My husband has called and left messages and no one calls him back. I guess once you purchase something from them, they are done with you. My father ran a tractor supply company and his customers were always taken care of that day or the next. Poor customer service!

We bought Cub Cadet new there at Wellington Implement 3 years ago & we took in to have fixed in May & was told they would also service for $160. & it would be about 2 weeks so we agreed.Here it is middle of July & get a call that the parts finally came in & ready to be picked up & it would be $238.!!! They never called to keep us informed of what was happening, we called them several times!! So we had to “Rent” a mower from Rental place which was Not cheap! Since ours was still not fixed we gave them more business because we try to buy local & purchased a used tractor mower& had to finance since our lawn had to be mowed

From start with the sales guy on the phone to the call back to set up the delivery to finish with delivery guy to my drive the service was fantastic. I have shopped around for the last month and knew the kind of riding mower I wanted. After talking to several other dealers including the Cub Cadet company themselves, Wellington implement was hands down the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My snowblower needed repair right as we were getting lots of snow in mid-February. I called Wellington Implement in Medina to see if they could help. They came to my house to pick up my unit that day, fixed the unit, and returned it within two days. They exceeded my expectations (and then some!). Recently purchased an Echo backpack blower and couldn't have had a better experience - without stepping one foot inside your door!! Nic Gremba was phenomenal, answered all my questions, prepped the unit with a full tank of gas and even delivered it to my home!! Excellent customer service - definitely recommend!!

5 Star all-the-way.Completely professional and prompt service from start to finish on a deal that included quoting, ordering, and delivery of a brand new compact tractor with attachments. Through the process I had a few very ignorant new owner questions that were addressed immediately and a in a courteous manner.Highly Recommend!

Medina store needs help. Bought a mower, wasn’t in stock so was sent over from a different store. Picked it up got it home realized the front end was broken and/or not assembled correctly. Returned it within the hour, was told they didn’t have time to look at it that day, three days later got a call saying it’s done. Scheduled delivery for Saturday morning 830-900, at 10:30 the delivery driver still hadn’t arrived. Called and they “didn’t know where he is, must be running behind”. If I could get a refund on my cub cadet card I would. Ridiculous for a simple push mower, thankfully there are other dealers around medina.

Sell small and large equipment. Staff could be friendlier. Would not have them service my lawn tractor as they broke the drain hose which cause it to leak all the oil and blow up the motor.

Wellington Implement was the only Yanmar dealer I could find that would take the time and trouble to locate and order an obscure tractor accessory kit for me. When we finally got the kit, they went through it with me and actually got me two fittings that were missing from the factory kit. Next time I buy a tractor, I will look there first!
