This is on their self service dog wash.Pros: Nice tub, individual space where you can shut the door and have your dog off leash, shampoo options provided, high velocity dryer. Has platform option for shorter dogs BUT make sure to also use the mat otherwise the platforms will slide apart and your dog could fall into the lower tub.Cons: not a very powerful high velocity dryer, shampoos are pre set out in dilution bottles but are very concentrated which makes them hard to rinse out, sign on door says conditioner and brushed provided... There were none in the room so I asked the staff where I was told they didn't have those available just shampoo, which would be ok if I didn't have a longer haired mini aussie that I took here after hiking and wanted to get all the burs off him (this was my 3rd self serve dog wash stop as Mutts and Co's was closed for renovation). Despite being advertised and other facilities in the area having these options the price was still 15.99 per dog. Towels are cheap and need multiple (which are available) to soak any water off dogs. They have a few cheaper made brush options available for sale in store but not worth the money. Disappointed in the lack of normal dog wash tools and will not be coming back for this service.

Worthington store -I love this place. I'm a senior with a handicap and Alyssa and staff members make shopping for my pet very easy for me. Also shopped many times at Arlington store and always a very good experience.

This store has some of the best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. I will certainly be returning. I was in the store yesterday around 2pm and was helped by an older lady (I so wish that I had gotten her name). She went above and beyond for me. Gave me a new kitten checklist, let me know of all the promotions that were going on, and let me look for myself. She periodically checked in and made sure I was finding everything I needed, while also providing me valuable information on which toys customers have liked the most. My kitten LOVES the toys she recommended. I ended up getting almost half off my order after all of the promotions and discounts that I was able to use. This is the only pet store I will be recommending to anyone from now on. Great service, great prices, great atmosphere.

My dog Olive and I went shopping at Hollywood Feed on N. High St., close to Worthington. The woman who was behind the cash register was very helpful. After we purchased toothbrushes and toothpaste for dental care of Olive and the other dogs, Olive picked out her favorite collagen chew. She and I look forward to visiting again.

I’m a first time puppy owner and needed assistance finding appropriate toys and treats. The associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He shared what other customers report has enjoyed by dogs as well as his own experience. I feel like I have a neighborhood resource for assistance and questions now! Highly recommend!

I love this shop. not only do i know i am getting the best quality for my little fur baby but the pricing is competitive. BUT it is the staff that keeps me coming back. The are always friendly and extremely helpful when i have questions. In a world of lackluster customer service these store are a breath of fresh air.

Just moved here from California and wow, the customer service here was amazing. I was heading home from a haircut and saw this store on my way home. I have one closer to home but figured this was in my way.. second Hollywood Feed I’ve been to, and I can honestly say that at this point their customer service and products are always on point! No need to go anywhere else!

PetPeople is great. Only people who carry my dog’s food. And that’s the only food that doesn’t make him allergic. The items are a bit on the pricey side compared to other stores though. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

We mainly by dry dog food and treats and are happy to have the store right here in Worthington. Staff is always friendly and greet our dog like a good friend. As Rhys grew we purchased new collars and vests. He's now fully grown so those purchases are rare. As a side bar, the bakery smell as you enter the store is wonderful!

I love the staff at my local PetPeople! They are helpful, knowledgeable and go the extra mile when delivering, and this is not just a pun! The selection of food, toys and pet accessories is vast, yet carefully sourced. I enjoy walking in and browsing the toys. Very pleasant atmosphere!
