The food has changed and even my kid won't eat the burgers anymore. The service isn't always bad but there are a few employees who could learn customer service skills. That's not to say customers are always right because, they sure aren't. But, reciprocate kindness and that will improve performance. That being said, a few minor improvements and this place could be amazing

Order my food on the app most of the time and this is what i get. Mistakes 90% of the time.Made to order but i get cold fries.Another time it was breakfast.. ordered breakfast burritos didn't have them. Couldn't tell you when you go thru the drive thru order window. Tell you to pull around. Still didn't tell you until you get to the food pick up window. Ask you to pull around. Waited another 20 minutes just to have to go inside and get a refund so you can leave and not be late for work.

The lady that took my cash was the best part of visit and went down hill from there. Free trips to this location and I haven't received a hot meal yet. And the lady that gave me my bag of food where do they get these people not a very pleasant person basically threw my food at me. Probably won't return to this place. And the girl at that find a window needs to get a personality

I just wanted to give a shout out to the team at this location. I live in Toronto but I go to Wellsville for my morning latte and a sandwich before work because the crew is so nice, the food is Hot (especially the fries! ) and they are actually in uniform. Other locations need to take a hint from this small town location. Keep it up Wellsville! --June 2023

I am highly upset rn, I took my two kids to get a happy meal today. No toy. I even double checked before we left they gave us toys.but once we got home no toy. I realized that one of my kids were crying and screaming they have been waiting for months for this toy to come back!!😡

This was my first visit to this McDonald's - it was very nice! Super clean and I really appreciated that all the employees were wearing masks. Also, they had plastic/plexiglass up at the registers, which many places have done away with. The staff were very nice and friendly. Definitely one of the better McDonald's I've been to! Oh and the best part -- my order was made perfectly! They didn't mess anything up lol!

Ordered sausage gravy and biscuits and they gave me 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits told them my order was wrong they took it bk and gave again the sausage egg and cheese biscuits 3x this girl gave me the wrong order I was so fed up I just walked out with the damn sausage egg biscuits she definitely wasn't going to get it right the 4th time she needs to be put in the back and not up front taking orders

Ordered 2 dbl 1/4 lb w cheese, 20 nuggets, med fries, dbl cheeseburger and a crispy chicken deluxe. Didn't find out till I got home we were missing the last 2 items. They mess up orders almost everytime I go there. Their OJ is orange water. Tang has more flavor. Now because of this there are no longer any fast food joints in wellsville worth going to.

On a trip with our family and our 3 boys were hungry. So we stopped here. The restrooms and restaurant were clean! All staff was very friendly! Our order was quick and correct! And the cashier made sure all 3 boys had the same toy so there was no fighting! Above and beyond!

I love these folks! Always smiling and happy. The coffee is always fresh, and they don't mind if I ask them for fresh, unsalted french fries. It's always clean in the bathrooms ( and if there is a problem all I have to do is tell someone and they are right on it). They keep the grounds clean and the bushes are neatly trimmed. They know me and my " usual" and love to tease a smile out of me on bad days.

Service was good but there's one big issue and I have it at every McDonald's out there I don't know if people are too lazy and don't want to clean the ice cream machine but you can never get ice cream or smoothies a lot of time because they're always cleaning the machines and that seems like always anytime you stop it don't matter what time of day

Only complaint is that here recently everytime we order they have us pull over to the door and bring our order out to us, which is not really a big deal, but would think that when they do that it means they need more time to cook our food, but yet everytime our fries are hard every single time and not really even worth eating. I love their fries, but they really need to make sure that actually get good and fresh fries.

This is one of the better Mcds I've been to. The employees, from the store manager down, are all extremely friendly. When I started going to that one, I wouldn't go in for a few months but when I'd go back, they always said something about one of my prior trips in. .... which made me feel good. 😉 I recommend this store greatly.

Staff was ok this visit. Most of the time, the employees are zombie drones with an attitude.The price I paid to actually be greeted by a human with a smile was that I woke this morning with pains in my stomach and I exploded the toilet.Something want right with either the big mac, the ice cream or the chicken sandwich.It might be a while before I visit the again

Friendly staff, but they don't alwaya seem to be listening and get your order wrong 1/4 of the time. The food is usually alright, but it's wise to check burgers and chicken for doneness before leaving the premises. Same for your order- always check it is fully there before leaving the lot. They have a lot of them and do miss things on occassion.
