Nice store. Clean and very friendly staff. Just extremely slow checking out. All in all it is a good local store with large selection. Just make sure you aren't in a hurry.

Well...the dollar General in Smithville is the cleanest...most organized one I've ever seen...althought...some stuff in there freezers seem like they have thawed...they have ice one them...the dollar General in West Salem is dirty...always out of stuff. I've had cheese that had mold on it ...and that is one thing is like to bring up...if some of the food they bring is allowed to de-thaw. Then freeze again. That is not healthy. I stopped going to the one in West Salem ohio...

6 people working, on cashier while the line was all the way back. Cashier couldn't properly count change after she already entered it on the register because I gave her 11.29 the total was 6.11 I wanted a five back and she just handed me the dollar back and gave me four singles seriously? Get it together.

Staff very nice answers all questions and helps you find everything. If item not available she checked to see when it would be and let me know so I wouldn't waste time even explained the online store

Averge dollar general friendly staff store well organized. Hands down second best dollar General around besides. Main st dg in Ashland. There number one. Darla,cindy,nancy,scott,haydin,jane there the best.

This place is disgusting. All of the staff is amazing how every the one lady with black hair and has ageing spots all over her face is nasty and very rude. I love the manager Markus.

Only seen one person with masks on and that was my wife I think if people would put their masks on the world might go back to normal sooner instead of getting worse they should be enforcing mask wearing

Terrible customer service never once have I been greeted or thanked for shopping there I believe the older lady with blonde hair is a manager and she is never polite or speaks to me for that matter only reason I go there is for last minute things that I need would never recommend this place
