The food was warm but not fresh. They were completely out of unsweet tea and wouldn't make any more so we had to select alternate drinks that we didn't really want to consume since was later in the day. There were 2 ketchup dispensers that were empty and they just laid packets around on the counter. The staff were friendly but the service was lacking in the drink and condiments were lacking.

This place is great! Really good ice cream. Classic burgers. Crinkle cut fries on-point and they have a little convenience store where they sell dairy products from their farms and other staples. Come here about once a week. Also love the Jim Varney connection!

Very disappointed in the burgers tonight. The meat was over cooked & my bacon was burnt. The fries were hot & fresh though. It's usually so much better than it was.

OMG! We just moved to OK from TX & had never seen a Braums before, but let me tell u, they have the absolute best dairy products & the absolute best ice cream! We can literally get our little family of 4 ANY ice cream treat we want & it's usually around 12$ TOTAL 😱 and soo yummy! Could u imagine getting put of the other ice cream shops spending 12$ maybe for one person...lol. Love it!

This place is absolutely off the charts. Delicious from the double cheeseburger and the crispy chicken Sandwich with bacon exquisite affordable. Way better than mcdonald's.

Both burgers came out wrong and where I told them I was allergic to what was on it they rolled their eyes at me. It wasn’t even noon and everyone was negative. I understand if you are having a bad day but every single table around us had their food made wrong. Either lighten up or clean house

Always the best ice cream. Had a #1 combo today. The burger looks like it sorta got smaller and the fries were limp and soggy. Not like Braums at all. Lost 8.69 for something I just threw away.

Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy has really gone downhill in recent years. The inside is always dirty. Table tops and floors have leftover food on them. The floor feels greasy in the grocery department. Freezers aren't cold enough to keep ice cream frozen hard and it's often melted around the top and sides when you get it home. You often have to wait to check out in the grocery area until a worker notices you standing there with your items. I have not had a good burger here in years and actually have quit eating food here. Burgers were never cooked the same way twice. Raw one time and burned beyond recognition the next. Fries were always cold. They do still make good malts and shakes, if you don't mind waiting a while for them. Appears the entire place is ran by high school kids, most of whom lack customer service skills or the ability to correctly count change back, and just drop it in your hand with the receipt and tell you how much is there. Braum's milk is still the best around and usually the only reason I still shop here.

As always it's Braum's...what could go wrong?Answer: not stopping 😎Stopped in for lunch and noticed they offered shakes and malts. So we ordered a chocolate malt. And oh my goodness that was the best choice and it was so good.Their hamburgers and other menu items are very well prepared and the portions are very good. No thin meat patties here unlike most fast food chains. The french fries here are excellent and not little strips of hard and tasteless potato product in the shape of fries.Braum's ice cream is to die for. Our favorites are Rocky Road and Cherries Pecan and Cream.They also have the best tasting food and dairy products available in the mini market area.Braum's is like eating a home cooked meal and you don't have to do the dishes.Braum's there ain't nuttin gooder y'all 🤠

We arrived at the tail end of major rush and that meant tables hadn't been wiped off, the drink & condiment station needed attention & our wait was a bit longer than usual. We grabbed extra napkins & sat outside. Our frozen yogurt order was easily modified when then that machine malfunctioned. Overall their crew was amazing given the obvious recent chaos.

I just waited 25 minutes in their drive through to get hot fries and cold cheeseburgers this place is a joke. I suggest you go here if you like getting your order wrong or cold I've never had consistent service here.
