I give all these 5 stars. I bought some Christmas gifts there that were very nice. There was some good bargains and some of the stuff was very reasonably priced and then there's always some of the stuff that you look at it. 's like not any cheaper than anywhere else. And it's supposed to be a bargain outlet, so they need to look at their pricing a little bit more closely

Interesting place, variety store at discounted prices, quality is so-so. I personally like seeing what random books they'll stock. I think if I categorized their goods, the word would be: random.Not always neatly organized.

There are some good deals here, a lot of junk too but overall its an agreeable place to shop

They don't have much selection because they are kind of a small store however the service was wonderful the staff was great and very helpful we did find a very nice rug there ever we ended up exchanging it for another one we found on the side of the road this guy was selling rugs LOL but it was a very good choice for the price overall I do like this door I plan to visit more often

The cashier was the only one there and still was pleasant and effecient . I only gave 4 stars because several other employees walked by and no one called for help for him or offered to help and I'm pretty sure two of them were managers

Interesting store with many gadgets and much more. They have a pretty big book section too. With a store like this you have to have regular scheduled stop because they get different items in. Have to walk it through. Never know when or what you might find for a great price. You kind of need to be into it. Like a quick treasure hunt. Worth a stop in from time to time. If buying food items check the dates.

One for customer service and friendliness!Would give it 0 if I could.Boardman store.Tonight,dead,2 employees on floor ,asked them how much 2 different items were bc no price ,response:"we don't know MAYBE 4.99 AND 6.99,BUT NOT SURE"ME "need to know bf lugging 20 lb bags up to register "Young guy &older lady no response!ME" so you're not going to find out how much they are??" Still no response!!Me " are you going to find out??!!"Still no offer to find out!!Told them what kinda customer service is this??Aborted the rest of my shopping bc of this behavior and only bought 2 99¢ items I already had.Told guy cashier how this is the unfriendliest and customer service lacking place I ever been in and no response from him either...(He's been my cashier bf and unfriendly)Told him I guess it's him too that's unfriendly and how I really have to think if I ever want to shop in there again then he finally asked me what I needed and what the problem was and then he was going to check for me and I told him no that's okay too little too late!!I'm really floored how they could have three different people so completely unfriendly and unhelpful.Rose's down the road was very friendly when I was there bf ,so it can't be the area !Edit:Well I gave it another try tonight but that was it I will never shop at this location.Same unfriendliness, cashier don't greet or thanks customers.There was one cashier,3 or 4 people behind me ,guy in front had a big order then said he had a chair saved...3 people didn't know what he was talking about, couldn't find chair ,all the while making all of us wait.Then finally they opened up a different register .The people behind me let me go first because I was first in line,but I went to the wrong side of the register by mistake and the woman cashier scolded me for not waiting all the way behind because she said that's what I'm supposed to do ,there's a sign back there that you have to wait till it's your turn!!!I have never seen anybody wait way back, never ever, and if there is a sign you couldn't see it cuz Ollie's have signs everywhere!!I learned my lesson ,giving them another chance, it's just the same and I will not shop at a place that unfriendly and incompetent!!

Ollie's really has good stuff with low prices. There is almost everything you can think of even big rolls of carpet and backing. Giant book selection as well

I stopped in looking for a certain item. The store was a cluttered mess with items on the floor making it difficult to navigate. They either didn’t have the item or I couldn’t find it. They only had two cashiers and the line to checkout was backing up through the store. Even if I did find the item I was looking for I would not have waited in that line to buy it.

My experience at Ollie's Bargain Outlet is an experience you would love to get to know once you are in the store, you will find things from books to cereal to furniture stuff and cleaning supplies, just the other night I found candles in there boy did they smell good
