Had a rotten week period trying to find my mom 100 miles from home found her and next morning I drove drove off without her food after paying near the end of breakfast. Mgr said he would make my order over and save it but he left before I could get back. A woman threw it in the trash and breakfast was over so my mom was hungry and I was livid. She gave me a refund but my mom can't chew meat so I had to figure out what theto do to and where to go and how to get there to feed her and explain it to her when I don't know where I am hardly.

Very friendly and sweet lady working at the grocery register. I had 3 kids with me and was carrying the baby in the carseat, so she bagged my milk in 2 separate bags so the boys could each carry one. One of the gallons ended up getting busted on the way to the car, but she took it to the back for me and gave me a new one free of charge.

35 minutes sitting in the drive thru tonight. At least 5 of which was spent at the speaker waiting for someone to finally ask if I had been helped. The guy at the window didn't say a word, just opened the window and shoved my food at me, after he got done chatting and laughing. I understand that Wednesday nights are busy, but this is ridiculous.

Every time I try this place again I am severely disappointed, they are the worst fast food joint in ada. From now on we will just get McDs if we find ourselves over there. They can't get orders correct and they even once actually gave us raw, not undercooked, chicken. This place is the absolute worst.Edit: Ever since the remodel they have been leagues better than they used to be. The staff have been friendly and competent, the restaurant is clean, and the food is decent quality. They're much better than their neighbor; the burger clown.

The service & food was good. My husband & I share our meals most of the time. In this case, we each got our own sandwich. We share a drink. But just fyi ... If y'all order a combo, get your shake with it & get another fountain separate. My husband decided he wanted a med milkshake (wasn't made correctly) and it was over $4 😳

I had just had surgery and needed no salt on my fries and no cheese on my burger. They got one of those correct. I love Braums and the service was speedy but I deducted a star because my husband had to go back in to get the burger corrected.

Good place for burgers and shakes. They are very consistent in the food taste and quality. The service is awesome and staff are friendly and polite. I often visit there for breakfast or lunch and the food is great! They also have a small grocery store to pick up things you might need.

Let me start by saying I like Braum's in general. They have tasty food and some good deals on certain grocery items. We shop at the N Country Club store frequently.Having said that, this store is ALWAYS filthy. I've seen public restrooms cleaner than this store. Every time I place an order I second guess myself for eating there as I look into the kitchen. The floor always has trash and food scattered about. The condiment station usually has dried ketchup and soda all over it and it's usually littered with trash as well. Seriously...it's disgustingly dirty.I've decided I'm going to start driving a little further and try the other store because this store is just a mess. I sometimes feel like I should wipe my feet before I leave the store to go outside. It's that bad...

Workers had lots of heart on all the did. Many choices of ice-cream. After I enjoyed my juicy burger, I got my shopping done which there's no better place to get your dairy products and fresh baked goods.

Went there about 12:15 pm. Was super busy because they had several school busses show up. They were whipping out orders left and right. Very friendly cashier and she definitely knew what she was doing. Great customer service and pretty tasty food.

EXTREMELY SLOW! I went inside the restaurant at 9:40 p.m. One person was ahead of me, and had already ordered. Different employees walked by, one in groceries, the other working behind the counter. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the clerk took my order, and then motioned for me to move to the other side of the counter to pay. No one was working behind the counter, so after an additional 10 minutes, and me complaining and asking where was my Chocolate shake, a "manager" made the medium chocolate shake that I ordered. I left the building at 10 p.m. You know, there is a McDonald's right next door, that is very busy, and I'm certain that no one waits 20 minutes to get one drink. This has happened to me at this Braums in the past. Don't waste your time going here. When you complain to Corporate about the poor service, they do nothing.

I stopped here for a sundae and I was not disappointed at all. I don't go for sweets often and had never been to a Braums before. Let me just say this.... Wow that was yummy! For such a kicking little place I was digging the "home town feel" and my experience was better than I expected. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely go back some time.

For me and my family Braums is one of our favorite quick stops for a bite to eat and we almost always run into some one we know. And with a little fresh shop built in no need to drive across town to pick the few items we may need.

Wasn't too long before closing when I dropped in for a burger and drink. The girl taking my order reminded me that I can choose a shake instead of soft drink. Then asked me if I wanted to upsize the shake and fries. Couldn't say no for I was hungry after 6 hours on the road. As I was eating my meal, I watched as they prepared to close. No one rushed me to finish or even came into the area that I sit to clean, sweep, or mop. I took this as a show of respect for the last patron of the day. I thank the management and employees of this establishment for not making me feel pressured to hurry, finish eating fast, so they can finish their closing procedures to leave themselves. One of the best experiences at a closing time that I've had.

The new site is awesome! They always get my order right the first time. ❤️💯The lobby is always clean despite some people getting confused that they aren't in a restaurant and need to throw their own trash away. ❤️💯I haven't had any problems from this location and this is now officially my go to place. ❤️❤️
