We went in picked up are order. We got home went to eat half the order was missing then I called to have them fix the order and the woman cussed me out and said I ordered something I did not order. The lady who took the order was nice and very well could have made a mistake. The lady who answered was a rude ignorant arrogant woman who acted like she was better than me, talking down to me and acting like I was lying. The point is the lady had no reason to act this way because they made a mistake. This woman needs to be fired

Sat in line for over 25 mins for a chicken sandwich & a chicken basket the guy in front of me made it impossible to pull straight foward & had to maneuver & fix myself . As the girl at the drive through gave me dirty looks then drops my change all over the ground & shuts the window wait another 5-7 mins for her to come back & hand me my food n not say a word. I work in a food industry & a waitress at that & your always to be smiling & pleasant to your customers. Which she was not. Guess I’ll make the drive to Steubenville or east Liverpool for good service .

Prices are OUTRAGEOUS! We ordered a hot dog basket and a 4pc chicken basket and 2 medium malts...$31.24... we will never go back there to eat again!

We had dinner here last night, went through the drive thru, they were patient while we decided what we wanted. We ordered 2 large chicken strip baskets, 1 sauced, my husband ordered a flamethrower burger and I got pretzel sticks. Our order was right and speedy.

Store was not busy, but outside trash cans were full & needed emptying, and men's restroom, altho very clean, needed a working hand drier or the paper towel dispenser needed to be filled. The women working the counter were very personable and efficient, and the equipment appeared clean. And of course, the food was top-notch as expected.

Terrible service every time I order from there. I go through the drivethrough and my blizzards are always like milkshakes, and I never receive a lid. This last time I ordered 2 blizzards, a soft serve and a milkshake. I wasn't given a cup carrier or even offered one, my blizzards are runny and my milkshake was pretty much just soft serve. I had to leave it sit for a few just to be able to drink it. Plus my food was just thrown in a bag. My onion rings and chese curds all sat more in the bottom of the bag, rather than their container.

Good food good food good food! Call me home town proud, but it's still the truth. I eat a lot of salads, and they have some of the freshest ingredients around. From the side salad to the chicken salads every one of them are made when ordered. They keep it clean, the staff are friendly and the seating ample and comfortable.

98% of staff is amazing. The ones that have been there awhile are all usually great. The new ones that come and go usually aren't nice but the store obviously doesn't keep the people who aren't fit for the job.

Love the food. For ice cream like treats it's a bit much pricewise for what you get. But, the food is great! Not bad at all for made to order.

Just picked up 3 piece chicken strip with onion rings chicken strips very small nothing like we use to get some one needs to order products very sad looking meal. We use to get great food there.today not worth the price.

My daughter worked here for 6 weeks never got paid and missed one day due to no schedule for her and she had a dr app and they put her down as a no call no show and she called the day they technically say she missed! Then when I went to pick up her checks, yes checks they never gave her even one! They said they can’t pay her until she returns the uniform! I will not be back and this business will be reported!

We've been going to the Dairy Queen in East Palestine Ohio for years... always a good experience with service and food... but its been awhile since our last visit.Tonight was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Not only was my bill overcharged, but my sandwich was made wrong. I had to take it back up 2 times because it still had mayo on it after the first time. The manager was then making rude/nasty remarks about me returning the sandwich AGAIN loud enough that I could hear her at the counter! She then questioned me as to why I brought the sandwich up again, when you could clearly see mayo on the lettuce and tomato after I had already taken it up once. I watched as the manager put my chicken in the microwave and then gave it back to me... then lied to my face afterwards about it being a fresh sandwich... along with the now ice cold onion rings! I asked for fresh hot onion rings and was met with yet again a rude disrespectful comment from her. So finally after 20 mins and the rest of my family being done eating, I had a luke warm microwaved chicken sandwich, fresh onion rings (after arguing) and an overcharged bill... RIDICULOUS!!I don't know what happened to the staff that normally work there (because they were great), but the staff tonight were clueless and the manager was very unprofessional and rude!

I had just went to this Dairy Queen in Wellsville and i has to wait for my order for AT LEAST 20 min in the drive thru. When I got up to the window FINALLY after sitting behind 3 cars FOREVER, I received nothing but attitude and disrespect. Then I tried calling and it kept saying that it was “busy” but one of our calls they picked up then hung up on us. If I could give it less than one star I would. 0/10 HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Wellsville Dairy Queen -- fast and efficient workers. Pulled into drive through. 6 cars ahead of me. I was in and out in less than 8 minutes. The girls working there are always so nice and friendly!

My sister and I were traveling back home from visiting relatives further south. Our family reunions were held in Wellsville which is half way between home and there. The DQ has moved from where it was located and Route 7 runs over the park we held the reunions but the memories are plenty and we talk of great times and relatives that have gone "HOME". The ice cream cones are great.

Their burgers are simply amazing, they don't short on anything, especially their flamethrower. I drive all the way from Colombiana on some days because I crave their flamethrower burger. Other dq's got nothing over this one
