The store was clean and neat and. They own very Hill Furniture now who makes all their Furniture I believe is what they told me. I need a part for my Broyhill Furniture and the furniture manager answer to that was we can't get any parts. So how do they get parts or repair the items they have in store do they just toss them in their dumpster just mark them down and sell them not a good way to do business

Very impressed with this store and extremely helpful employees. My adult son made several purchases of patio furniture and a couch. Big Lots has come a long way and the selection was nice!! Ample parking, ease of driving around back for pick-up/loading and zero waiting. Great prices to boot!

very nice staff, just wish the products were as good. if you are going to display something you should probably put it to gather correctly. came in looking for a mattress and the frame it was laying was broken and loose.

the store itself was pretty good, however we bought a double recliner with stand in center attached, well 2 years now and the frame has broke so making a claim with them was very easy, we purchased the 3 year extended warranty and my claim was approved in a couple days, that was great, my problem with the company you buy the extended warranty from (amynta) told me it would be here by 30 days, thats fine.well in the email they sent me stating the claim was approved they had my address incorrect so i replied back to them the next day stating my they have the wrong address, well by not getting the gift card to compensate us they state they mailed it over a month ago, but i still have not recieved, i called them and they are saying they sent it to the correct one, but i swear i have never got it. so they told me to wait a little longer which today is 36 days and they said we sent it to you and we will not reissue another one. so i also emailed them and asked if theres a way to track it or something but now noone replies back. i will continue to tell my story over and over again handing out terrible reviews,

Its not ok . 1. It's neighbor is a 5000 stores that Hate LGBTQ . To Date They're almost reached their goal in hate . Biglots. Not that it needs more staff . No one in there smiled . Watch their stock. Items on floor I was told couldn't be sold even if it's out of stock there . That makes it easier for us to become repeat shoppers.

If you have ever been in one then you have a pretty good idea what they are like. I think the one in Coshocton is nicer but just my opinion. They do have nice stuff for the different seasons of the year and prices aren't bad. You have to watch the out dates on food articles though as some are close or past. I have bought most of my furniture here including my outdoor furniture......if you wait for sales you can get some good deals

Overall I love Big Lots, and this store is big and beautiful. Updated clean restrooms. However I called to ask about an item being in stock and available. The worker on the phone told me yes it is there. So after a 45 to 60 minute drive, I arrive to find out that I had apparently been misinformed. The items that I was looking for were not available. I made the trip specifically for that, and had no other reason to be out shopping. Nobody offered to make it right or even try to look online for the items that I wanted. I'm not in Zanesville that often, so I likely won't be back for a long time. They lost a sale. And the Big Lots rewards must be a joke. Where are my rewards for shopping and making purchases? And finally Big Lots needs to stop rushing the seasons and holidays. I don't want Christmas merchandise in September when it's 80 degrees right along side halloween. Then when it is Christmas time around December or so they'll have Easter, Valentines Day and St. Patrick's Day all out together. I realize you're all about profit and making money, but you're totally out of sync with the natural progression of our seasons and holidays. Very disappointed.

It would be very nice if you had a couple handicap cars in the store. It is hard for a lot of older women to shop in larger stores. You have so many things to check out but we can't walk the whole store with just a regular cart. Thank you for your consideration on this. (A wheelchair does no good if we are alone.)

This store is organized chaos, but I like it! Staff is friendly and helpful. You never know what you're going to find here. I really like all the new home decore they have in stock since they moved to their new location. Store is always clean and a great place to buy cleaning products at a discounted price. Service and atmosphere is friendly and easy going.

Went in to buy furniture and found everything we wanted was out of stock. The lady was very helpful however and we got it ordered without any trouble. She even called around to other stores to try and find what we wanted for the day but was unsuccessful. Not her fault but they really should have better stock.

They expanded! Lots more home decor and furnishings! Seasonal section is a lot bigger. And overall it's nowhere near as run down and decrepit as the old location. Pretty nice place to shop now if you need either cheap indoor/outdoor furnishings, decor, or random snacks.

Let me just first clear my throat...uggghh cough cough.... i was so FREAKING HAPPY!!!!. I have looked and looked for DAD'S ROOTBEER everywhere. No one had it. But guess what my new favorite store had....!!!! KAAAAAAAPOWWWW!!!... DAD'S ROOTBEER baby!! LOVE IT!!. store was also very very clean and organized... also a side note...my birthday is coming up real soon..they had a dark wicker like patio furniture with gazebo shelter, i would live to have that...the chairs will make you slap ur gma so that you dont have to get up and leave...i could sit there all day!!! Thanks in advance ☺️ 🤣😉

Customer service is OUTSTANDING. They make you think you are the only customer in the store and will help you to find anything or will walk you to where you need to go. Big Lots has tons of stuff with really great prices. Keep up the really good work!!!

Big Lots is unrecognizable! To be fair, I haven't been there in years. The last time I was there, they were still by Kroger's!It's pretty much a furniture store with a convenience store around it. The prices are way higher than I recall and they don't sell paint anymore. I used to love their cheap battleship grey paint!!Nothing much left to see here folks 😒

We Bought a Platform bed frame among other items such as a comforter, sheets & pillows, We are VERY pleased with our purchases! The Platform bed frame DOES NOT make Any noises when sat on (which is a huge deal for us) & it was much taller than expected!And as Always the Employees & management were sooo kind and spoke to us as people, as family. Highly Recommend a visit to this Big Lots!

Wanted to charge 60 dollars for a replacement part that broke twice in tow years when there was a three year warranty we had the chair for less then two years plus they wanted 150.00 shipping cost and the part is so little it would fit in a shoe. I will never buy from them again😬😡🤬

Great folks, the battery on my jeep died one evening while shopping and one of the workers got a set of jumper cables and helped me start my vehicle. The lady that handles the furniture is super nice and always helpful.
