The selection was fairly large for such a small space. They offered free tea and had insence burning. It also had some trinkets which were fun to look at.

The Epic reminds me of my childhood. It’s in a new location now, but it has been around for years! The owner is an amazing woman (who can make some killer chocolate brownies by the way) and you can tell how much of a lover for books she is by the selection of book she carries in her shop. I will forever love this shop and I highly reccomend it to everyone!

You must love Patchouli incense to like the store. The moment we walked through the door, the smell was overwhelming. My kids even said it smells in here. The store itself was really cute. Well laid out. But they need to air it out. I would almost think if you bought a book from there, the book itself would even smell of Patchouli incense

Cozy, magical little gem of a used book store. Specializing in spirituality and mysticism. Meaning all of the tarot, Wicca, philosophy and etc that new age enthuisists crave. But the store carries most any genre you can think of! Not only are there used book, also new, and a wonderful selection of giftable items, a children’s section & toys. Highly reccomend

Came to buy a book and person behind counter was on the phone so we waited for her to finish her conversation, when she did she immediately greeted someone that came thru the door and never looked at us to help us to purchase the book. We left. Too much trouble to buy a book for someone that thinks customers are to too much. trouble

Walking down the alley just off Xenia Avenue, is like stepping into another world. The Epic Book Shop could be the bookstore in Diagon Alley, out of Harry Potter. This store, however has a serious used collection of books: classic novels, spiritual & philosophical, contemporary, Bohemian, etc. It has many great gifts: jewelry, nesting dolls, cards etc. Of the unique bookstores and shops of Yelloe Springs, Epic Book Shop is unsurpassed.
