Would give a zero if I could. Went in to buy a birthday card. Evidently cashier Misty thinks customers should wait while she goes on a smoke break. Comes back in and walks by me while I'm standing at the register waiting to check out just to disappear, even made eye contact as she was walking away. Stood at checkout for a good 5 minutes waiting for her. They also have a bell that people ring for service.

Always stocked up. They always have what we are looking for && then some. All the staff are absolutely 💯 amazingly sweet && caresmatic. The store is always clean,the aisleways are always free of stock carts/boxes/debris making it so much easier as well as safer to shop. Keep it guys you 🎸 🤘 🥌 👩‍🎤 🗿 ROCK!!!! (*SIDE NOTE*) STILL NOT HAPPY WITH THE .25 raise on things,but who is. 😆 🤣

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! The staff here always have an attitude and are rude. I went in today last minute for valentines cards for my daughter and the cashier(Brenda) told me I couldn't be in the store due to senior hour, which is fine I turned around and was leaving the store and she said "its only been that way for 9 months" sarcastically to the customer she was checking out. I am a mother in a rush to get last minute valentines cards that I was just informed of 30 minutes prior to coming in.. HAVE SOME COMPASSION!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE! I will spend more money somewhere else before I EVER step foot in another dollar tree! Corporate needs to come in an evaluate all of the Willard Employees!!

The Willard store is a disaster area and fire hazard. Aisles are full of unopened and opened boxes that are a tripping hazard and make it difficult to find and reach items. The main door is not easily accessible from the inside in the event of any emergency. The 9-10 senior only policy is a joke and is arbitrarily enforced by a very rude manager who would rather argue with and chase away a customer over being there at 9:50. I apologized and gave my reason for only have about 30 minutes to grad a few things, but she continued to be rude saying they did not need my bus. She also parks right in front of the store in customer park. I will not be going there again.

Dont complain about not having a break to your customers then slam your items on register counter. Like your a thief. Just bc you been busy. Its they way her attitude was. We could went to the other lady. So you can had a break.

You wouldn't be getting 1 star, but I don't have a choice. My child went into this Dollar Tree on 1/1/2020, and paid with quarters... Brenda got an attitude when she did, but nothing I wasn't willing to look past. Then today 1/2/2020, My daughter went back in her father took her and was spending the rest of her quarter's, a few dimes, a few nickels. Brenda was once again there, she YELLED at my daughter, causing my daughter to cry, and giving anxiety. When I called and asked for the general managers number, I was told by a manager to, "Look it up your "f-ing" self." I have the number now, I also went to the store, bought a Pepsi to get the cashiers name, "Brenda" where I told her I was the mother of the child she yelled at, she went from sounding hoarse, to yelling at me, with a store full of customers! Except I am not my child, and told her just as much, and made her very aware I reported her! This store is ran like a bootcamp. The employees while stocking shelves, yell back and fourth talking about people. One day they were talking between 2 aisles about sex and marriage. Completely unprofessional! When they changed from Family Dollar they should have brought in New employees, because these are classless, mouthy, very unprofessional people they have working there.

Cashier was VERY RUDE. I believe her name is Shelly. She was very mean when it was Family Dollar. I actually stopped shopping there because of her. Now that she stayed, I guess I won’t be going back to this DT location again either. I had high hopes for this location and was very excited when they opened up.Couldn’t walk down aisles because there were carts of stock sitting in the middle and boxes stacked on the floor.

Went in there to buy makeup and cat food and one of the employees or manager called the police on me and my friends and said we were stealing because they have seen us in the makeup isle before i was just trying to get cat food and makeup because i just lost 200$ worth of makeup in a fire and i was going to go down to are house to feed are cars NEVER COMING BACK the lady that called on us had blonde hair in a ponytail with glasses rudest person ever i had 30$ to spend on stuff i needed and i wasnt able to get nothing because they wouldn’t let us pay for it she needs to be fired ASAP worst experience in that store ever dont go there because if your a usual and they see you in the same isle more than once they will accuse you of stealing i wasn’t even in the store for 5 minutes and the cops were there i choose to go in that isle to get stuff but i guess i shouldnt have because they called the police on us never going to that store ever again i started to cry after i left bc all i was trying to do was get stuff for my cats and myself but i had to walk all the way to the dollar general just to get a bag of cat food because they wouldn’t let me pay I couldn’t even get makeup at the dollar general because its to expensive and the dollar tree is cheap and they have good makeup for a dollar well 1.25$ now willard dollar tree is the worst if you see a worker with blonde hair in a pony tail in glasses be careful of where tou walk because if you go in the same isle more than once she will call the police

No mandate in our state. No place in any surrounding county has a mask requirement, except dollar tree. YELLED at me that I can't enter without one. I'm surprised no store has told me I can't come in without a clown nose yet it would be just as effective.

Most of the staff an store is nice but there is one manager there that never helps customers when there is a lot of people in the store she always seems to be in the isles or in the office no matter how long the line gets an she won't come out until there is about 3 people left in line she has no customer service skills I go in there all the time an she does the exact same thing Everytime there is a lot of people in line they could do better without her
