Baileys outdoor shop is amazing and everyone in there is helpful and the nicest family you will meet. Family owned and fair on their prices. Just like any small business just trying to make a living like everyone so even if their prices are a little higher than a big box store you’re supporting a great family that is honest. I will continue to support and buy all I can from them until they close the doors.

The gentleman that I spoke with wasn't very friendly right off the bat, rude when answering my questions, tried to sell me things I didn't need. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience. It's called customer service man. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I have been shopping at baileys for several months, and they have been most helpful. They do not participate in price gouging and they are military friendly which has earned them my respect and patronage. AND I would rather put my $$ into a family run business rather than a another big dumb*** corporation any day.

Great staff! I have been going there for about 9 years and I live in Tulsa but will drive there just because they treat me right. I have purchased a browning BPS, a DPMS Panther, a Howa .270, and several compound bows every time I upgrade and have never been disappointed.

They don't deserve the one star needed to write the review.... I'm not going to discuss all the things they did wrong on my bow because the list is too long. They made promises they didn't keep, due dates are ignored , and they all but the young guy had attitudes and looked at us strange the moment we walked in. Old lady behing the counter stared at my wife the whole time we were there like she was going to steal something instead of maybe....helping her. Then sent me home after breaking the peep site and told me to go order one off of ebay. Probably not the place to go if your looking for customer service.

I used Bailey's last year to put a new string and cables on my compound bow and they did a horrible job. One of the cables started to come a part and had to replace. I have a fall away rest on the bow that wasn't tied in right and the peep sight would go side ways when the bow was in full draw. Not only did they do a bad job it took 2 weeks for them to get it done and the customer service was terrible. I would never use them again and would recommend archers den in Ardmore.

Don't trade at Bailey's, they don't stand behind what they sell, bought a box of ammo 2 of 10 rounds that I tried to shoot didn't fire, when I asked for a partial refund/store credit they said no, so as bad as I hated to I went to Walmart and bought ammo, (different brand) , a gun sighting stand and a few other hunting items, over 150 dollars, money I was going to spend at Bailey's, good job Bailey's, I will not be back and I will suggest the same to people I know
