I was given FALSE information concerning my home owners insurance. When I wanted to cancel, Hicks called me at my job and chewed me out. His wife didn't even want to go to any trouble running my application to switch insurance from my Mom's name into mine, in fact she told me what a long and hard process it was and she didn't want to do it that day. I didn't feel at all comfortable in their office. I feel the smiles were forced and put on. Not real people at all.

I was given wrong information. The man sure seems charming at first, but that charm goes out the door when you want to cancel. He actually called me and chewed me out for going with someone else. I saw for myself how fake people can be.
