The employees that work there are always so nice, knowledgeable, & very willing to help you find what you need. If they don't have it in stocks they will offer to look online & see if they can get it for you. The store is always clean & organized. For a small hardware store they carry alot of products. I go to my Ace store before any of the other hardware stores in town because they make me feel comfortable not knowing exactly what I need instead of making me feel stupid for not knowing. I highly recommend my Ace Store.

The owner and employees are absolutely terrific. They really know their stores products and are always helpful and polite. Prices are reasonable and the stock is always full. If you need something special, they have different catalogs for you to check on the product and they will special order for you. There's no charge for that service, unlike some of the bigger stores.

Some of the help must have got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. She was much too easily agitated over things that were very trivial. Some people just shouldn't be in the customer service business. Other than that Jerry helped me out really nicely and Carson seem to be doing a good job.

Great supply, friendly staff. They changed the front end of the store so that they have more space to put stuff and it's not as crowded as it used to be. However, the front staff leave a lot to be desired.

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man. That is very true. Over the years I have been in this store many times, buying everything from snow shovels to gas cans. It is a great hardware store, and if you can't find what you need here, you're just not looking hard enough. And if it's snowing outside, you'll probably see me in there again.

I went in Aces to buy paint and needed help. The girl at the register called someone to come up front 3 times. When he finally showed up she never told him I was needing help and of course didn’t bother to assist me . I walked out when I realized I wasn’t going to get any help. Lesson learned, next time I will go to Lowes.

Not terrible. Always really quiet in there which is kind of nice. Still can't help but feel like it's almost obsolete. I only ever go there if I'm on that side of town. Prices are basic hardware store prices. A little more than lowes.

Always out of stock on simple items, they say it's on the truck friday so call Friday after Friday after Friday and never arrives. Putting things off for months is becoming a nuisance. Basic items, if 1 is on the shelf then management/inventory needs to keep/order 4 in stock. And this all started before covid so no excuses, get with the program or you will end up like Kmart, Dillards, and JC Penny's.

Ace Hardware in Enid is a great place to stop in for your Hardware needs. They have everything from acetone to pellet grills. Evan Neal is the manager and runs a very clean and tidy store. Price of item on shelf was 29, at the cash register was 44. Manager seemed uninterested in honoring the posted cost. Perhaps they should take the time to check their shelves like Lowe's does.
