#1 reason to stay here. Chuck at the front desk. He was so kind, accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. He needs a huge raise. He makes Hampton look good!! I'm loving the stay. Really Chuck should train everyone! Thank you so very much Chuck. It could have been bad but you made it good (our bad circumstances). I'm gonna use the hog tub tonight.

I've stayed here now 8 weeks straight and the staff has never once not been helpfull and working extremely hard and long hours. Rooms have always been Clean and everything was comfortable. If you come to Enid and need a nice shower and bed this is your place.Safety: I have sat in this parking lot for hours a night and never have I seen anything shady going on.

I called several hotels in Enid and couldn’t get clear information. I called Saturday morning and happened to get the general manager, Kristie. She was amazing. I was able to get all my questions answered and rooms booked. Thank you Kristie!Nearby activities: There were many food choices close by.

The rooms are pretty small. The bathrooms looked gross because of the mold on the caulking around the tub, shower, handles, and soap holders. Due to work, I have been there 3 times in 3 weeks, stayed in 3 different rooms on 3 different floors, and all 3 rooms had the same mold issue (my company did not give me an option). The breakfast options were very minimal. Lucky enough, they are close to many restaurants. They are in a great location and their staff was really nice. Carrie was very friendly and informational. She always greeted me with a smile.

The rooms are dated . The furniture stained. The walls needed wiped in areas .The inside of the toilet had hard water stains and some black mold visible under the rim inside and some pink and black mold in shower. Also the front of the toilet needed wiped. The bed was okay. Breakfast was good . Overall though if they fixed these issues I would stay at this hotel again because I like the location and all the staff were really nice

Frequent traveler and worst experience. Front desk complained about having to work 8 days straight and was overbooked. I checked into room 322 and the room smells dirty. Air conditioner never got cool. Bed smelled of severe body odor. Bed super old and hard. Itched all night like being attacked by small mites. Couldn’t change room because sold out. Started business day exhausted and sore. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Sat at the front desk to get keys…. no one showed up.Went back later to get our complementary water as diamond member…. no one showed up.Actually don’t think any one works the front desk.Room is clean though… TV is to small for the distance from the bed… As Loyal Hilton members…. probably would have broke that to stay down the road.

Carrie at the front desk made our check in a breeze. She was so polite and accommodating for all our needs. Our room was great with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options each morning of our stay.Rooms: Very spacious with everything you need including mini fridge.Nearby activities: Lots of eateries.Walkability: No sidewalks in Enid. Not the most walkable city.

Overall it was a alright experience. Until we spoke to the manager. She made excuses for the concierge that worked the day before. Carrie was her name. She was on the couch watching tv as we came in. Was very disgruntled while checking us in. Breakfast was good there were no tongs for the bagels or muffins. I thought that odd. There wasn't enough water in the hot tub. The jets were shooting water up and out of the hot tub.As soon as we walked into the room, all the lights were on and the air-conditioning was on 64 very chilly in the room. When I shut the bathroom door there was a large sticker from someone's clothing stuck to the door. The bed was very comfortable. If we were cold there was an extra blanket in the closet.

I never do a review, but this time I'm going to do it because the receptionist was so friendly that I think she deserves to be recognized, my family and I stayed one night we went to enjoy a little of the hotel pool and when we arrived at the reception to check in she was very friendly she looks like her work and made us feel like one important guests my daughters were delighted with the treatment she gave us and made us spend an excellent stay I don't remember her name but we checked in on a Friday around 5:00 pm I guess she is there at that time

This hotel is a great choice in Enid. It’s close to everything and very convenient. Chuck (front desk) and Kristy (manager) bent over backwards to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They made us feel very welcomed. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is very clean. Thank you Chuck and Kristy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cassie and the staff were so good to our family after a miserable camping weekend gone wrong. They welcomed us with open arms and went above and beyond to make sure our weekend vacation was memorable for the right reasons. The pool area and gym were very clean and well kept. Breakfast was tasty. We really appreciate this and will remember it next time we are in the area.

Amazing location! Everything you need for your stay is super close (Walmart, food places, mall, etc). Having a guest laundry room was an amazing perk and great to use after coming back from the salt plains! Super clean rooms, helpful staff and amazing breakfast options. We also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub with the doors open so we had a nice breeze inside. Probably one of the best stays I’ve had in a hotel.

