the food that comes with this offering.I recommend eating here just be prepared they only have one fish option and it’s not cheap but I guess eating out isn’t cheap anywhere these days.
