Most times there is stuff scattered on the aisles or the floors, I suspect lazy people in this town, not necessarily the employees. Even if they fix the issue, customers are just lazy and messy.I don’t know the self-checkout is usually closed, but I wish it was opened more often than not.I’ve seen some rude customers here in Ada all the time since I live here, but the employees usually handle them with care and a smile. That’s one positive thing I can say about this store.

It is 8:13a.m. and the store opens at 8a.m.. Not a single worker on site and customers waiting in parking lot and trash is everywhere in the parking lot.

I wish I had gotten her name. But there is a wonderful woman who works here that helped me with a cash back situation. She is honestly a lifesaver. I truly appreciate the level of customer service at the store.

Overall average Dollar General besides the selfish checkout. I stopped in for cat food and made the incorrect decision to use the self-checkout with cash. My total was $9.35 and I promptly inserted a $5 to begin paying. However, I noticed after inserting that $5 it didn't apply any of that amount to the amount paid. I proceed to ask for assistance and am told they'll have to check cameras and call for a manager. Of which I understand they're just making sure I'm not trying to steal my own $5 dollars I paid. I then get told that they can't do anything about it until they close down the thieving device until later that night after it takes more fives from other unsuspecting customers. I then decided to cut my loss and to pay again except at an actual register with a person. If you're in the neighborhood either avoid that Dollar General or if you must shop there go to an actual cashier because there may be a hidden $5 inconvenience fee.

It was a typical day shopping at DG other than the store not accepting my paycard and having to go to an ATM across the street to withdraw money to pay for my items. 🤷🏽‍♀️

The store is great, staff is awesome.The one star is for their Western Union service. You can send $800 BUT you can only Pick Up $300 Max .... What sense does that make!? So I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dollar General for ANY Western Union service

This store is horrible. Empty shelves everywhere. Have probably stopped here 5 times since location opened and had to drive to another store because they're out of most everything I need. Most everything in general actually. Won't go here again wasted too much time already. Somebody needs to learn how to run a business.

I went to the one on Broadway and often times shelves not stocked and things somewhat disorderly. Cashier's are nice and attentive.
