I got to this store at 6:05 pm on a Sunday and as I exited my car was told by an extremely rude older lady that "the stores closed" "the stores closed!" . No explanation or sorry had to close early nothing but a rude employee shutting the store down 2 hours early! All the lights inside were left on so it wasn't a power issue. You would think that when a major store loses 2 hours of business they wouldn't be happy about it! And then the attitude towards customers when they closed early. Wow Zero stars!

I went to this Dollar Tree today @ 4:30 pm. I am so mad at the way they treat their employees. They have a young man working there that is deaf and he is the only employee working in the store. I walked around looking for another employee and they could not be located. This young man line was so long it was 5 aisles long I put my stuff back and left. I am so frustrated with this Dollar Tree and a concerned customer. He does his job so well I will be getting in contact with corporate about this matter things have to change at this store.

I went to the DT in MWC they didn't have the colors my friend in Grief had requested. So, I called this store, talked to the assistant manager & she had them all ready when I dashed in on the way to the funeral. I was so grateful.

Rarely stocked - in most things that isn't holiday related, trashy, grossly understaffed (bless the employees they do have as they're horribly underpaid - seriously, you all deserve better). This location is such a pos that it would have been better to keep it permanently closed after it flooded.

It's ok. Usually cleaner and better stocked than the other 2 in the area, and the restroom is usually clean.

Wow, just wow, Del-City. Yall have failed. First of all, come get your sons and find them some rehab. Secondly, fathers stop beating your young children in the store! She just wanted a hug! Sir, I hope your child is taken from you and placed in the arms of someone who will love them and not slap/beat them for wanting your love and attention. I hope you get what you deserve. Peek poor, do better.

Worst , rudest cashier I have ever come across. I went to get balloons for my son's birthday, and everyone I asked for was "out of stock" so I asked her wich ones were in stock, she told me to go over and look myself. Okay no big deal, I went to look while another worker helped me put helium in them, the cashier then yells at me that she has my total, I told her thank you but I wasn't ready yet. She told me I was holding up her entire line, I told her "ma'am I am doing exactly what you yelled at me to do" and she responded, " I have an entire store to get back to". I told her sorry and she was still extremely rude and with a raised voice. So rude, the other worker there was apologizing to me for HER behavior.

Hi all, this place Always has something I want, and most of the time, something I need. Fun stuff, crafts and seasonal items, along with everyday necessities. I like tonight, the first time since nasty Covid, they were able to open additional lanes! You rock Dollar tree!

They have kitchen accessories and Tupperware. Always a good holiday selection to choose from. Usually only one cashier no matter how long the lines get. Good choice for crafting or party supplies.

This location is always closed for one reason or another, i think it might even spend more time close than open for business. And majority of their staff is so rude I don't even know why they don't permanently close this location at this point

One cashier had customer buying over 100.00 worth but not enough money. After waiting 20 min manager opens other register to handle 4 people that had been waiting to check out. She was on aisle visible from the register but was called over twice to handle customer that didn't have enough to pay her and she went back to the aisle while we stood in line

came in to pick up one item over an hour before closing time and there's only one register open talk to the manager she said she had already closed her register out and couldn't even open another one when there is a line of customers trying to check out stretching halfway down the aisle

This location is not as big or as busy as some of the other ones. Only about half of what I needed was in stock (which is about the same as other locations) . I am disabled and rarely get out so it's frustrating not to be able to get everything on my list while I'm there but it seems to be standard for all Dollar Trees. In general I still save money and end up getting most of what I wanted. Customer service and germ cleanliness awareness for both well observed.

Convenient close to home, well maintained and already stocked with back to school display and items. I've watched this Dollar Tree location continue to improve the quality and overall store appearance dramatically over the last 9 months to year. 👍

This dollar store is always messy. Every time I go here there are boxes in every single isle. To the left when you walk in there is an entire employee cart (not the normal costumer ones) filled with products. There’s always a shelf lower to the ground that has everything just put in there. At max there’s only one cashier even though there’s at least 7 costumers in line waiting. The cashier I had last time I went was beyond rude. She had headphones in, wasn’t wearing a mask (the mask mandate was still happening) and she handled my items in a rude and unprofessional way.

This Dollar Tree was a little disappointing. A lot of the shelves were empty. I wasn't able to find any of the items I were looking for. But my 9yr. Old granddaughter found plenty of art supply toys so she could paint and I purchased 2 calendars for next year. Otherwise I had to go to another store in Midwest City to find what I needed.

Nothing better than a neighborhood dollar tree. Not the cleanest one I've been to in OKC, but, I always find what I'm looking for. The employees are very kind and willing to assist. Honestly, that's what makes a place worthy of returning to. So thank you guys! Customer service still exists and you will get that here. Namaste.

Wow!!...45 minutes late! Manage was rude. Didn't mind the long line. Clearly Ms. Patti I believe that was the managers name is lazy! She wouldn't give the one clerk a hand....dispute the line all the way to the back wall! Other than that I gave a two star because the cashier was very nice and patient. P.s. don't order anything online and have delivered to the store. Ms. Patti will take her sweet little time to assist you

Everytime I go in there, the employees are huddled up chatting and I have to wait around for them to choose a register to check me out on. By that time there are several people standing around waiting to be checked out and it becomes a free for all... whoever is closer to whichever register the employee chooses always rushes up.As if it isn't enough already, we all have to wait for the cashier to check their text messages before they start scanning... I end up losing 5-10 min of my day just waiting on people to do their job!I wouldn't be writing this review if this didn't happen more than once... Infact it happens 1-2xs a week that I come in to buy supplies.

Dollar tree was horrible one register and she has a line 9 folks long and the customer with balloons told her to go on and help us. .. they had not yet paid for the balloons then I see two folks in office ones a new girl the manager put her out there not knowing how to log in... now with 12 folks in line .. I'm like manager log I shorten ur line then put the new girl out..DUH... I WAS THERE 27MINS FOR 9 PK OF TISSUE...

There's a few things not in stock, but for the most part, you can get a few essentials like PT or TP, foil, trash bags, quickly here, especially party favors, napkins, plates, etc. As well as greeting cards. Not everything is a dollar, if its big, watch pricing, but most items are $1.

Great place to shop, nice selection of products. Need more cashiers, lined up to the back wall and manager doing something in the corner, finally a customer yelled about getting another cashier and she opened up another lane.

Crowded and picked over but Christmas is next week so it's expected. Employees surprisingly upbeat considering what verbal abuse I'm sure they're enduring on the daily. All in all what you'd expect from a Dollar Tree.
