Rylan at Tractor Supply Choctaw went 1000% above and beyond to help me find a fitting that was needed in middle of well tank replacement. Since temperatures were very cold and expected to freeze overnight time was beyond important . The Choctaw store was out as were all the other Tractor Supply’s, but he found the part for me at a competitor close by. Thank you for your superior customer service!!!!

It's a good place to get Farming stuff like you can get chicks and chicken and also lots of different animals and also other things that you could use on a farm lots of stuff and also other stuff in front of the building like lots of other stores most of the stuff is still as farming stuff and also like animal toys and other things and a check out in the front inside........

Fantastic selection of animal food. I get the big bag of dog food at a very good price. The dog & cat toys are cute, bit pricy but just wait for a sale. They sell chicks and home decor and all kinds of farm animal items. People are friendly, staff is around to answer any questions. The t shirts are hilarious!😂

App shows 7 chicken wire 36 x 150 available. Can't find it. I ask two different people... Oh it is outside they say... I don't find it. Just pay for it and we will help you get it. So I pay for.... They don't have any. The lady tried to blame the "new girl," she should have never sold it to you. Hmm, Interrupt her and tell 2 other people say you have, the computer says you have, and the App says you have it. Maybe instead of blaming some new employee, get control of your inventory. Shop here a lot...won't now.

First time shopping there, I was going for dog flea treatments. Many options were available. The store was clean, organized and nicely air-conditioned for that hot day. My favorite part of my trip was seeing all the classic candies at the register.

I like the store they have good mulch and feed pretty much any outdoor indoor equipment that you would use on a farm they have it. They also had some products to remove Critters which is what I came to the store for it was pretty accessible to find and reasonably priced. The store is off of the main road in town and they have plenty of available parking. To be an indoor outdoor store it's still very clean and you're able to manage on your own and find everything without help.

Great local store! Great service! Edit: Went in today. My wife needed help (per the sign) to get some chickens. The guy at the customer service desk(not doing anything) told her to "ask one of the girls up front". They both had 7-8 people in line at their registers. He continued to stans at the customer service desk not doing a thing, even letting the phone ring continually. Terrible service today.

Been waiting since 11:30 on propane. Gary the mgr has made me wait 16 minutes since he clocked in at 12 before showing up to fill bottle. Has been asked three times but had more important things to do. Then after helping me load 100# bottle he tells me he isn’t supposed to help load if I am laying down. Well why didn’t he say that before we started to load? Had ice all over the refill station. Accident waiting to happen.

I buy chicken and goat feed here on a regular basis. It's a couple miles from my house. But I've been noticing everytime I buy feed the price at the register is more than the price marked. Sometimes 20 cents sometimes a dollar or more. A time a or two I thought it could be a mistake. But every time? 2 out of 3 bags were higher than the price on the rack last time. It must be on purpose. People at the register say they don't know why it's happening. I hate dishonest business practices I'll take a longer drive to Atwoods just find an honest store.

Have place two different online orders both times the inventory did not reflect what internet said when I've gone down there to pick up my hay or chicken feed the forklift guy is very rude and tells me that the people who order should get a clue

I used to spend hundreds on dog food there until they started making a big deal about price matching. Atwoods carries my preferred brand at just $5 cheaper. When you're paying $50 for a bag of high quality food for 3 large breed dogs every 2 weeks, I like to save where I can. They have a huge "price match guarantee" sign across their front wall, so you'd think it wouldn't be a problem at all... well, I had gone in for food per usual and was given a hard time about the price match. The woman at the register told me they "don't really do that" and also told me I needed to call to verify the price. When I told her she needed to call, she did, however after waiting on hold for about 60 seconds, she said she didn't have time to wait and hung up. She refused to take my word for the price, even after she was able to verify my purchases for the past 2 years. Then she asked me why I dont just go to Atwoods to buy the food. I explained that Tractor Supply is closer and advertises the price match guarantee, but that I will go to Atwoods. She then said she would match the price THIS TIME only. After leaving I called the manager and explained the occurrence. He stated it must have been due to lack of training and that he would send out a reminder email to staff about the guarantee. I had this same issue thereafter, the following 3 times I went in. That being the case, I called the manager, advised him again of the trouble I've had, and informed him I would no longer be shopping at Tractor Supply Company. I switched my dogs food over to something else and haven't been back to TSC since, nor has any of my friends or family.

Usually the store is usefull enough to buy the regular farm necessities.I would probably still venture here for some fence material or such. Today the store didn't support me with the warranty on the Simpson power washer I bought only last April and only used two or three times. not going here again for there type of purchases.

It seems every time I go there something happens to sour my experience. The checkout line is way too long or one time, they told me they had hay, rang me up, I backed up to the trailer and there was none. More than once they've been out of something I really needed. I would have rated them lower because of this but the staff is relatively friendly and the hours of operation are convenient.

Tried to purchase a bag of alfalfa cubes from this location and they were well stocked with bags. Upon arriving home I opened the bag and found it molded, so I took it back and was told to exchange it with another bag. Once again, this bag was molded as well. I've seen where they keep many different feeds outside stacked up for who knows how long, but I will not be buying cubes from here anymore. This was not a one time incident!

They're always fast, friendly, and convenient. They're a little pricier than other places, but it's nice being able to grab food for the chickens, dog, and cats closer to Harrah, and the hours are better than Lumber 2 up the street or the feed store in Harrah. All in all, a nice little place.
