I thought this was a neat local place. The food looked and tasted decent for a burger joint, but I was most impressed with the grocery store within the restaurant. For such a small space they had quite a variety of grocery items, most made by the same company which I believe is a dairy and meat producer. The staff were friendly and helpful but the restaurant's seating area needed attention badly when we were there. Otherwise a neat place to stop in if you're driving by and either need groceries or a burger!

Who doesn't love crinkle cut fries?!? And the ice cream? Some of the best I've ever had! The Mother's Circus Animal Cookies ice cream is delicious. Gingerbread ice cream was unique and awesome, too. Great prices on dairy items in the store. Perfect for a quick bite or to stock up your fridge.

Braums on the East Side is by Far the Best Braums in this town!! I reside on the west side, but I drive to this locale because they cook my Bacon Cheese Burger Fresh!! And cook my french fries Extra crispy just like I Love them. So I dance while I wait in the the parking lot. The staff are polite and exhibit excellent communication skills and customer services!! Now when I go through the drive-thru I refer to myself as the Black Woman with the burnt fries or better yet, Dr. Burnt Fries!! Braum's serves one of the best burgers ever devised - the bacon double cheeseburger! Had another one today on this latest visit. Also got a bag of their delux burgers, fries and three kinds of shakes for our local residents. Mine burger was loaded and came with fries and a drink! Excellent burger and very consistent from bisot to visit! Braums does all their food and deserts really well! Very consistent and always a must when we come through Enid to visit family. You can't go wrong at Braums! Local favorite with locally produced beef and dairy! Can't beat it! My wife and I love spoiling the grandchild and you can't beat their prices either!

I always enjoy my time and the food, however they never properly make a banana split correctly. It's called banana split for a reason. Ice cream is suppose to between to halves of an entire banana. In this case it's at the bottom of ice cream. I will give them F for presentation but an A for wholesome goodness.

Probably the best experience I've ever had at a Braums. We each had a double sundae and a cheeseburger to spoil ourselves after a day of digging crystals at the Great Salt Plains. Burgers were fresh and hot, and the scoops of ice cream were huge! They really gave us our money's worth. The manager was very upbeat and I watched a shift change. The workers had great attitudes with each other and the customers. Wish these folks were in Norman!

Cleanest Braums in Enid! Hubby and I go for ice cream every Sunday evening. The staff recognizes us! The staff is fast, clean, and accommodating. The managers actively work alongside the other employees. Appears to be a great team!

My wife and I and a friend stopped in after a rough day. The manager waited on us and anticipated our needs. When we asked for further things he was quick to accommodate. Excellent service!!

The food is good but if you go you are probably going for ice cream. The staff is incredible, some of the best staff I have ever encountered, hard working, despite being understaffed the food comes out fairly quickly.All the goods are locally sourced, which means everything is fresh. However 3 stars seems fair, due to the ice cream section overshadowing the food section

I can't say enough good things about Braum's, but then again, I am an Okie. Wonderful flavor of beef and the ice-cream is incredible. Their market holds some gems as well, i.e. sweet-cream cultured butter, milk, OJ, fresh fruit and vegetables, wonderful coffee beans, and on and on...

This was our first time since the remodel, so I do hope to come back on a better day for the staff.There was a younger, new person at the main register and they were having a really tough time. That didn’t bother me; what bothered me was the older and more experienced staff was being inconsiderate and not taking the time to show the new person correctly or even meeting customers in the middle.The register at the very front for groceries was great and was trying her best to stay positive, which is important since she’s the first person you see.Unfortunately, there was quite a few people coming in and everyone seemed to have a mistake or problem with their order.Was not the best experience, but I do plan on coming back and maybe sharing information and concerns if there is time!

I went in about 10 min ago and drove home I only live about 5 min away. This is the third time in the last month that the food has been just barely warm. The fries were stale and the chicken tenders were rubbery and all dried out. I called and told the manager about it last 2 times and didn't want my money back they just needed to be aware that theg were serving old food . This time you've just lost my business. The other 2 braums are so much better then this location

My wife and I took our grandsons there after a basketball game and there was one person that made our experience absolutely outstanding. Our server Isabella was the very epitome of customer service, she was so patient with my grandsons and gave them samples of the ice cream to pick just the right one. She went out of her way to ensure that we were satisfied with our order and was a true pleasure. I'm not certain if she is in a Management position but if she isn't she certainly needs to be. Hopefully she is indicative of the quality service that is provided by Braums.

Okay overcooked fries and hamburger was not good and they are still out of 44oz cups seriously they been out now for 8mths does any one in fast food care. Rude employees typical enid restaurants. Learn to greet customers

No joke... Braum's ice cream is absolutely the the best in Oklahoma and in my opinion the best nationally.Braum's hamburgers and other food choices are amazing. No thin slices of meat patties here.And then, they have superb cookies, dairy products and more to take with you.Sooooooo good 👍
