Great in store specials on meats and day to day items. Shop regularly at the Barnesville and Cambridge locations. Did find it difficult to navigate the store for a few things on the shipping list with being unfamiliar with this location. Definitely didn't like the shopping cart rack in the parking lot! Doesn't hold the carts in place and they roll down the parking lot.

It's decent enough but service is hit or miss. They also are bowing to the ridiculous trend of self checkout, doing g away with cashiers who were often. The most helpful aspect of that store.

First time in long time this store fell flat. Usually terrific, but butcher took the items we had reserved/ ordered for himself and was gone for the day when we drove to the store across the state to get, purchase our items. This store usually exceeds our expectations. Hopefully only a one time screw up.

Just picked up my son's birthday take, I requested sonic colors. It looks like trash and is greyish blue not bright blue. Looks like trash and it's tiny. Save yourself the time and almost 50$ and go to Walmart

They are high on everything except their weekly sale items. Therefore I normally only go here for sale items and as a convenience when I run out of something and need in a hurry. Last time I was there it was a day or two before Christmas and we were expecting significant snow but they only had the express lane open and 2 other lines. They should have had additional support to manage the long lines.

I like Riesbecks and they have some good deals but the other things are a little higher. The store is nice clean and organized. There produces vegetables, fruits are usually nice.

We picked up Thanksgiving dinner today at the Zanesville store and it was delicious!! Everything was hot and ready to serve and the turkey was carved and juicy. We all loved it and highly recommend to others. Thank you for making our Miller family celebration so easy! Also your staff in the deli is very friendly and helpful. They really care. 🦃😍

Clean store. Pretty high on fruit and veggies. Good meat selections but once you get the meat off the top the bottom pieces are bad. I am sure things will get better.

It's to Expensive. Even before Biden years .. was in there today 3/17/23 had a list of things to buy. If I had stayed with in my list For the basic 2 Bread , 12 eggs,1 gallon milk whole, 1 pound 4 sticks of real butter 3lb.flour,,5lb bag sugar . Grand Total @Riesbecks downtown I used my rewards card too , $34 .63 . 7 items. I had deli meats and cheese on the list also and a bag of Conn's wavy green onions pot chips $ 4.99 for a bag of air . 10.99 A pound of Oven roasted Turkey , pound of Big eye Swiss cheese 🧀$ 8.99. Seems like they raise the price of everything every 4.5 days . Things didn't double . Alot of price gaughing and out of products alot . Then I got a new inflation rate on Gasoline for starters Sheetz the lowest Lower than Wal mart by 21 cents . 21 cents in Gasoline is a big deal. 3.09.9. Maple Ave about 26 cents more . BEST REGARDS ZANESKENTUCKY. 🇺🇲🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🇺🇲☘️no need to up date this out dated Groceries Store.

Just walked out of there and the cashier Brittany was very rude to the young man that was in front of me. He simply asked “how is your day” no response then he was taking about how much expensive the cat litter was and she didn’t even look at him or acknowledged that he was talking to her. As he was leaving he said “have a good night” lol she still said nothing so I said “thank you, you have a good night as well” and she just looked at me. So now it’s my turn and you know she didn’t say a thing to me neither!! Like how are you in customer service publicly and not even speak or acknowledge a customer is beyond me! A simple hello how are you? cost nothing!

Not my choice for grocery stores. The quality is fair to Midland. Was hoping the place would've improved after taking over Pick-n-Save but that did not happen.At least they sell the dark chocolate covered Klondike bars that I cannot find at other local stores.

For such a big store it had a rather limited selection. Plus they were stocking when I went shopping, which would be fine if it was a night time shop (I would expect it) but during the day not being able to push your cart through an aisle was pretty annoying.

I had previously given a great review of Riesbecks, and had always had a great experience there,unfortunately yesterday changed that. The cashier her name was Hallie, was incredibly rude, I spoke to her and she smirked at me. Never once spoke ,and I never even got a thank you or anything. I'm terribly disappointed. I suppose I will stick to Aldi from now on. I always try to support local businesses but if you're not appreciated, what's the point. Groceries are too expensive and there's too many other choices to put up with hateful employees....
