I’m not one who complains but Sam’s club is absolutely ridiculous! We ordered a blanket in December they took they money and we used like $4 in Sam’s cash they canceled the order due to being out of stock which is fine but they only refunded us the $4 in Sam’s cash I’ve been emailing them for a refund which has been a hassle in itself finally emailed me back and i sent the receipt where it even shows that $4 was the only thing refunded and now they are saying i need to pull bank statements for it mind you the refund is like $38! No customer should have to pull bank statements and go through this hassle for a refund I pay $110 a year for the damn membership! They have honestly lost my business.

Overall my experience has Sam's club has never been bad. This particular store is always clean and the staff always seems to know what they're talking about when asked a question. I especially like their Cafe where I can get a quarter pound hot dog and a large soda for $1.50.

Best place in the area for buying in bulk for all of your grocery and pet food needs! I was surprised by all of the other merchandise from playground and patio sets to electronics there's a lot to choose from!

A cart flew into my car, Sam’s club would not release the footage of the cart, 2k in damageI would not expect them to pay for everything as there was a storm and I can’t prove there was negligence, however the way it was handled was less than professionalIf you park here, make sure to park in the back away from the cart huts !That was an expensive Sam’s club trip

I had a good visit to this facility today. The manager, Pam, was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable of the answers to my questions and needs in store. I wish there were more like her! She made my shopping experience a fantastic one. Kudos to her! I do highly recommend this Zanesville location to others. Happy shopping and Godspeed everyone.

Everything was stocked the bathrooms were clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. You do, however, need a membership to enter but you can purchase one at the door. They also have an eating area and the food is super cheap. The cafeteria does open later than the actual store and closes earlier just so yall know!

Well looks like I'm done at sams club. Really did like this place but the associate have ran it down. Poor management. Customer service is zero here AND IM NOT WASTING ANY MORE TIME OR MONEY!

This Sam's is a typical Sam's Club store. They maintain their grounds & facility well and hire folks who smile and interact with us customers.Their shelves are well stocked. I don't recall ever going there, and something not be in stock.Like most stores now a days they are moving toward self checkouts. However, they still have full serve checkouts where the clerk does all the heavy lifting.Like other Sam's, they sell in bulk with prices that are competitive to a typical retail grocery store.Overall, I would recommend this store to others.

We love this Sams Club but I especially want to give a huge shout out to the Bakery Dept. Last Tuesday I called and ordered 30 cupcakes split 15 Chocolate and 15 Vanilla with Whipped Icing and Blue Sprinkles for our sons Baby Shower. Order was confirmed that I would be picking up Sat April 1st at 10am. I called Friday just to confirm and there was and issue, order was all wrong. You have exceptional workers that pulled together and got our order completed and saved the day! Your cupcakes are Devine!!! Thank them for us please, they went above and beyondSignedHappy Customer

Everything is always great at this location except the women’s bathroom. I frequent this store, and the restroom is always filthy. I’ve been in the bathroom after they had it closed for cleaning, and it’s still filthy. I’m not understanding why they close the restroom for cleaning when the employees aren’t cleaning it. It’s seriously mind boggling.

Worst customer service ever after I returned to the store with the warranty claim that they sold me for my microwave. They refused to help me or honor their warranty, and instead referred me to Allstate to work it out on my own. Never buy a warranty from Sam’s Club and never shop at this store !

I rarely go in and usually just buy gas. I decided to go in. I found 2 items i needed and walked up to cash registers to see 4-5 employees standing around talking with 1 on a busy register with a line. I asked if another register was open, a girl said only this one or i can help you at a self check out. She asked me if I had my card, I did and got it out. She grabbed the scanner, I held my card out to be scanned and she said " no you're going to do it". so she handed me the scanner and made me scan my own card and then told me she would watch me scan everything and that it was "self checkout". I felt belittled and embarrassed. Like she was training me. I would have assumed they would have said "I'll get you right here sir" and just check me out because that's what they are paid to do and there were 4-5 standing around. . This happened on 11/11/22 around 6 pm.

I love shopping at Sam's, but it's really dangerous this time of year! Lots of holiday stuff coming in and they have a wide variety of things that you normally don't see in the store. It's hard not to spend way more than what is in my budget. I've been a member for over 17 years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

I couldn't use my 45.00 credit at self check out. They wanted me to re do my order with a cashier. I did not. Do Better Sam's Club . I paid on line. Up grade your ck outs .if you expect not to have real people checking you out !!

The cafeteria is hardly ever open anymore. The staff are not professional and never have anything ready to eat. There is always a wait on pretzels and the icee machine is always "trying to freeze". It used to be a great place to grab a bite.

Always great to find what we need for our business. Always find a few little treasures as well. I always leave here with a fluffly soft blanket or something cool like that.We absolutely love checking out on the app. No waiting in line. But even if we did the cashiers are always nice here and very friendly.

Prices are OK, but membership is not worth the price. The club feels depressing, down, and none of the associates were friendly, except for one front end supervisor. The manager was not polite or inviting, and was more than happy to refund our membership, which was paid for the same day we decided to cancel.
