I love Chelsea's Dollar General. It's so much nicer and cleaner and bigger than the one I used in Stilwell Oklahoma, that one is a hot mess. The clerks are so friendly. They still have a bright smile and chipper attitude! I love that store!

What you'd expect. The employees are very nice and doing their best. My one star is for upper management. The air conditioning broke last summer and it was a week or more until they got it fixed. The driveway here is in such bad condition that your car is at risk trying to get in the parking lot.They expect one or two employees to stock and clean the store and take care of customers but management can't be bothered to keep things in good repair? This is shameful behavior from a national chain. I tried to contact upper management but never got a call back. Also in Foyil you have to slide the door open by hand because it broke a while back. Couldn't find a handyman with a screwdriver?I was going to go in and get some Popsicles but I went to a different store instead. At least here I won't pop a tire.

Love my small town Dollar General. Their employees are always helpful and polite. Store is kept clean and the prices are right. My favorite is their Clearance racks at the end of seasons, they mark them down to move them out. Always find good buys.

I love this Dollar General, the employees are always so nice and professional. They have a lot of items to choose from. I usually getting my cleaning products and some groceries from here. They have a good selection of clothing items at a very reasonable price. I'm so glad that this store is near by!

Would love the clothes to be way less crowded on hangers so you can find size and pick out some!! Would love clearance to be all together and organized please!!! Think the coupon items would sell more if all together too!!!

Dollar General Stores have greatly expanded their presence into smaller communities, offering great values on necessities without the long drive as before. This store is pretty well stocked, and has a great variety of items. Just be prepared to dodge the boxes where a stocker has had to leave part-way through to help a customer!

I have had several bad experiences at this Dollar general. Firstly I went to pay for food with EBT and they made scathing remarks about me having EBT. Secondly I recently went to their self checkout and it refused to take my EBT card despite the fact that I was making a $20 transaction and I had at least $100 on the EBT and it wouldn't take it so I called over the cashier on duty and she completely ignored me for 15 minutes and then finally she came over said that she did not know how to work it proceeded to say she voided the transaction but when I looked at the receipt it said that the transaction had went through and when I mentioned it she gave a sigh and then proceeded to actually void it when I went to call the Dollar general to ask to speak to a manager to at least make a complaint she was the on duty manager so I couldn't even lodge my complaint.

There is never enough people checking out I was once the tenth person in line with one cashier I have also asked a question once and was treated like an idiot and they even told me wrong i called the main office and was told I was correct and the same day I bought a different sales items and was charge wrong again and when I asked about it I was told that I was correct. I dont understand how you work somewhere and have no idea how to do your job if I did that I would be fired.

The friendliness of the ladies at closing time was more than appreciated since I walked to and went into the store 10 minutes before closing time.. on top of that a little dog followed me to and went into the store 5 min after I did. Looking for me I guess? She said nothing rude or unladylike to me or the 🐕 dog! If you want professionalism to the last drop, go on down to the dollar store in Chelsea but leave the dogs at home. Arrrgh!

The parking lot/entrance/exit are less than desirable, this needs to be addressed quickly! The store itself is decent & clean, the employees are alright, and for a dollar store it serves its purpose.

The people in the store the employees are so so nice and helpful and that's the only store here I really like going to because they've always been so nice and we haven't lived here very long so it's nice to have a place to go and for you to know somebody and the store is so clean it's just I don't know it's very very nice

It is awful! The one in Chelsea is the worst one I've ever been to!. There is Always only one cashier that seems as though they don't know how to scan anything. There is ALWAYS a long line thru the store & still only ONE cashier. I would rather do with out & wait to go to WalMart 30 minutes away than to go to this DG!

Bread and several foods expired. You should not have to pay for expired food. Told manager on duty she blamed on bread truck and acted as if she did not care she was not what I would consider Manager

Frozen fridge merchandise...like milk, pop, juice, twice in a month, and it hasn't even been hot enough to push a cooler to do that yet. Other than that, ok store, for...a Dollar General.
