After eight days of hard work, my co-worker and I were driving home from Lubbock to Wichita when the transfer case in our work truck shelled-out around Perry, OK very late on a Saturday night. We’d already driven 6 hrs, we were exhausted and at the mercy of anyone who would be willing to wake up and help us out. Stanley’s came out promptly and Brian was a saint. He was positive as soon as he rolled up, conversational, quick, safe and professional at close to midnight. He hooked up to our truck and drove us all the way back to Wichita to dump our vehicle at the shop. Then, he was gracious enough to offer to drive us to my house that was well out of his way. He could have said that dropping the truck was the end of the line for him at 2 AM, and we were SOL. I’ve dealt with many wrecker services in the past, none as excellent as Stanley’s. The entire time, throughout the drive, even when he wished us well and said goodbye around 3 AM, Brian was as sharp and amicable as he could be—and he still had a 2+ hr drive back to Enid! I wished I had cash that I could have tipped him, but I don’t carry cash and my company covers all fleet expenses. All this said: Stanley, please extend my/our appreciation to Brian with the gratuity that I couldn’t give him and you know he deserves! He’s an asset to your operation or any operation. My car would not start and I was 2 hours from home in Enid on business. At 7 1/2 months pregnant, I was definitely stressed with the present situation. My roadside assistance from my insurance paired me with this business and the driver got to me less than 20 mins. It ended up being my car battery & the driver gave me the jump I needed. He was quick, professional, and very kind and understanding of my stressful mood. I was very grateful for this company and their quick rescue & professional attitude. Definitely recommend!

On Friday June 2, was heading to Purcell Ok for a softball tournament from Kansas. There was a deer, i think it was a deer on the highway in pieces. Could not avoid it, hoping it did not hurt my car, but got a flat tire out if it. Try to make to the shell station 10 miles from when my tire was going flat. They told me to call Stanley's the guy was really nice and one of his trucks was heading north and saw me on the side of the road. He came back and helped me get my lugnuts off. The drive was very nice and very helpful. I can change a tire, just could not get the lugnuts off. Great company, Thank youService: Tire change

My wife and I hit a deer a couple weeks ago. It was dark and our car was disabled. It only took Stanley's about 45 minutes to get a wrecker out to us, even though we were 30 minutes west of Enid on 412. The driver was kind - he let us put our very frightened, 70 pound, nine year old dog in the truck with us. The driver also kept a conversation going as he drove us to town. Which helped calm our frayed nerves. We highly recommend them.

Extremely expensive for a tow around 200 miles. Would be free for an insured vehicle by a auto insurance company. My truck camper got damaged and they did not offer a discount or even say sorry and when confronted, tried to deny it. I dont think ill ever do business with them again.

This is the only wrecker company I use. I've tried others in the passed and none of them want to work. I guess the other companies are rich. Everyone I've ever dealt with at Stanley's is very nice and professional. They go above and beyond the call of duty. If you ever use them you will never use another wrecker company.

Price reasonable. The phone person that I talked to was friendly and very helpful. The driver that towed my vehicle knew his job well, met me at my vehicle in a decent time frame after I called, did a good job parking my vehicle in the spot i asked him to place it, and was pretty friendly.

The Lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional I had to call Rodney, because she didn't want to help me. However Rodney went out of his way to have my ac compressor pulled and gave me advice on installing... Rodney was very pleasant, professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Im from out of town and had my car break down on me in 100 degree weather. I went home and left my key with my friend, who hadnt gotten the key to my car when the gentleman was ready to tow it. He had great communication and was not bothered at all to have to return later in the day to get the key and tow it. Unfortunately i dont remember his name but he alleviated a lot of my stress and was very kind. And it helps that it didnt break the bank!

Very glad I did not need their service as the receptionist was exceedingly rude. She sounded annoyed and confused by basic questions concerning rates and services. No one calls a tow truck when things are going well, and Stanley's would do well to invest in training of their frontline help to assist potential customers in a kind and caring manner.

We do not recommend these thiefs called them out to get one of our trucks out and they quoted us 600 dls 15-20 min job it took them when they got done they charged us 1,300 dls 150 for fuel surcharge highway Robbery I do not recommend using them at all

I called from a little truck stop when I got locked out of my car. Middle of the night and the lady who answered was so hopeful and very polite!!! She went above and beyond. and she had the wreck on the way within minutes then when the wrecker got to me the guy was extremely nice and helpful and he worked til he got the doors unlocked and wasnt going to give up ! I huge thank you for getting me, my 2 year old, mother, and 80year old nanny back on the road fast !!

Tom and Casey were awesome. Had to send 2 trucks cause the insurance company gave them the wrong vehicle information so they sent too small of truck to tow a 36' diesel pusher Motor home. Had to bring in a bigger truck to tow us. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The insurance company and their third party contractor screwed it up and will not be getting a good review from us. The guys were very friendly and professional. Thank you Tom and Casey.

They do great work! All their vehicles are well lit witch is great for roadside safety and makes you feel comfortable in darker areas. Also very efficient when working with first responders on accidents. 5/5 all the way!

Dispatch woman I spoke to gave worst customer service ever, it was awful. She had her mouth so full of food and chewing on my eat that I could barely hear her. She was rude and constantly interrupted me between every other 5 words and refused to give a confirmation number. I waited 2 hours! Over that period I called 3 times and spoke to the same woman who then yelled and said she doesn't know if a truck was sent because she works dispatch. - isn't that what dispatch does?!?Called another towing company and they were there within 10 minutes.Called one final time to hopefully have her cancel whatever truck MIGHT have been on the way, and she started yelling and acting nasty.. I finally hung up and she continued to call back half a dozen times just to scream at me for informing her that I don't need their services.Never wasting my time with this company again

Our Truck broke down and Tom came to get us. He was very kind and nice. Totally professional and quick as it was freezing. He towed us to Freightliner and then took us to a conveinance store and to our Hotel! He didn't have to do that, just being a good guy! Thanks Tom at Stanley's!!!