It's cheaper and way nicer than the choices down the street which I wouldn't go to if you like your stuff and need new pets .I would stay with these folk In any major city if it was availableSafety: This place is safe and have great dog accommodations.

The front desk staff is bringing this location downhill. During our stays over the past year (twice) the front desk associates seem uninterested in doing anything other than provide a room key. In the past the front staff and Trish in the breakfast area were fantastic!! Wish they were back.General maintenance and room cleanliness continues to be very good!We have been going to this location since it opened (4+ years) 3 - 4 times a year.

Honestly, it was pretty clean except our bathroom shower didn't drained well. I asked for a different room and was told there won't be one until midnight. I'm a patience person so I waited. I was able to transferred to a new room before midnight but then the bathroom sink didn't drain well. However, I didn't mind it. Overall, front end service customer service aren't friendly and are lazy.

For the most part the hotel experience was great. The room could have been a little cleaner. During this unusual times of covid, I understand that it ids difficult to find anyone who wants to work and if you do they seem to do just enough to get by. I would recommend this hotel and my overall experience was above average. The office staff was friendly and the lobby was nice and clean.

Update: received reparations from the manager for the lack of breakfast. New staff on board. We'll definitely go back again. Thank you to the GM for being professional and making things right.I would normally give this hotel 5 stars and I cannot blame the desk staff that the breakfast cook showed then disappeared. So, no breakfast, but then the desk person could not reach the manager or owner to find a solution. That's totally on management. Also, our room, facing south on the west end, could hear music all night long. Only the loud AC unit allowed us to sleep. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean.

I am a Diamond member of Hilton, and I have stayed at many Hilton hotels across the US. So my stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Enid, OK, was not the experience I would have expected from the Hilton Brand.First, the staff was professional and listened to my concerns, and did their best to accommodate me to resolve the issues. When I arrived, I was not informed that the cleaning staff was still following COVID protocols and that they only cleaned every 3rd day unless requested. When I asked about this, they gave me roundabout answers, and then I pressed and said that no one was wearing a mask and nothing indicated that the hotel was following those protocols, so they apologized. I did see a stay 6 ft. apart flyer at the entrance to the pool and gym. I also had to go down and get my towels and shower gel more than one time.Next came the wi-fi. They have a horrible layout for their WAPs. The room I was in could not even pick it up. I kept getting a move closer to the source message. I called the front desk and they gave me a number to call so I could troubleshoot their wi-fi. After an hour I got fed up and hung-up with AT&T. I called the front desk and requested a new room of which they were able to do on my second day, wi-fi worked well on the opposite end of the building. The breakfast, while I know it's "free", was horrible. My grandson didn't even want to eat it. The juice machine was down and while on day one they had some OJ and Apple juice in canisters, the rest of the time they didn't even bother to provide that. When asked they said they were trying to get it fixed and get some juice and / or Milk.I gave this 3 stars because at least the staff was pleasant. Everything else about this stay was a 2 star at best. Since I come to Enid 3 to 4 times a year, I will be staying at another hotel while here.

What an awesome stay the rooms were very clean. The staff and digital check-in with the Hilton Honors program made my stay just to easy. If you don't have this program definitely get it and if not the staff will be able to assist you they were great. There is lots to do within walking distance. The amenities was just you will need for your stay.

The location of this hotel is the main reason we stayed. As was the pool and the hot tub. Our room was nice but the beds are like concrete and our AC unit was leaking our entire 4 day stay. While we alerted the problem to the front desk it was never remedied leaving half the room a sopping wet space we couldn't use. The bathroom was decent but the tub faucet was about to come out of the wall. The pool area was dirty. Candy wrappers and bandaids on the deck while the water was filmy with body oil and tons of hair. The staff was nice as were the breakfast ladies which is whom I'm giving the stars to. Other than that, I believe there are better hotels in the area for a cheaper or comparable price.

Comfortable room and very clean. No breakfast employee to provide the included service. We understand that this is a difficult time in the hospitality industry but management should have provided a back up plan, like catering or refunded a portion of our stay. Neither happened.
