I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this store. I was expecting your traditional hardware store. They had a some boutique clothing, Christmas home decorations, candles, tumblers, and so much more. Of course they items you would typically find in a hardware store like tools, pier tools, grills, pet food, bird seed and more. I really enjoyed the had painted murals on the outside of the building that reflected Wellington’s history.

Love love love this store! The people are really knowledgeable and the customer is really a priority. They have just about anything you could ask for. And the paint department is top notch.

Outstanding selection of Dixie Belle paints. They also have a large selection of unfinished wood pieces and many more supplies for do it yourselfers. Hubby found some hardware items he was not able to find anywhere else. We didn't make it to the electric, plumbing and garden area but I'm sure it is as stocked as the other building. We will be returning for sure!

I used to love this little cute store but last Saturday I decided to treat myself for once and purchased an $80 pair of Ariat jeans. I went to put them on yesterday but couldn’t because a chunk of the zipper is missing (I didn’t try on the jeans in the store last weekend since I couldn’t find a fitting room which would have eliminated this entire issue). So when I found out that the jeans were defective yesterday, I called the WELLINGTON store and spoke with a young lady who informed me they would exchange them and return to the manufacturer for me since it’s clearly not my fault that this happened. With that said, I head up to the store this morning and the extremely rude lady at the store tried to tell me I bought them from the Ashland store (which I didn’t even know there was one since I am never in Ashland) and also told me “we keep getting Ashland’s items and people in accounting get mad”. Like what does that have to do with me?!? I bought them from the WELLINGTON store last Saturday. Either way, she told me they could not exchange without tags (which I had ripped off after I debagged the item last weekend).I wasn’t trying to argue today but just won’t be bringing my business or family’s business back to this store. Clearly they could care less about their customers.

My wife and I recently built a home on six acres and were in need of a variety of landscaping tools and supplies. In the past, we've usually gone to Lowes or TSC, but being somewhat new to Wellington, our neighbor encouraged us to "shop local" and recommended Farm & Home. So glad we listened! Farm & Home had everything we needed and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Supporting a local business might cost a few dollars more but is 100% worth it. We will definitely be back!

Purchased lawn mower, best experience in a long time. From my first phone call talking to Aaron, the actual purchase and the delivery all perfect. Called manager to let him know we were blown away by his employees. The staff are helpful, greet you, and go above and beyond. Associates are always willing to help out and find what you need. They give off the old school mom and pop hardware store vibe you won't find anywhere else. They have pretty much everything you'd need in a pinch!

I love this place but one thing I wish they would do and that is have more building supply’s I love to build and I always have to go to Lowe’s or home depot for it and that sucks. I try so hard to keep my money spending around town. Wish the building supply you have was more in price with big store also. Again I love this store and my kids love going here keep up the good work

If this were my first experience I would give 1 star. I called the store looking for something before I drove 20 miles. I talked to Don. Don wouldn't listen to what I had to say and insisted that I had to bring my item in so he could see it. Had he just listened to me and let me tell him the size he could have quickly told me they don't have it. Instead, I drove 20 miles (1 way) and met John (SUPER NICE GUY) he couldn't help so he got Don. Don looks at what I am holding and says "oh no we don't have them that big" I was clearly upset and Don only says "sorry" and walks away leaving me standing there with John. Don had not a care in the world. He refused to help me on the phone and refused to acknowledge his poor customer service and only made it worse. John on the other hand was very sorry. So, if you go to this store stay away from Don. He should not be in customer service.

I ordered some cut plexiglass, as I have done before. The lady was very nice and she cut the material. After I came home and opened it, it was cut to the wrong size. I called and talked with John, he said bring it back and he would fix it. John did just that, and double checked everything plus wrapped it. It is the perfect fit now. And it looks great. Thank you

nice quant country store. I have shopped here before with no issues however the last time I came in it was very awkward I felt as if I was being eyed by one of the staff members. All the while I was looking for carhart socks and beanies for my son. However they didn't have what I went in for I did leave purchasing carhart leggings for myself. I havent managed to build up the courage to come back after this.

This place is great Frank the plumber was very knowledgeable knew exactly how to approach the small project I was doing even showed me how to attach the plumbing in the store! Great customer service is hard to find but not at Farm & Home. Except when you call in! The girls have no idea what is going on they have no business answering calls with zero knowledge

Ordered online, CALLED to confirm availability of product and was then directed to customer service who cancelled the order instead of shipping it out due to a "handwritten note left to cancel on her desk" They didn't try to contact me before cancelling, just went ahead and returned the transaction, all to let me know I can place the order again if I wanted.

I will say I spend too much money here. Almost always have what I need. Wish they were alittle cheaper but for a small hardware store it is not bad. I wish they had a better selection of lumber. They also deliver stone and mulch for a price. Staff is always helpful and friendly. This is the best little hardware store around. Beats the heck out of driving to Lowe's.

Duane was very helpful. Went for a chain saw blade. Ended up buying a brush hog. He spent time talking to me about a zero turn mowers that I want to buy in spring. Highly recommended.

Great service. Staff very friendly. Good selection. You just have to learn the difference in the 2 buildings plumbing electric and outdoor stuff is in the back building everything else up front.

Prices are outrageous, scumbaggery at it's best here to RIP of locals, I will suggest going else where to buy at a fair price. Don't be foolish and support them. 17 dollars for 1 sheet of drywall.Elsewhere is 9 dollars

I have always shopped at farm and home bought lots of clothes tools and 2 rifles from there. How ever after what farm and home pulled on my father who custom ordered a Henry rifle directly through Henry and had it specifically made and shipped to farm and home so he could give them the business just to have it come in to the store and have it sold to one of the employees there!!!!! It had his name attached to the paper work!!!! You basically stole it from him and since this has happened I will never stop foot in your store again. Not to mention this rifle also has a waiting list of customers that also have been screwed. Absolutely no excuse for this!!
