Love this place. I absolutely love the wooden floors that creak when you walk on them. It's like going back in time. Neat toys for kids and just lots of fun items to check out. If you haven't been in a while, you should go. And don't forget the .50 greeting cards.. love those as well!I went and bought a birthday gift for my sister, again, Wertz did not disappoint..I love going in this country store.

Staff is friendly , this place will remind you of the hardware stores back when your dad would take you during the 70s my dad loves it when he comes up from Florida he loves to go there and he thinks it's the greatest place on Earth they have different varieties of stuff and it just reminds him of the old hardware stores that he used to go to when he was a kid

You gotta come & see the variety store. It's awesome, anything you need they have. If they don't, just ask one of the friendliest clerks. They will certainly help you out. As is the hardware side. Same goes for a bunch of great people to help you. Love this place and you will too!

I drove 30 miles today to go to Wertz just to buy greeting cards. Their selection is wonderful and their prices are very, very reasonable. Of course, I can't go there and buy just one thing because their selection of all things unusual is just too tempting. I love the place.

Honestly would have really liked this place if they weren’t super nice one time my boyfriend goes in to buy random bolts and nuts for his race car and then the second time going in he gets shooed out by the woman, I’m guessing she’s having a bad day. She must have thought my boyfriend was stealing the way she had to help him and then told him they only have fractional stuff and the thing he needed was right in front of him. I’m glad to say he did end up leaving like she told him to and went and bought else where. How do you run a small business based off of judgements?
