I used Jumbo’s to prepare a meal for a birthday party expecting 15-20 people to attend. Jumbo’s deli knocked it out of the park!!! First, they stayed in communication and called me several times asking questions to make sure they provided what I needed. Secondly, the food was out of this world! I ordered the brisket and that was all everyone talked about! All the other sides were amazing! Lastly, there was zero hassle!!Great job and thanks for the awesome food!

Good store but their delivery service is bad. Last time I had groceries delivered I only got half of what I ordered until I called and complained. Next time I had something delivered it came 3 hours after the scheduled delivery time.If you order from walmart, you get an email allowing you to rate your order and give feedback on the experience (btw, I haven't had any problems with Walmart). No such rating or review system with Jumbo. You just have to take whatever kind of service their delivery guys dole out, with no option for feedback.

Amazing place to visit! The deli is to die for! Huge variety of everything! Bar-b-que Spare Ribs and Babyback ribs were awesome! I had to go back the very next day to get more!You will definitely be able to satisfy whatever you are craving here!One of the better places visited here during my stay!Service was fast and great...everyone was knowledgeable and friendly! Perfect combinations!

We tried the Thursday night steak night. The steak didn't taste bad, but was very bland. The steaks were also under cooked and after being sent back to cook longer. They were still under cooked the second time. We ordered a medium and a well done 8oz Sirloin. By the time the steak was back the second time the vegetables and toast was cold. We will not be going back.

Well I ordered a cake from jumbos west to be picked up on 10/2/21 a blue cake with green on it that was supposed to have a baby lion, baby elephant, and baby giraffe on it and this is what I got!Blue and yellow with ugly ducks and the word welcome spelled wrong. 😡When I talked to the manager he said what do you want from me other than to say im sorry?😡😡My dad picked this cake up for me so I had no idea it was so messed up until it got to my party and it was to late to refuse it .

Great local grocery store! They have a large produce section, a nice bakery, a floral department, and many other things available. The hot deli food is usually pretty good and they have a nice salad bar. Great place to shop for groceries!

My wife and I ordered a cake for our Daughter, it was a swirl cake with strawberry filling with whip cream icing , the strawberry filling had large amounts of half strawberries *as seen in the picture * ,we ordered a print topper wich looked photo perfect and the mario and Luigi carts were race-able , functional toys our 4 year old daughter was ecstatic.The cake was delicious,everyone was happy . Hats off to the bakery dept.

MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE.Worked here for about a month, gerald/patty hired a new manager for the deli thats running EVERYONE off. I did there smoked meats/BBQ and they wouldn’t even let me do my job right all it is people is reheated food from 2 days ago. Nothing is fresh. Hopefully roxy, there new manager’s “inconsistencies” show more soon that way they can replace her. So if your trying to find a job that can just help you out with some extra money you’d probably have a better time on only fans.

Jumbos bakery is awesome. They did a beautiful carrot cake for my husband's Birthday with his picture on it. Carrot cake was so good. Thank you so much he loved the cake it was fantastic. 5 plus stars hugs

So disappointed by the food I ordered from the deli for my Christmas party. I asked for brisket & received some mystery meat. It was disgusting. Sides were cold. I was so embarrassed to say the least. Spent a good amount of money on this & I'll never order from them again!

I absolutely can not stand checking out during the evening with the kids working. I was checking out and the guy checking out in lane 1 and the girl with they key for selfcheck out were too busy flirting and displaying pda to do their job. Another woman and I waited had to wait for them to Finnish flirting before we got helped. At one point they were pretty much nose to nose. Please hire an adult to work nights!Please!!!!!

Favorite place in Enid to grocery shop at! They carry a WIDE variety of all sorts of things. They have a delicious deli w/ soup/salad bar & fresh made sushi, a beautiful floral department, they even have a pharmacy & a little wine nook (which also carries cigars). Their produce is top tier, and they have organic produce & products through out the store. It's the only place I will buy my meat from as well with good pricing & good quality. I love that Jumbos is local, they carry local Oklahoma-made products & they have amazing customer service! Managers there are awesome & so caring! Check out their weekly or weekend ads or online for their deals. Shop local & choose Jumbos! ❤️

Prices are a lot higher but the staff is so friendly and helpful. I haven’t met a rude staff member ever. The management is awesome also. The meat department is a huge highlight, great cuts of meat from steaks, chicken, and pork. They have their days when they are really busy but not bad and I’ve never had to fight getting down the aisles because they were blocked because of stocking.

Prices are a little high, BUT, the store is very clean organized and they seem to have everything stocked well. The customer service hasn’t been super great, but it’s not horrible either. Just no one seemed to be happy or really smile or greet you even with a nod or “Hello”.Edit: Since I originally posted this I have been a few more times. The staff has been a bit better those few times which is great! I am going to keep my old review though just so it is out there and honest.

