When I first saw the lady man handle a chicken strip with her bare hands, I let it slide. Because, trust me, it could be worse. Then the girl that gave me my food and shakes without saying one single word to me, eh whatever she could be having a bad day. But then to get home and discovering I was eating chicken that wasn’t anywhere near being fully cooked, kind of sent me to putting in this review. I was there at 9:30 pm 11/21…if that helps correct the behavior/issue.

Girl at drive thru tonight was extremely rude and unprofessional, she couldn’t hear me when ordering and proceeded to yell “what!” Then basically threw my bag at me, she didn’t give me a straw so I waited for her to open the window. When she opened it she just starred at me with this look of annoyance, I asked for a straw and she snatched one and handed it to me. I understand it’s hard to get help nowadays because no one wants to work but don’t settle for just anyone because you will lose business!

Just need to be taught proper customer service. The people seem like they hate their lives every time I go through. I never get a just a moment please, any type of smile, or apology when they don’t have what I order. It’s always “order when you’re ready” and “ total at the first window” not even a “have a good day”. I wish the willow location was on Garriott😭.

This is by far the best Ice Cream we have ever had! Such delicious food, great and friendly, polite service very clean. Great prices. Really nice little grocery store inside with high quality goods.

We went to dinner tonight for our daughters birthday. It was NOT a pleasant experience! There was a line but 90% of the tables were empty. We ordered a kids meal, 3 adult meals all with shakes, a sundae, fries, coffee and a drink. We watched half our food sit there ready for 10 minutes. Once we finally got it we found that the food was cold, the sundae half melted with the hot fudge already set up, we didn’t have my yogurt, the coffee, the entire kids meal, one shake was eggnog rather than vanilla and tons of Mayo instead of honey mustard on the extremely hard chicken sandwich. After going back to get our missing food we were given a chicken sandwich with bacon that we hadn’t ordered. The guy at the table behind us said hey I think that’s ours and sure enough it was his. When taking the shake up to have it replaced with the vanilla we ordered and ordering another chicken sandwich hoping it wouldn’t be hard as a rock a 3rd young lady was taking orders and said she would make it herself and be sure to get it with the sandwich.Listening to the tables within hearing distance it seems they had messed up everyone’s orders. Kinda sad to have to switch food with strangers during these times of covid because they can’t get the correct food with the right orders. My daughter found chunks of something like butter in her vanilla shake. My husband tried it and said yes it tasted like butter. I went up and asked if they put butter in their shakes and the older lady looked at me like I was crazy and said no they didn’t.Once home she used a strainer with her shake and sure enough there is butter in it! So… were they upset at us for asking for the rest of our order and to give us the correct food and put butter in the shake to ‘get even’? Who knows. I just know that now my daughter is in the bathroom dry heaving trying not to puke! This was the worst experience we’ve EVER had at a fast food restaurant in Enid and that’s saying something since the McDonalds in the same area always gives us the wrong food or forgets the fries! I mean we just dropped over $50 for some burgers and ice cream and they didn’t give us half our order and messed up all the rest except one meal. I will be sending this information to corporate as well. I had been defending the employees to angry customers saying how they were super busy and it being the holiday season and all. Now I’m angry right along with everyone else. They made my daughter sick with whatever they put in her shake!

I gave this place ONE star because there was no option for ZERO stars. I have never been in a nastier Braum's restroom. Dead bugs on the floor, overflowing trash receptacle, trash all over the floor; counter tops caked with nasty soap build-up. Then when we went to order a couple of shakes, the shake machine looked like it had never been cleaned. We left. Went to Sonic right down the street.

This Sits was absolutely the filthiest I've seen in the Braum's around Enid.We dinned inside, mid afternoon after the Lunch crowd and before Dinnertime rush.No excuse when I see plenty of Employees and 2 in Grocery standing around. 😢Was here for over 40min with wait and eating. The Manager even Came out to the dining area to talk with a friend then back to kitchen, didn't even walk the area.

I've been cussed out in front of customers for wearing a certain college football t-shirt. Today I was waiting for a large order. I understand having to wait. However, when this girl came with another order and delivered it to someone else first. She goes back in and brings me my order saying she didn't have enough fingers.

What's not to love about Braum's?! Best ice cream, hands down! Prices are great on ice cream. Have bought stuff at the Fresh Market inside multiple times for basic grocery needs (milk, bread, eggs, produce, etc).

I was going through the drive through. I told the lady that I was trying to see the seasonal ice creams, but the sun was in my eyes. I was probably too quiet, but she wasn’t trying to understand me and didn’t ask me to speak up. I have difficulty with speech at times and, especially, since my stroke. I said, “I want…” and was about to place my order. She said, “Have a nice day” in a completely flat tone and shut off communication. I took my business elsewhere because she obviously didn’t want it.
