Went in to get a professional medical question answered about certain medication from the pharmacist. The question is: what is safe to take for a pregnant woman that is needing allergy medication? I was told that I would need to talk to the baby doctor (OGBYN) to get the answer that I was wanting. But if you go to WAL-MART or the Medical Center Pharmacy on Radio Road in Durant. They will give you the answer that your needing. The person that I talked to was professional and polite, I will state that. But if your pregnant, regardless of what trimester your in. They might not answer your question(s).

Worst customer service and incompetent staff that I have ever dealt with. They don't answer phones just slap you on eternal hold. Whoever enters prescriptions is dangerous and reckless, they enter wrong quantities and names, therefore insurance denies.

The pharmacists and staff at the Durant Walgreens are the best! They’re so helpful and all so kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!Additional comment: Even though they are always so busy with prescriptions and vaccinations, the pharmacists take time to be helpful and attentive. Someone did an amazing job hiring these kind and professional pharmicists!

I would give no stars if that was a possibility. Everytime myself or ol lady have to deal with the pharmacy u have a lady at the front who don't actually do her job or she will say we will get something started and when u give them 30 mins they still won't have it ready and be like sorry we are starting that now. She refuses to look at the bags off to the side that's ready and all around unprofessional with how she speaks to you as well. Very very rude.

Terra was absolutely incredible handling a RUDE & irate customer this morning (seriously this customer was being a “Karen”.) Congratulations with training your employees on how to handle and diffuse difficult people & situations. 5 stars for Terra. (And to the customer- you need to be KINDER!!)

I visited this location a few weeks ago 15 minutes before closing and the pink hair employee told me in a frustrated tone that they were about to close. My transaction took less time than it took here to arrive at the register to assist me. Tonight (June 9th, 2022) I arrived 10 minutes before closing and the doors were locked. The same pink haired employee and a manager were on duty. They looked at me but initially ignored me. Around 9:57pm they arrived at the door and said they were closed. I asked the manager through the closed door if they closed at 10pm as the sign says or earlier. Her only response was that they were closed and she kept repeating it without answering my question. I walked away as they walked out and left for the day around 9:58 PM.I understand the employees not wanting to stay late and my transaction would have taken 2 minutes or less had they been willing to assist me per the stated store hours.Two things are certain with this location, the posted store hours are incorrect and should be updated and you can expect to be received by unhappy employees who lack some very basic customer service skills. If the employees dislike the job this much you would think they would seek other employment that would make them happy.

The doctors called in the medicine. Go and pick up...well we're out of this until Monday. Okay cool any substitutes? Nope...okay...get home no needles to inject given. Come back and it sat so of course closed.

I called to ask if they had a medicine we were needing and the lady on the phone said in a very rude tone that they have stuff back there but doesn't know what they have. I told her I guess I would make the trip to the store to see if they have it (because she wouldn't go look or have another employee go look) and she said ok and hung up. I got to the store and thank God they had the medicine we were needing . When I got to the register there was a man in front of me, and the lady at the register with the very colorful hair, was very rude to him (her tone and the looks she gave were very rude and she acted very put out that she was having to do her job and same when I walked up to the register. I was in customer service for over 14 years and never ever treated anyone like that, no matter how bad of a day I was having. It's not the customers fault you are having a bad day or hate your job so don't take it out on them. Oh and I don't like giving bad reviews or complaining but when things like this happens something needs to be said.

They might get more business if they had someone to work the check out. Seriously. I walked in, got some antacid, and waited at the check out...I think the store was completely empty. I left it on the check out and left.

Nikki was great! Friendly and super patient with me and my fiancé. She was very busy, but kept checking in with us while we scanned a bazillion photos to be printed. The scanners were soooo slow.

I'm not from Durant.. from the city visiting family. Had to make a stop at this Walgreens for a few items.. the lady who was working at 3:30pm on 10/11/17.. seemed to be extra unhappy with her life and job and couldn't help but throw my items in my bag.. my nail polish especially. Not happy and probably won't go back.

This store is a joke. I made an appointment online to take a flu shot. When I get there, the lady over there told me they ran out of flu vaccine long time ago. Excuse me? This is flu season! Get vaccine in stock! Walgreen ! And don’t display false information online

I handed the pharmacist my insurance card for a flu shot. He said it would be 40.00. I walked out straight to walmart pharmacy, handed them same insurance card.and got my flu shot for 00.00. Guess walgreens guy needed a little pocket money that day. DO NOT recommend walgreens.

New pharmacist doesn't even care about the customers and is rude to them in front of their face. The pharmacy technicians wouldn't bother checking my insurance. I highly do not reckmmend the pharmacy.

After 3 years of getting my medication from an out-of-state dr filled here, I was told they’d no longer fill it with no warning given. It was a new pharmacist and I suspect that’s the issue.

Clean store good pharmacy, sometimes slow to get stock to the floor and you might have to ask for items that the website shows in-stock but are not yet on the sales floor.
