I went in on a Saturday to buy a laptop HP. I was there trying to get some help and no one made any move to help me. Final I got someone to at least talk to me. He said he would have to get someone else to help me. I waited another 10 minutes before finally got some help. They had what I wanted on display but none in stock so they had to order it at a higher price. Finally a manager got the price that was on sale ordered. I asked if they set it up and they said they do. Just talked to them and they said it would cost $110 to set it up and they needed it for 3 days. They lead me to believe the set up was part of the cost of the computer. I will not be doing business with them again!! Poor Service!

Best office supply shop in town. My favourite parts about Staples are the price matches and the rewards programme. It's also a great place to work and the management is excellent! 😉👍

I had to buy a couple of new lap top computers and Becky Diaz and Jeffery went above and beyond to help my wife and I understand all the operations. I can't think of a better place to do business with Staples for all your needs and supplies.

I went into Enid Staples on 8/21/22 to pick up a stamp I had ordered online. There was only one guy working entire front of store and he was busy in printing area with a customer. Customers were beginning to stack up, so I walked the entire store looking for available staff. Finally 2 people that I passed by and never would have though worked at the store came to the front. I really wish Staples would go back to the red shirts instead of having employees in Jean shorts and tshirts. Hard to tell who is a customer and who works there.

They carry certain items that are not available in our town. Other than that they are overpriced, unorganized, dirty store and ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE REQUIRED TO WORK THERE. Disappointed this is the only option in our town. The employee didn't have anything that identified him as an employee. I asked him if he works at Staples he rudely replied "No, I just like to pretend I work here." This will be my last visit to staples because of this interaction. I will just purchase items from Amazon from now on.

Thank you, Staples for saving the day on a print order today!!! My original plans kept changing... And suddenly I was in a bind to get a print project finished. Staples print team came through for me, so that I could come through for my client! They were so kind, too. Thank you, Staples crew!

I came into the store on a Saturday (which by the way has no organization to it at all) to find some sort of L shaped corner desk for my office. I had clients coming over and was expecting to have a somewhat professional setup when they arrived. After finding they did not have the desk I wanted in style, they ordered it through their system and advised me it would be shipped to the store by Tuesday. Arriving Tuesday at the store around 5pm, there is no desk delivered. I was told by the manager "if it wasn't here today, it will be here tomorrow". Well TRACKING this order was to no help. Every day it showed "no shipping information available", and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday I was at the store or on the phone with customer support trying to track where my desk was. I received the runaround from EVERYONE from the Customer Service support to the store manager. "Its shipping through UPS" "NO its shipping through Beaver Express", with phone call after phone call tracking these false updates as to where the desk was. Obviously it was lost in transit somewhere but Staples looked at me like I should be the one to figure out where the hell my package went.I'm EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this store and would not recommend it to anyone. This experience has permanently ruined any chance I have of shopping with Staples again.

The manager and his staff are beyond awesome. We've always been taken care of well at this store. Today we made a purchase and didn't realize that we received the wrong item until later that day. When we returned to buy the correct item, we found that it cost quite a bit more. The mistake was made on the part of one of the staff, but I wasn't paying attention either. They gave it to us for the price we paid the first time, and I don't feel they really needed to. This store has earned our loyalty. If there is any item I need and this store sells it, I'm buying it there, even if there is a deal on the same item somewhere else.

Went into this location twice today and couldn't get anyone to help me. The first time I stood there and tried to get the attention of the group of staff that stood in a group as I watched another customer stand and wait at the printer counter. The second time my husband talked me into going back because I really needed a new printer. He then witnessed the non-help that we got. An associate came over and informed us he was not able to help but would get someone else. As we waited he came back twice to see if we were helped and seemed irritated that no one had came to help us. He even said he wasn't sure why no one had came over and requested assistance for us again. We finally left and went to Walmart. They were actually very helpful there. And I will say, this is not the first time I've recieved this type of in-service from this Staples location! They definitely need to retrain their associates

I went by Staples this morning at 8:30. The hours say they open at 8 a.m., however the door was locked. For the last 4-6 months this store has been a complete mess. I went to purchase a planner in September for 2019 and was told they had them in the stock room and they would be put up within the next couple of days. As of two weeks ago they still did not have their planners up. Staples need to make some changes.

I love Staples. They have every single office supply you could ever need Plus office Equipment Des computers and so much more. They can even you make stamps for you and business cards and take care of just about all of your business office needs. If you're looking for a great place for office supplies, come to Staples.

Who knew it cost $1 per page to scan a document? Type in an email, hit one button, cost me $11 to scan a contract. Will not do any business with Staples ever again.

This store is severely under staffed. The cashier went to the back to find a chair for the customer in front of me and left me standing at the register for nearly 10 minutes. I saw three employees.

None of the tech guys know anything about Apple products. I've bought multiple office supplies from this Staples and anytime I ask for a product that is kept in the back, it's an inconvenience and always act annoyed.

Their print department is slow. I placed an order this morning and when I called to check on it in the late afternoon, they said they could only finish it today for an additional 30% up charge.
