Was bad a few years ago still bad tried 2 weeks ago showed up one person in the parking lot ordered a garlic butter burger an a kids chicken strips then a rush hit an everyone got there food before us an a older lady park next never got her order so she left finally as we’re leaving ours comes out cold! A the burger an everything on it was burnt the dog outside wouldn’t even eat it delayed posting this because they emailed me a said they would make it right got brushed off!

First off...the staff has always been courteous and i dont think thats the big issue. I always buy local when i can. Mainly because the people who work there are out here tryin to make a living and often as not walk to work and gotta walk when they get to work, which tells me theyre not lazy. So if i got it ill tip, they deserve it. But when i get there i usually just see 2 people no matter if it has 1 car or the place is full. Sonic as its set up now requires 3 employees to operate, 2 aint enuf however you slice it or divide the duties. 2 is just enuf to get a bad name not enuf for an enjoyable visit. And i know its because prices are so high the owner cant afford another body. That wont change for another year. Until then, if it was mine, id close at least half of the parking slots. At least the customers who choose Sonic will have a better chance of a positive experience as opposed to the "ill never come back experience". And show up to help if you can. Seems to me the franchise owner would want a great store the most of all. So if ya read this owner, think about it. Thats my views.n

We waited 25 minutes. They totally forgot us and after pushing the button again we waited and waited and waited for them to answer the call. When they did they said oh! it's right here, but it still took five minutes to get outside. Poor service during very slow hours. I would hate to order at 1200.The food was cold when we got it.

I went twice in the last week once thru drive through for food which was fast hot perfect order no wait only thing I would add is ketchup for tots but these days most places you have to ask. Second ordered drinks through app sitting in stall 16 on took about 15 min from redownload of app to delivery of drinks not bad and girl was very friendly.

This location needs some help with time management and answering the ordering light. I usually never gripe but, after pushing the order button to get a large tea I was asked to hold. Five minutes later, the girl took my order. Then I proceeded to wait an additional 15 minutes on my drink. I even pushed the botton again to check on it, the screen finally defaulted back to the non-ordering screen because it was never answered. The drive through is closed so you're forced to use the bays. All in all I spent 20+ minutes and left without a drink.

Took over 15 minutes to have my order taken after watching others come in behind me and have theirs taken only to be brought out an expired coupon for a free item… coupon expired 12/2019 and it’s currently the end of July 2021

I will never go to drumright sonic again to start sonic is way over priced and then they couldn't take any orders for some reason the last time I went they didn't give me my fries that I paid for. I think I need to let everyone know that sonic in drumright is not worth stopping at they couldn't get a glass of ice water right .I had to go elsewhere to get something to eat so I got no stars for sonic how ever I should post on Facebook so someone else doesn't make a mistake pulling in there.i have to give stars to post but whatever it takes

There parking spaces seem to be made widely to accommodate larger vehicles. Menu board was very clean,up to date and all choices were very clear. Pushed button and operator came right on ,took my order and it showed on the screen with the option to use gift card,pay cash,or scan your credit/debt card. They have handicap parking spaces or you can honk or flash your lights for assistance. Food served fresh and hot with ice cold drinks. I'm only giving this place a 2 star rating because the food was mostly hot when it finally arrived. I don't know if they are short handed or what the problem was, I ordered 2 drinks and 2 side items and 2 pretzel twists. Waited well over 20 minutes for our order. Had I not paid with my card, I would have told them to cancel the order and left. I think maybe they forgot to cook the order because they were focusing mainly on the drive thru and not the stalls. Whatever the issue was today, I think it will be a long while before we visit this location again.

People were rude. Service was none existent. Took over 30 minutes to get order. We were on our way to watch grandson play ball so stopped for quick bite. The girl taking order could not understand normal dialog, had to repeat order 4 times and then had to call and just tell them to cancel order but amazingly it was ready when I send just cancel our order and refund my card. Will not go back.

Pretty upset with my experience. I ordered thru the app to avoid waiting forever for my order. It still took 40 minutes for my food and my burger did not have bacon on it that I paid for as well as it was burnt, dry and beyond nasty I couldn't even take more than one bite. What a waste of $50 I feel for that kind of money it should have been edible and not taken that amount of time, not like I ordered a well done ribeye..

They have absolutely horrible service. When there are only two cars which includes your own there it takes them thirty minutes to get out some mozzarella sticks. I just got shakes from there and all of them were pure liquid. If I wanted melted ice cream in a cup I would do it myself instead of paying four dollars for them to do it. They need to get on the ball and get orders out on time.

Super friendly service. Carhops are fast and nice. Usually always have ketchup in their pocket which I like. Food is good and usually always correct but if not they are always happy to correct it for you without hesitation. Prices are ok they have good deals like carhop classic for $2.99 or the yummy steakhouse burger n tots for $4.99 Also have a cool thing on bottom of the receipt if u get a number on the bottom you can go do a quick survey and get a free RT 44 drink

Pressed the button for service, and it said it was active and they'd be with me soon. A long wait later, the screen resets telling me to press for service. I do and this time they answer promptly. The burger turned out to be so sloppy, I wish I had a bowl and fork to eat it with. The onions were raw, not grilled, so I didn't much care for that either.

Went last night for 2 drinks. Sat at the drive-thru window & was never acknowledged so we pulled into a spot to order. I literally waited for 20 minutes for 2 drinks!!!! I almost left, I was so angry. They weren't even that busy but we saw a staff member riding through the parking lot ON THE HOOD OF A CAR and hopping off in the drive through to go inside. I will not be going back for a long time. Ridiculous.

Ordered 3 Jr burgers and 2 tots and a fry. Took 25 minutes to get my order. Said they had to cook it, pretty sure it don't take 25 minutes. Then the car hop was rude handed us our order and walked away like I'm not suppose to ask why it's taken this long to get my order... Oh and then we get our food and the burgers were burnt and hard...It would be different if it was a one time deal but it's been this way for months... Half the time we come in on our way to work and all they can make is drinks because their manager didn't cook isn't there or better yet it's 7am and aren't open because the manager didn't show up.

Pushed button to order. Waited. Watched drive thru cars line up. .10 mins go by and then she tells me drive thru is being served 1st qhile we waited now 15 mins. A car pulls out of a parked spot and goes thru the drive thru while I still sit in parked spot. They get served before I would have.Today service sucked for parked patrons.I drove off. As did the other 2 cars that came in after I parked. Ugh
