Store closes at 10 p.m. walked in at 9 p.m lady says at the counter ‘hurry up and get your stuff’ we close at 9. When the website says what time they should be closing which is always at 10 p.m Monday through Sunday. Very bad store discipline from managers not teaching their employees how to talk to their customers.

Too bad I can’t leave a ZERO star review. Two employees. One was needing help. When he called for help, the girl that come to assist, complained loudly, for all of the customers to hear, that this was the fifth time she was called away from her break. The store is nasty. All. The. Time. Loitering outside the store make it hard to want to shop there. They bring their bikes and bags and camp beside the entrance . Overall, the rudest, untrained people ever.

The name is Dollar General and there are a lot of items for $1. But I somehow end up spending $100 or so every time I shop there. In the end I got very few items to show for it. I remember back when $300 at the grocery store was a month's worth of supplies. I'd be lucky if $300 lasted a week.

My wife and I were in from out of town. We made a quick stop in here after we left Workout Anytime. Around 6 pm on Saturday, Jan. 28th. There was a very rude lady in line ahead of us, making it her sole purpose to unleash all of her life's frustrations and failures onto the sales lady behind the counter. The sales lady, Donna, handled the situation with grace and professionalism. A true saint behind the counter. Not many could have handled that onslaught with the poise that she showed. A truly lovely lady. Would give her 10 stars if I could.

Love the store and the employees.. the lines get backed a little sometimes and SOME of the inventory isn't always consistent plus the posted hours DO NOT match the actual store hours but other than those minor/mild inconveniences it's one of my favorite places to visit so I'll still give it 5 stars.

This certain store has gotten so much better on their organization. I used to dislike this store very much, but they have definitely improved. The only bad thing I can say about this store is that when you walk in the front door you are automatically hit in the face full force with the offending odor of marijuana. I myself do not smoke it. I have no problem with those who do, don't get me wrong. It's just that it's a residual odor flowing through the duct work in the building and I honestly get a major headache from the smell. I would suggest that someone install a better filtration system in the building.

I was lost and needed to use the restroom and grab some refreshments on my way home and the lady at the register was so nice and super helpful I asked for her name to put in this review. If any DG management reads this Michelle was awesome and deserves a promotion.

Just had the worst customer service here. Number 1. It's always hard to find what I need. No.2 had to stay in line for 45 mins because there was only one cashier that was helping 20 people. The other cashier decided to go on break when everyone was in line . But they girls try hat was at register 2 was friendly and trying so hard she should be appreciated.

With the new management I was able to see how well they done with the store so far it is a 360 keep up with the great work but you need more help then be even better so hopefully that's the next goal is to get more help

This Dollar General is always very clean! The employees are very nice and helpful! You can find great items at great prices and are greeted with a hello and a friendly smile! I enjoy doing business with them!

unfortunately I have to give this store a star, I was standing in line and a worker(ask the employee behind the counter)who isn't on duty at the time preceded to tell everyone in the store that her daughter tested positive for the coronavirus and tell everyone were they need to stand(behind the blue) so basically she's been exposed to it. So she exposed everyone in the store to it, i wouldn't go back into this store, besides its absolutely gross in that store.

New things all the time. Easy to get to, lots of parking. Store is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly. Only had 1 negative staff member and they don't work there anymore.

Good value when budget in a pinch.... only takeaway is occasional long lines at counter which is unpredictable . Employees are friendly and will assist you if can't find a product they both carry and have in stock

Go here often. Employees are always friendly and greet you when walk in even when swamped at the regiater. After seeing all they deal with they are saints. Usually has what I need and they have a bell for service if they are busy stocking.

We are new in Durant Ok. We ran in store to pick up a coke.. it was late 9:55. As soon as we step in store the cashier looked at us and said "you got 5 minutes! " what a welcome..but guess we should looked at our time...Surely there is a better way to say they close at 10.

This Dollar General usually has what we need, any time we stop there. It's good for quick trips, to get what you need easily, without having to treck thorough a big supermarket.

This is the dirtiest Dollar General store I have ever been in. Shelves are empty, very limited product the employees are nice but someone should actually stock this store and work on cleaning the place.

I love the Caddo Dollar store because they love my srives dog and don't give me carp over her coming there store and they are all so friendly and always ask about my dog if I don't bring her in thank you Caddo Dollar store.

We have three DG locations in Durant. I've visited each one this week. Store conditions are horrible in each one. Empty shelves, cluttered aisles and apathetic employees. These stores need HELP!

Store remodels have improved the situation especially on the Main Street store more stock is being added which is a good thing for this store because the shelves were always empty

Had some bumps in the road with my DG coupons and didn't feel like the savings were as good as when I go to a store in Durant the cashier and the manager didn't know how to work with the dg coupons.