I just went there today around 2 pm and I wanted to say thank you to the girls that helped me at the check out line at cashier one! I know I was probably in their hair too long due to my ignorance, but these girl deserve a raise and if they can't, please let me know. Also, I want to say thank you to Colton in the Fresh Produce area. You guys have an awesome business and amazing employees. Keep up the good work and happy holidays! 😊

Some of the prices are good.. as far as some people being on EBT not having others to help them, having disabilities, or not having transportation; I don't give any stars. Jumbo's doesn't offer EBT online for Curbside pick-up or delivery for these folks. It's sad that other stores do and Jumbo's does not. They might want to reconsider this. I won't do shopping at these stores after learning this. JUMBO'S I HOPE YOU TAKE NOTE AND CHANGE THIS. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION.

Apparently they don't know the difference between stew meat and tenderized round steak, or round steak and country style ribs.Been shopping there for years but I'm seriously considering going elsewhere.

July, 2021I've lived in Enid for 3 ½ years now and honestly Jumbo's used to be one of the BEST supermarkets here in Enid but now one of the worst!Turned from having awesome service to poor service, rude employees and supervisors. They do not care to help what so ever!! Especially the deli “Supervisor” Patty. She was very rude, not helpful what so ever, disrespectful and not only giving the customers attitude but the employees at the deli as well! Just COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. It only takes ONE employee to mess up and loose many ​customers!Very disappointing.​Not only just that but the prices here are exaggeratingly high.100% do not recommend.I know that I won't be visiting Jumbo's ever again for sure!

This is a good place to shop for food but I can't recommend their pricing. I have looked at several items vs. Whole Foods in Oklahoma City and Jumbo Foods is always more expensive which I think is a bit ridiculous. They have good produce, a large selection of other grocery items, the store seems to be clean and well maintained; but I just can't recommend their pricing it is ridiculous when you are more expensive than Whole Foods.

I haven't been here in years, as I had moved out of the area. This store is so clean and organized and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I found some items here that I couldn't find anyplace else around here. I was impressed with their meat department, so I will be back for meat for sure. The deli looked delicious, so I want to check that out later, and the meals looked good as well.

Excellent food for grocery store, great customer service.UPDATE TODAY 7/26/2021I want to update my review today and if I could, I wouldn't give a single star. Today I visited this grocery store in Jumbos Supermarket on Willow and was mistreated by a clerk supervisor called Patty, who called me a liar few times and treated me with disrespectfully and arrogance because I have a complain about a item that I have paid for in the last few months without issue.This situation happened in front of other customers who were there, I asked for a manager but she never called him. This action by this employee says a lot about management by placing an insensitive and unprofessional person to offer good customer service to their customer. For these obvious reasons, I and my family have decided not to buy a single lollipop in any supermarket or business managed under Jumbo Supermarket and I do not recommend them to anyone. Nobody deserves to be treated like this.

I was in here a little before 5pm on 2/26/23 & The lady at the customer service desk would not cash my check, that wasn’t even $300. She wouldn’t even let me give it her, just kept saying she wasn’t doing it. That’s really odd to me so make it make sense!

I've never seen a finer establishment. More options that are systematically uniformed, always tidy, with great service. You can't hardly find a single item that isn't pulled to the front and faced neatly for easy access. They have a special place for my pregnant wife to park, and even offered to take her groceries to the vehicle for her. Unbeatable service.

We found everything we needed and it was priced really well. When I checked out I asked for cash back and asked for $20, and that I needed 10 dollar Bill's. The lady was very nice and she gave me a 5 and 15 ones without blinking an eye. This is how you treat customers, WalMart!

Always good hot food. You know there was a lady complaining that Whole foods in OKC is more affordable. First of all we are not in OKC. We are in Enid Oklahoma as customers. I'm not sure about the rest of you, but I'm not driving clear to OKC just to grocery shop at this store she talks about. If it's the same one I'm thinking of, I'll take OUR store over that one. At least Jumbo foods doesn't smell like a wet dirty mop, displays are clean and food doesn't have dust on it to include the fresh vegetables department! I'll take OUR Jumbo Foods over her nasty store hands down! The employees take CARE of their customers at ALL times! Her store, the employees there act like you don't exist at all. If you couldn't tell, I've been to the store she's talking about. Jumbo Foods rocks!!! Lady, if you don't like or live in Enid, go home or move somewhere else. Enidites love their town and I'm one of them!

Very competitive low prices with a wide variety of brands of excellent quality. The deli is great with deli meats and cheese. They have a huge selection of there hot case to eat your lunch and dinner there, very delicious. From smoked meats like ribs and chicken. To home made dinners.
