We love Aldi's. The prices and products are great and the employees are friendly until this time. An employee restocking the meat section must have been having a bad day. She was throwing meat around onto the shelves even hitting the mirror behind the shelf. I'm surprised it didn't break. A few minutes later she brought out a box of meat and dropped it to the floor from waist high causing a loud boom. She scared the people around her and when someone said the noise scared them, she laughed. Not cool. We'll be back to Aldi's because we like the store but hopefully the experience will be better next time.

Great store, significantly improved. Looks like a Kroger inside. Good selection but few recognized name brands. Really good prices, better than WalMart even. Worth a look.

Aldi's products make it easy to avoid high fructose corn syrup... No small feat, now.Elevation brand meal- replacement drinks are the best! Fun to check out new merchandise, which is frequently added. Reasonable prices, kind and competent employees.

My last trip of the day took me to Chickasha, my wife wanted me to pick up a few things before heading home to El Reno.This store is huge, very clean and well stocked with quality items that you can always count on with Aldi.

My go too store over Walmart. the produce is fresh, meats are competitively priced. home interior items are very crafty, unique and different and most of all CHEAP. Definitely recommend shopping here.

I just wanna say I have ALWAYS loved Aldi, and especially love our Chickasha Aldi. BUT I just had such a wonderful experience this AM I had to share. My small children and I were running around like a chicken with our heads cut off and one of the employees (I asked her name and it was Sarah) was EXTRA helpful and literally went above and beyond with a sweet smile on her face! Thank you for making my morning bright Sarah.

It's one of our new favorite places to get groceries. We can get everything we need for under $180 compared to Walmart, which would be $300+. They have some of the best produce that doesn't taste like chemicals or covered in wax. I also love that it's never crowded. Great for people with anxiety ❤️

People are not super friendly, prices are so so. Meat looks good though. There was a lady speeding through parking lot that almost hit our car trying to get a close spot by door. Thankfully the kids running to their car with mom had already made it.

The store is clean. There are lots of good fruits and veggies. Meat products looked really good, I like the vacuum packages. Many items to choose from and the prices are AWESOME! Staff is helpful,a trainee checked me out and her trainer did a great job assisting her.

I'm a handicapped autistic along with being new to Chickasha area. Superb customer service! They saw my needs and pain. Cashier asked if she could help. I said, "please do!" She jumped right up to put my items on the conveyor belt.The aisles were wide, easy to walk down. The atmosphere was quiet, well lit, but not overly lit. The entry was not cluttered and one directional like most Aldi's I've been in. The fresh foods were close to the door instead of the prepackaged snacks that my children tend to beg for.Overall ... I enjoyed my time there even though I was struggling before I arrived. I will definitely shop there again.4 stars only because the handicapped go buggy scooter things were limited to a quantity of one which had a bad battery not holding a charge.

The cashier was so upset that I wanted to take his cart to the table so I could put my groceries in a bag. I asked him if I could get him a different one since there were several others close by. He said no and held the line of others trying to check out until I brought his cart back.

I shop through Instacart and I shop Aldi, several times a week. I would consider myself a regular, so much so I think the employees have my car pegged. My experience has always been great. Most generally replacements are close to what is needed, and anytime I need ripe avocados for last minute guacamole, they're on it. Yesterday though was a highlight of how wonderful this store is. I ordered a wax warmer, in a hob nob design. They didn't have it so replaced with one they did. When I arrived, I asked the employee if I could return it. She offered to go check back stock for me, proceed to go back into store, get what I wanted, and swapped the other one out. Quick and easy, and I didn't have to step foot out of my car. I love that she could have easily said, "yes, sorry I can refund thst." But instead chose to take that extra step. It was awesome and another reason I'll never stop shopping Aldi ❤️

It is sorry service. You have to wait in line all the time. They only have 1 person checking you out. I put my items on the belt than before I know it they are checking my husband with my too. I told her that I didn't want that. I was only paying for the hamburger. The manager got in my face and was very rude to me. She kept smart mouthing me and I was not talking to her and she was still being rude. I will never go back to this Aldi's again. I will also tell a lot of people that they shouldn't go there either. This is the rudest manager that I have ever seen in a store. The cashier was nice but the manager was rude and insulting me. I will never go back to this Aldi's in Chickasha OK again. There is a package of hamburger patties open that is supposed to sold in a box. I will let many people know that they shouldn't go there either.

After having multiple issues at the Norman location, we decided to try this Aldi a few months back. I'm so glad we did. The employees here are friendly and professional. Sara is exceptional! The meat, produce, dairy, etc is always good. We usually do Instacart pickup and have never had any problems. No problems in store either.
