Good Selection of Refrigerators to fit our restricted space due to Built in Cabinets over head. we gained in Cubic feet while fitting our same space dimensions.Had to wait several weeks because it was Special Order from Warehouse.A Delivery snag due to Truck issues bumped our Delivery from Thursday to Saturday. Got it this afternoon no issues. Haul Away and Delivery Swap was like 15 minutes. Setup and Chillin’ in little time! Delivery Team was Efficient! Fridge looks Great and it’s Quiet!

I bought a dishwasher at Big Sandy in Zanesville and the sales team made it the easiest big purchase I’ve had to make. They listened and were patient and answered all of my questions so I could buy the dishwasher I needed. There was free delivery and installation. The installation and delivery guys were on time, nice and quick. They made sure it worked and cleaned up after themselves. I’ll definitely be going back to big Sandy for my next purchase.

Excellent on the sales side and response to issues we had with a refrigerator we purchased. However, there needs to be more quality control on items before being shipped to customers. Bought a very expensive refrigerator that arrived with numerous dings and scratches. But response from BS was good. New one arriving next week to be swapped out.

We made our first major appliance purchase at Big Sandy and were very impressed with the way we were greeted by the sales person with an immediate introduction and no pressure to buy. The store had the dishwasher we wanted and at a better price than the other two stores we had been. Plus the installation was much less costly. No future major appliance purchases will be made without including Big Sandy in our search.

My wife and I went in for living room furniture and worked with Jane. She was very helpful and patient with us as we looked at many pieces. When we found the one that we wanted she made sure to get us the best deal possible. While we waited only a week on our furniture delivery we called Jane several times about other products and we ended up adding more to our order, again very helpful. The communication was awesome. She was there before during and after the sale. The delivery team did a spectacular job as well. Very great experience. My experience today was fantastic! I walked in and I wasn't bombarded with sales people. I was able to browse and take it all in for about 3/4 minutes before being approached. Janie (sales expect), was very inviting! She offered a straight forward approach to her sales technique, paired with world class service. Janie, thank you for your knowledge and suggestions. Absolutely phenomenal!! I had Ryan in appliances. He was totally amazing and very knowledgeable. He was not a pushy salesman at all. He will give his honest opinion if you ask. I went in to purchase a new washer and dryer. I needed it quickly because behind on laundry when mine quit working. MY HONEST OPINION SEE RYAN! He will take excellent care of you I am confident in saying. Looking forward to getting the new washer and dryer tomorrow. Someone is picking it up for me so I can't say anything about the delivery folks but if they are anything like the store employees it should be awesome too. The treatment I received today will make me a lifer as long as the customer service is top notch once the machines are up and going. I can't say enough about how professional he was!! I was introduced to Janet at the front desk who completed the final paperwork. She was very pleasant and professional. I was spoken to from another salesman saying I see you made it back and good to see you again. Hope others that read this review have the experience I had because it was awesome 😎!!
