Harbor Freight offers a tremendous selection of tools and accessories. I use them often, and as I am now back at the hobby level, their miter/table/jig saws are not only adequate, but of much better quality than they offered years ago. You get what you pay for, and there is plenty to get.

I've always said that it is not whether or not you have a problem, it is how they handle the problem. I had a problem. I had to wait 2 months for some tool boxes. This was frustrating for all of us. At the end of the day, the staff at the store came through for us. So, 5 stars.Thank you.

Good place to shop for random tools. Like their paint brushes here and the reward club seems to be worth the price you pay - at least according to my husband. Staff is usually pretty helpful and store is clean.

Bought a generator with extended warranty asked if returned would I be charged restocking fee was told NO tried generator and didn't work got a second one and it did not work returned it and was charged 94 for restocking fee was told if I kept it over 90 days I wouldn't be charged restocking fee but they still charged a restocking fee. Worst company for a return WONT EVER SHOP AT HARBOR FREIGHT AGAIN. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND WAS DENIED

As soon as we walked in the door a very nice woman asked if she could help me find something. The item wasn't on the shelf. She called the back room to double check. That wasn't the end. She tried again to find what I needed. She asked the back room to check stores within 100 miles. Noone had the item but the outstanding customer service was worth the visit.

I was trying to articulat what kind of driver I needed to an employee and she said that she wasn't stupid in quite a rude manner and then basically told me it's somewhere in the store the tools are cheap pieces of junk and I will never walk foot in one of there stores ever again

Nice prices. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. When we went last time we didn't know how to describe the type of tools we needed to the sales associate who was helping us. She did follow us out to our vehicle so we could show her what we needed it for and the showed us where they were kept

People wont take care of customers instead of telling me it is on whatever line. I ask can you show me where. Exactly it is. At times they make a face but will help you whenever they have help. Seems there's only two pple working only on such a big store. Great prices but they don't take care of customers. Constructive criticism is what is needed to make this store a better store and happy customers.

Besides the prices being low , I can go in there and find tools I thought never existed!! I was ecstatic!!! The help no matter what they are doing will stop and help you find what you need or tell you what you need to fix it !!It’s a great place I wish it was bigger so they could carry more they need more room to carry all of the lines of things they carry !! I’m happy with them that I want a bigger store !! And the help is awesome!!!

I personally love this place it's like a kid in a candy store. I always had luck with all tools and their reasonably priced. Got to sign up for coupons saved 6 dollars on 2 items

Harbor Freight Tools is a great place to find the poor man's Snap-On tools. They offer many tools. They also have different tool grades. You can choose the cheap version of a tool or their higher end tools. They also offer outdoor tools and equipment. If your on a budget and need a tool to get you by I highly recommend going to Harbor Freight!
