Do not order online pickup in store, you will wait over 15 minutes to find an employee there was a line of 5+ customers and one cashier who was calling for help on the radio and no one was responding. Another associate finally came out of the back and had us pull around back to pickup our item. When we got to the back we heard a scraping sound like metal scratching on the pavement. Sure enough it was one female associate dragging out gun safe across the ground outside, she dropped it on its side picked it up with the fork lift and drove it over to our car where she proceeded to stand it up and continue scrapping it across the ground. There was no base of the box it was in and there was apparent water damage to the box. The box was dry so this item was stored outside! Completely unacceptable!

Employees here were very helpful! From Cheryl at the register to Joseph out in the steel yard and the young lady at Customer Service. They not only helped me find the exact cattle panels I need for my garden along with the T-poles, but did so with a smile. They offered delivery at a very reasonable rate - SAME DAY! Anytime I need something for my garden or other things they carry, I'll shop there. Highly recommend not only for the wide range of merchandise but especially for their helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Drove 30 minutes to this place to get a tiller that their website said was in stock. The lady at the front told us they were located outside (they were not) so after finding the 2 single modles that they actually did have on the floor, neither was the one that was on their website. When I asked the manager about them I was told that they were on a pallet in the back and apparently no one working was able to get to them. I explained that I had drove 30 mins just for the purpose of getting this 500 dollar tiller and she told me there was nothing she could do and to call back tomorrow. If your employees are not capable of stocking your inventory then perhaps you should hire some more able bodied people, or at least stock the item that you are advertising. I will not be back and I would strongly advise against going to this store and just thinking you can buy what is advertised.

I ran out of dog food which I always get at Tractor but unfortunately they had ran out of the XL bag I always get .. I was looking for a different Brand out of nowhere lady started asking me questions about the brand I always buy Honestly taught it was a Regular customer just like me .. She explained that she works there & it’s was her day off she took her time to explain what is a Good Brand to feed my Dogs I asked her if she was a manager here & she said no I said thank u SARAH for ur Help 🙏

Good store but for some reason they don't seem to like turning on the lights when it gets dark. I mentioned it to one of the cashier's when I walked in. She was sitting on top of the counter and she said someone was going to turn them on. By the time I left it was still very difficult to see any items in the outside display areas.

I bought a gun safe at Tractor Supply Store in Broken Arrow and haven't had a more pleasant experience buying an item in a long time! We always buy chick feed here. They have a sign that says "chicks are here". Twice I went in and they didn't have any, and when I asked about the sign they didn't really seems to care . So I went down to Atwoods and got some there.

Not helpful at all. Came in today thinking the staff could teach me a thing or two about raising chickens, given the fact that chicks are all over their adds and that they sell chick raising equipment, but they looked at my dad and I like we were crazy for asking questions. The young man genuinely didn’t know anything about chickens and the older lady at the counter started to tell us names of different kinds of chickens but just stopped mid sentence like she just remembered she’s giving away some sort of secret. Whole deal was shady. Guess I’ll stick to YouTube for advice and ask someone who knows about their craft to see how long they think this chicken ban will be active. Would have been one star if not for the great price on the grape vine we picked up.

I usually shop at this store for all of my pet's needs. Saturday was my Grandson's birthday and he really likes Tractor Supply. Everyone is alway friendly and very helpful. However, I asked two of the associates to do me a favor for my Grandson. Believe me, Amber and Jocelyn went above and beyond making this a special moment for him. So many thanks to them and this crew for all they do for us.

Love this store!! They always have what I need for my ducks!! They have babies in the spring too which makes it irresistible to go home without adding to our flock in the spring time. They have a pretty legit clearance isle too!! Knowledgeable staff and always super friendly too!! My fave!!

Friendly staff (they know nothing about livestock.. or any animals really), the store set-up is easy to navigate, and there's a wide selection of products. It would be nice (if the staff was better informed and) there were more organic/healthy food selections for my canine and feline friends. No complaints otherwise!

Very nice, we go here because we got a dog at Dry Creek Rotwilers, and our breeder told us that the brand that this place sells of dog food is best for the dog, so we shop here whenever we need dogfood or other pet needs, it is overall very nice

We always get our dog food here and just recently bought a dog bed. Everything we've bought so far has been good quality. When we've needed help, the service has always been friendly and efficient. This location is convenient, has a good selection of products, and has great service.

Good store. Employees maybe need more training though. I walked in and asked where I could find a specific item. First employee told me "we don't sell that" I told her I had looked it up online and they do sell it. Second employee told me "we don't have any of that in stock" I told him "you web site lists inventory currently in stock at this location" he said well, we can go look, but I'm pretty sure we are out unless some came yesterday". We found multiple bottles on the shelf. And, they had dust on them meaning they had been there for more than just 1 day. I got the impression that these employees are used to people just accepting "we don't have that" and the customer leaves so then the employee doesn't have to help them. If I hadn't looked up my item online first, I would have not known that they did actually have it. I would have gone in and said "do you sell _____?" They would nav told me no, and I would have left to go find it at another store.

Excellent service, wide selection, and good prices! I have always received a friendly greeting on entry here and usually at least one staff person, at some point, asking if I needed help with anything. I get horse tack and supplies, fencing equipment and supplies, dog and cat toys and supplies, pet and livestock flea/fly sprays and first aid supplies, and the people list includes: outdoor work clothing, work and rain boots, socks, work gloves, camping equipment, books/magazines, etc... I even managed to finish out my Christmas shopping last year! And last, but not least, let's not forget the candy selection at the end caps of the check-out registers. I particularly like the old fashioned hard candies.

I stopped Friday evening for oil dry, clerk didn't know what it was and said they had none. Called Sunday morning and was told they a full pallet (60) came in Sunday afternoon, none of the employees knew what it was and was told again they had none!!! Extremely incompetent employees!!

Love this place but girl at counter needs better training. Took her 10 min to ring up some fire wood and still couldnt do it so i had to walk outside and carry it in for her so she could scan it. This was after I told her the price since I had been in there earlier that day. The whole thing was kinda sad.

Was told to go back to customer service and she would call someone to help me with my fencing questions.A young lady addressed me immediately and showed me the fence, T post in the different lengths and we went back inside where she got on the computer to look up gates as I was needing them also .This young lady passed on a phone call and told a associate to have another to handle it as she had a customer she was helping. She never left me untill all I had gone there for was taken care of. I don't do these comments usually but this young lady was an exception.She was professional ,very knowledgeable, and very personable.I left there very satisfied but before I left I ask her name and it was Samantha and she gave me her card and if I returned she would be happy to help me.I never seen her before but I can say this young lady needs recognized by this company. I live near here and buy all my dog food here. Only one issue with staff since they have been open. I've been there at least 50 times. Store is well kept and clean. Employees have been helpful

I love this store! Everything you need for farm and garden! I buy my catfood here great price and good food! Paws and claws is a good brand at a great price! Especially when you have alot of cats like I do! You can get a 36 lb bag for less than $20!
