I was in retail for over 40 years. I know retail. I have never been so impressed with a store. Huge, spotless, and beautifully merchandised with a vast array of unusual and the usual items. All shelves are so packed and neat it seems as if they have never had a customer; it all seems brand new and untouched. All of the employees obviously care; everyone is just busy working, but not so busy that they don’t have time to greet and smile at customers. All flooring is shiny, all light bulbs are lit. The store is cavernous and contains thousands of shelves and mid-aisle displays and has so much to look at and inspect. Obviously well managed. Even the bathrooms are immaculate. What a gorgeous place!

Overly religious nonsense shoved in your face. Never have a good Halloween selection. I just want craft supplies without constant religious music playing. I want my crafts without their religion and politics please.

I go there to buy my stuff for crafts. Beads,threads,ropes,paints, they have alot of unique stuff. I like Hobby Lobby.

They do not sell anything with a skull/skulls on it at Halloween..so dont ask lol... friendly staff ,enjoyable shopping atmosphere, clean bathroom ,ask to order somthing if you cant find it or its out of stock at the register, easy teturns with reciept. 5🌟

I find Hobby Lobby to be a wonderful place to buy craft needs. They don't disappoint. The quality always exceeds the price. I cannot speak for the folks that work there, but as a Christian organization, and as a retired teacher/manager, I fully understand many of their rules, and have never once, seen an employee talking on a cell phone. Thanks.

Toast was not cut, apparently just put on the grill. Bacon was not just fried, eggs were ok. Service aslso was mediocre, though know they were busy. Need more customer service training. Server did not return my change, so she got more than 20%.

They are having their store wide clearance sale. I had to stop in and get some yarn, for my collection. Lol All this yarn was $17.30. I went back a few days later and got more. I got so much more. I figured my savings from the sale and I ended up saving $166.30. I couldn't pass up the savings. The staff at my Hobby Lobby are nice and friendly. They help when you need it.

Went in for several things to finish a project as a pricing question the cashier was rude so was the other person standing just a ways off because one of the things I had came off the shelf that said 50% off I didn’t put it there but someone Who work there had apparently stocked it because there was several of that brand on that end cap but their customer service just royally sucked. No one even offered to walk back and look so I left about half of the stuff I was going to get on the counter and took what they had already bagged and rang up. Never had this problem there before normally everyone’s super friendly and kind and I have posted other reviews saying just that

Not sure what forcing your employees to keep their phones in a locker and refuse to allow them to have water bottles nearby. You act like they’re not adults and they don’t have a life outside of the work place. Let’s not pretend you actually hold everyone to a high standard when you can even get asked if you need help finding anything down an isle. We get it, Matt. You’re the manager, so glad you’re stuck on a power trip enjoying yourself, but you need to understand your employees have to take care of their livelihood 24/7, not just on their day off. Someone higher up needs to come in and whip management into shape because they’re too busy being classist as if this is highschool for them.

Enid has a fantastic Hobby Lobby! It’s huge and selection is great. And as with the majority of Hobby Lobby’s I go to the service is fantastic. The check out ladies are always nice and friendly.

Very unfriendly store , I probably came face to face with at least 10 employees and not one smiled , said hello or offered assistance. Must be a bad place to work . I had heard they were among the highest paying retailers, certainly not evident in the attitude of their employees...

I like the huge selection and the very neat and clean store appearance. I always find great items to purchase & the store music is pleasant.My only complaint is: the employees are very UNFRIENDLY. 😔 They don't smile or make friendly conversation with the customers. It really takes away from the shopping experience at a nice store with a wide variety of pretty home decor. Too bad the employees & mgrs don't show customers any kindness, or even a smile. I wish I could have given the store 5 stars, but the employees do Not make me feel welcome when I shop there.

This is why I'm always hesitant to go to Hobby Lobby, they need to start scanning their products because I'm ALWAYS charged the wrong amount because what they type in or charged for more than the items I got! I just left there and something told me to check my receipt because it was adding up, so after I left I went thru my receipt AND sure enough the little girl with glasses at the register charged me for 7 of something when I only got 5! And this isnt the first time, but I already left so they prob wont believe me. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING. I will not be going back. Robbing people is not ok.

GUYS....WHERE do I begin with this store??!! WHO CAN WALK OUT AND BUY NOTHING?? WHO I ASK!!?? because you have WAY more self control than I do!! Staff is SO friendly!! I absolutely LOVE every time it gets closer to fall time....THE DECORATING IS PHENOMENAL!! Yall are just AMAZING!!
