Also concerned in listening to what information is given so they understand everything prior to visit. The after treatment is thorough and calling to ask a question is well received. I had a great experience! I took my senior dog in for anal glands and Rabies shot. The doctor and techs were so kind and attentive with my dog. They also explained why my dog was having some issues that my regular vet failed to tell me which was disappointing because I take him to vet appointments regularly. Thank you so much!

Great service and atmosphere. It is first come, first serve so be prepared with a wait. I waited a good hour and a half to get my cat checked with the one of the packages, it took less than 20 minutes. If you have people in front of you with dogs or puppies that’s why wait times are much longer which can be frustrating but the price somewhat outweighs the wait time.

After receiving horrible service at Lyndhurst I was not sure about trying the Willowick locations. I am soo happy I did! The vet was wonderful the vet tech was wonderful. Ghobrial, Mohsen Was great with my little girl. She liked him so much she was jumping on him for his attention. Highly recommend. Especially if he is there!

There is no other center like Willowick! I refuse to take my pets anywhere else for the simple stuff. It’s affordable and convenient and the staff there is beyond amazing! They truly care for my animals like they’re their own. I’m never shocked when I see a line down the aisle, as these girls are the best and absolutely worth the wait!! Thank you Renee and April for taking care of my babies for two years now ❤️ 🐾

The entire team at the VIP Petcare Wellness Center in Willowick was AMAZING!! They treated my dog (Melo) like he was their own! The doctor (who I was sad to learn was only there temporarily) was so informative and answered all of my questions — he was very attentive and overly helpful with information I didn’t even know I needed! We took our dog in for hot spots and I wasn’t even sure if that was something they treated — they did and they did it with so much care! Our Vet of almost 18 years retired last year and we have been challenged with finding a new Vet home — but I have found a new level of confidence with VIP Petcare Wellness! So far we’ve taken Melo to them for his yearly shots and most recently for the skin treatment and beyond the care — their pricing is great! Again major shout out to the team at the Willowick location! You made mine and Melo’s experience 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼10 out of 10 I would totally recommend!

I'm not sure that the vet we saw is the permanent vet at this location but he was MORE than phenomenal! He was friendly to our scared puppy, he was thorough with the examination, he was personable and relatable - all around amazing! The vet tech was just as wonderful! She was so knowledgeable about our follow up care and really seemed to be invested in my baby's wellbeing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!

Vet and techs super friendly and helpful. My dog is super reactive at the vets office but tech held him while he was getting shots and no issues. Half the price of getting the same service at a regular vet office will definitely be bringing my other dog and cats for their vaccine boosters as well.

We had a good experience here. We had a fairly short wait, we were third in line and probably only waited 30-45 minutes. The vet and other staff took their time to make sure my dog was comfortable and explained services to me. My dog is very anxious and they did their best to accommodate her, it was very much appreciated. Prices were very affordable.

VIP Petcare, located inside Pet Supplies Plus, provides well-care and vaccinations for pets. We take our dog there for his rabies shot at a much lower price than our vet without the need to schedule an appointment. Our Gootch Pooch loves the kind staff and I appreciate their excellent the professionalism and friendliness of the staff!

I enjoy being able to come here if I can't get into my vet at the last minute, which is frequently these days. Prices are great. I usually get yearly shots here and send my records to my vet because I save so much money. Everyone has been very kind and I appreciate having this option so close to home.

I was thrilled to discover a vet clinic closer to me than my usual vet. Both dogs were seen and treated. They loved their treats! And even though shots were involved, I was able to get vaccinations done earlier than expected. The vet was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. And the staff was top notch.

The prices for their care packages are incredibly fair, cheaper than a traditional vets office! Took my kitten in for a wellness check and some shots and they were so quick and so kind.
