Well, I cannot say that the associates here are interested in helping the customers very much. They like to keep their distance. They seem to be wrapped up another things going on around the store so the customer service could definitely be better. The selection of shoes however is wonderful. Especially the Hey Dudes.

Managers quit and the staff are sent an text to respond if they still want to work by the district manager?!?!?!? Where is the professionalism in that?? My young son (his 1st job) sees this isn’t very professional so he calls and is told to come in and discuss his job with the new manager. Definitely not a decent place to work when it comes to communication, loyalty, and employee satisfaction. Manager lacks insight on what a good manager needs to do to keep staff and what professionalism looks like.

The store cares about other stock but has had the Exact inventory of kids(girls) dress shoes since the beginning of fall. So Poor!That's pathetic, especially when management offers no resolve of any wanting to inquire further but Shruggs shoulder than quickly gets back to her celly.

They have a nice selection of children's shoes and their prices are reasonable. The staff welcomed us in & assisted us when we asked instead of hovering over us, like some other shoe stores.

Great deals on shoes of all kinds. I usually wear Nike but they have several other similar brands. They have Hey Dudes, Under Armor, Fila, Justin's Boots,Ithica Boots,Adidas,Vans, Crox as well as several others and rock bottom prices. We got a pair of track shoes,a pair of loafers and a pack of socks for seventy five dollars.

Was just in the Wilmington Store, was looking for Athletetic Shoes in a size 14 Wide, had a good selection in all the top brands, did not make a purchase at this time but will do so, found prices affordable, staff was Amazing! (DESTINY) was Truly Knowledgeable in her product & was willing to order my size if not available in store, HER Personality was Amazing without being over bearing, will come back & ask for her when I purchase my shoes 👍😊

They don't carry the newest Jordan's. They have normal shoes normal prices, nice people. Very convenient.
