The reason I gave this a 3 star is because the staff there isn't friendly or professional at all!!!The last time I was there a manger was talking to another employee while there was a line of people and didn't open up another register for literally about 10 mins into there being a line and around 8 people waiting to get there products rang out and leave!!The one before that was about yr ago and I hurried to run in. Girl behind register said to the other employee that don't people know we close in five mins! And I said you ARE STILL OPEN ANOTHER FIVE MINS...... So I'll get what I need and be out!!!Rude rude and non personal!

The cashier was very rude smart mouth and rolled her eyes. It's not what you say to someone it is how you say it. Then she said well you can talk to my district manager right there. So then I waited to speak to the manager and express to him what a bad attitude she had and I will not be shopping at that store anymore I usually don't go to Dollar Stores however my experience there today was not very pleasant what a way to start the day especially on your day off. I did not take the time to tell the manager that I would not be shopping there again however I probably should have

The new cashier was okay but we both forgot some items I purchased so I came back and there was a line the stretch of the store and i had work so I saw it close to the counter so I grabbed it and let the manager know and she started lecturing me like I was a crook that's okay because I'll spend the extra money somewhere else to not be treated like a criminal.

I go to Family Dollar alot and never ever have I been disrespect from any employee until this evening and to top it all off turns out to be the employee is a assistant manager.i understand that they was very busy but her attitude towards the customers was disrespecrful

Not a good experience at all, cashier was like a mud fence and the manager was rolling her eyes at the cashier when she needed help removing an item. Not a good place to shop !! I'll take my business to Dollar General next time
