The store lighting is poor, not nearly as many items as a regular Dollar General which is stupidly confounding since it has such a large space. And the music sucks more than it blows.You had one chance to get it right and you totally failed.

Making customers wait in freezing cold to open, it's 815 and employees are inside moving around and won't come to unlock the door. staff needs better management and proper training. it's sad to see people can't even run a dollar store these days.

So glad we have this little gem in our area of the lake. It is really nice to be able to go grab a few items without having to drive all the way into town. The shelves are usually stocked and everything is clean unlike some of the other locations I have been to in the past.

Each dollar general here is different. Some are messy and some are clean. Some have nice people some dont. They all need more employees.

Greeted by a cheerful smiling clerk. Clean and well organized store. Clean restroom. Happen to stumble on some good deals on beverages and chips. Frozen section was looking a little bare, but no biggie.

Convenience right off hwy. Store is always stocked, friendly cashier/managers. There are no cameras on the side of building so LOCK your car up, as my cell phone and radio. So I now park in front ONLY;

2 stars for this Dollar General not because of the employees because they are always nice and helpful but because of the district manager who will return phone calls. I have had several issues I wanted to bring to her attention on her store but no return phone calls. I asked the employees and they didn't have anything good to say about her. The outside signs don't light up so you can't see the store until you are right on top of it. This has been like this for several months and nothing has been done. I guess someone needs to alert the news maybe it will get fixed then. Take a look at the one in keys just up the road from this one. The parking lot was almost inaccessible due to all the pot holes until the the news was alerted and they did a special on it and low and behold a week or 2 later they were fixing it. This district manager doesn't need to in charge of anything she neglects her stores!!!

Yes the store has been closed ..They were moving to a new location..yes there were people there but they were packing up the store

I feel that the store is a mess and the store needs to be stocked more I feel that it needs to be clean I go in sometimes to get what I need it's not there cuz it's not stocked up I feel that if you need any to have more pride in your stores here it would be a whole lot better shopping experience if it was stocked and well kept and things were in the middle of the way

The reason I gave this store 5 stars, The clerk gave me a good laugh tonight, Sign on register says, Need 1's as in dollar bills, I told him I have a bunch of ones in my truck, I retrieve the ones I had nine 1's and four quarters, should be a 10$ bill right? He took five 1's and said I don't have a 10$ bill, leaving the 4-1's and 4 quarters on the counter and gave me 1-5$ bill in return, again he said I don't have any 10$ bills, I said do you have another 5$ bill? He said yes, I told him 4-1's plus 4 quarters equals a 5$ bill. He looked bewildered and then it dawned on him I guess that 4-1's and 4 quarters equal 5 dollars! LMAO still.

Was passing through on business when I stopped here for a few items. People were very friendly, the store was clean. Would not hesitate to stop again!

Richard Dreiling:I would like to say how happy I was when DG opened in Cookson, Oklahoma. Now I realize they really don't care if we shop there or not. I am a Disabled Veteran who lost an arm and leg from combat. As a disabled Veteran rated at 100% in Oklahoma gives me a tax exemption. A few years back DG sent me a tax entity #2654971 which I have used at DG with no problem until this past year. The last time no one that works there knows how to apply tax exemption. I asked them to try again and even showed them both the state and DG's entity number still did not receive my exemption. I asked why in the hell don't you know how to use the dam register. They said it was DG Corporate's problem and that I should shop some where else other than DG. I do not know if this store doe not like Veterans or just don't care if anyone shops there.
