We are so happy! I was looking for a gentle, caring team whose mission is not only to beautify pets, but lovingly help them feel their best during the grooming process. Cooper needed the works and extra care on his feet, nails and face with a shorter first cut for a fresh start. He came back from the spa happy and handsome! Before and after pictures below:

My boy was in dire need of a groom! They made him look like such a handsome gentleman. Also, I should note that I do the mobile service because my dog is so nervous he can't handle the normal grooming process of dropping of early, crate drying, etc. He was happy and wagging his tail from the time he jumped in the van to the moment he was strutting his stuff after. We couldn't be happier with DITR! You guys are amazing! Thanks for taking such good care of my boy!!

Diamond in the Ruff showed up on time and gave my two dogs Brandi and Mia individual attention making it less stressful on the dogs. It was convenient and easy. The dogs looked fantastic. We have a very difficult female long hair “mutt” who doesn’t get along with anyone without ALOT of work. Courtney is the only groomer we have found both willing and completely successfully wash and blow dry her. We don’t even blow dry. Thank you so much!!

Courtney has now groomed 3 of my 7 cats. She has so much knowledge about cats coats and we can tell such a difference.Our cat Nugget is a short hair but she shedded like crazy. After her bath, Courtney got out all of her undercoat and we can actually hold Nugget without wearing a fur coat after. She also shaved down my 20 year old cat and I could tell how much more comfortable Screwby is now that she is shaved. She also got her skin cleansed and you can tell she’s so much happier. I always thought Leda just had weird fur, but after her groom, she is so fluffy!I cannot say enough good things.

They did a great job with Cooper! He was so fluffed out and trimmed very nicely! We've tried a few other cheaper options but the price savings are negated by the fact that Diamond in the Ruff comes to you and does a good job evenly trimming your dog's hair.

12 stars wouldn’t be enough for my experience! This was the first time we’ve had our dogs groomed. They went berserk! The care and patience shown to my doodle duo was beyond professional! I am so pleased with Diamond in the Ruff. We had our 5 year old Airedale groomed this week and she came back looking so clean, cute and very happy! We requested Courtney, who groomed Rosie previously, and everything went perfectly. When Courtney brought Rosie back, it was obvious that she was knowledgeable in Airedale grooming methods and also enjoys her work and subjects. Rosie was pleased and so were we! Omg our German Shepherd looks AMAZING!! We have had him groomed many times over the years and this has by far been the best experience-well worth the cost!We did the deshed add-on and she spent like 2.5 hours getting him bathed and brushed out. When he was done he was so soft and clean and didn’t shed like he normally does after a bath - it’s usually a 3-day shed fest!! His coat looks amazing!!Can’t recommend these guys enough!! We will definitely be using them for a quarterly bath/deshed for our boy since German Shepherds have special coats and don’t need baths very often, just daily brushing.I also want to mention this was a great option since our boy doesn’t like louder grooming spas. He doesn’t mind being groomed at all one on one but having 5-6 other dogs in the parlor at the same time barking and having multiple dryers going at once gets him so nervous and this was a perfect solution for us.I’m still in awe! Thanks a ton guys!

It was very disruptive to the workflow of their business.However, the owner and staff were so understanding.I'm sure it was stressful, but they were true ladies about it. How we chose Diamond in the Ruff and our groomer is a bit of a different story. Our first dog came to my husband and me from his sister (my sister-in-law) in 2019. We weren’t looking for a dog, but she practically forced us to take her. Of course, now she’s our entire world. About 7 months ago, we decided to get a second dog. We thought it would be good to get them groomed regularly since they are both fluffy girls. We searched through quite a few places and lists of groomers. We landed on Diamond in the Ruff. While trying to choose a groomer, we saw a name that hit our hearts to the core. Ally. You see, my sister-in-law was killed by a drunk driver in 2021. Her name was Ally, spelled exactly the same way. It seemed perfect to get our dogs groomed by someone whose name is very dear to us. Ally has been more of a blessing to us than she probably knows. She loves our dogs and cares for them deeply. I 100% recommend her!!!

I absolutely love this service! I have a mini schnauzer who is a handful. I used to take my dog to Petsmart for years and while we enjoyed them, Maddie Mae didnt handle the environment well and became a pill to handle. I switched to Diamond in the Ruff and its a game changer! Our groomer James is soo great and Maddie Mae loves her beauty time with him. Full transparency: I thought this was a bit pricey at first and it can be for certain budgets but it is beyond worth it in my humble opinion. The convenience of handing your pet off at your front door, knowing they're 20 ft away and returned happy as can be is a different kind of peace. Thank you James and Diamond in the Ruff!!

Courtney was our groomer and she did a fabulous job. They arrived on time and were done in an hour and walked our miniature schnauzer back up to the front door. They are a little higher priced than other groomers, because their travel time and expense is built into their fee, but it is so worth it when you have a busy schedule. My time is definitely worth more than the small amount I paid for the mobile service. Courtney was also very careful with Max, spoke with me about which blades were best for him, and obviously had a real concern for his well-being. Highly recommend.

She does fantastic work and goes to great lengths to ensure that Parker is cut the way we like, and he looks emaculate.
