Go to Rural King next door first. If they don't have it then go there and spend the money. I bought on par with Lowe's. Each one does something a little better but it's okay.

I saved $30 buying my pallet of wood pellets here, compared to the pallet I bought from a competitor in town and those were recycled material. Not real wood. They broke up easily, turning to dust and clogging the auger on my pellet stove.

@TheHome Depot Washington Court House Ohio:We bought a big Samsung package deal a couple of weeks ago. Dishwasher was leaking internally when installed. Not Home Depots fault. We have a new one coming this Sat. Had a few bumps installing the gas stove, but Jr. was very cordial and helpful, as was Brad from plumbing. Robert (a manager) was also very nice and accommodating. The real star of the store for our consumer experience was Becky from appliances. She is extremely knowledgeable in all things appliance and flooring. A true customer oriented rep. She's a real asset to your operation. Can't speak highly enough of her. Thanks Becky!

I live in New Vienna, OH which is between Wilmington and Hillsboro. Problem is, neither has a Home Depot (only Lowes). This location is the closest to my house and it's worth the drive jist to pick up my Ryobi tools and Dyna-Glo smokers!

The workers at the costumer service are great but the delivery is a mess my boss specifically said we need the osbs by 8am and came to the store and they said the delivery and home Depot are different entities and don't have specific times for delivery. Would be great if we new that before. Buyer be aware of this delivery system is pretty bad.

I went to Home Depot yesterday looking for clips to put up a new flag. Hailee, who works in the garden department, stepped over and asked if we needed help. She was caring, sweet, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. Kudos to HD for having such a great employee...she's a great ambassador for Home Depot. Please look for her if you need help, she cares.And a shout out to the employees of our local store....you are all hometown friendly wonderful.

This is a much better store than their competitors have. The employees can actually be found on the floor AND they'll ask if you need help. Just wish we had one closer to the Portsmouth area.

I love how friendly and ready to help the staff is at this home depo. I had an employee helping me look for an item for at least 20 minutes before we were Informed by someone else they stopped carrying it. Regardless, I'm impressed on how friendly and willing to help the employee was. When I went to checkout the cashier was also very personal and kind with me as well. Definitely will shop here again.

Pro shop not so Pro.Ordered a fence. The lady double my order that was needed. Ordered items not needed. Ordered wrong items. Fence panels they tried to sell me looked liked they were pulled out of a dumpster. All of this and time wasted taking this back what needed returned has put me 2 weeks behind. I'm still waiting on items to be delivered and was told that I'd have them this week. It's Thursday. The lady who did all of this blamed everyone else, then her manager told her she ordered the wrong parts. So I'm not sure at this point whether they will get any further business from me. Called today fence post are supposed to be in today. They will no longer get my business.

It should have been better ,as I was buying their last tool box for my pick up in self check out I chose this opotion because of the two clerks voicing their outrage that as a cashier "ppl just kept coming to their lines" any how as I'm ringing out like I clocked in ,I got another one of the dream team smashing into my flat top cart with a truck tool box I turn around like ima uncle Phil one of the kids ,Nope it's one of their staff then he grabs it and I then grab he doesn't respond until I elevated my voice to remove himself from my cart don't know where ya found the homedepot, but we deserve better than that ...side note day two of having the box weather stripping fell off

The Halloween section at this Home Depot was pitiful. Employees acted like they didn’t want to be there. Place was empty. Home Depot should do more research when deciding where a new store gets built. Clearly, the Home Depot in Washington Court House is underperforming significantly.

One of my favorite stores, location was my first lure, Aldis right next door, and soon to be one of those super car washes. Whatkept me going back was customer service has always been spot on.

This was the best Home Depot ever!!! Brad and Tim helped me out from the time I walked in until u walked out! It was such a pleasant experience and I'm really thankful for those guys! If I could I would give the store and those 2 a 10 star rating for how excellent the service was!

If i could leave zero stars i would. This has been the worst company we possibly could have chosen for such a large financial investment on our house.Called to have an estimate on one window we wanted replaced. The gentleman who came out seemed nice enough. He sold us this whole pitch on how our house needed all new windows and now was a great time to do it bc of all the good deals they had going on. He told us anything more than two windows the labor was free, he also talked us into the most expensive window options using that they are tax deductible and our heating/cooling bill would go down as the selling pitch.$8000 later the labor was not free, the contractor who installed the windows does not have record of our bill so we cannot even deduct them from our taxes.Lets not even mention the mess that was left in our yard after the windows were installed, the wrong measurement taken of our windows which resulted in the wrong size windows being made.Heres the real kicker, our EPA double pained windows have made our heating and cooling bills sky rocket.If i could go back and do it all over i would have just installed the ONE original window we wanted replaced and NOT with Home Depot.Absolute worst experience.

I love the fact that we can bring our dogs in for socialization and to help with teaching our one manners. The store employees are very helpful and the store has a good atmosphere.Update 6/24/2022:We had to go purchase a new washer as the other one stopped spinning. I didn't catch the sales lady's name but she was extremely helpful, and very thorough. Recommended that we get new hoses (we did), and even went so far as to tell us about the complete satisfaction program they offer: any little ding, scratch, etc., tell whomever is delivering it that we don't want it. It will be returned and a new one delivered. When my boyfriend mentioned that it was my birthday she had to give me a hug!Very happy with the experience and can't wait for the washer to be brought out and set up!Edit: while happy with delivery, unhappy about the setup. The men did not level the washer at all. I would think making sure the washer is completely ready for its job is part of setting up and delivery.

Sure wouldn’t order anything from this place again ordered a new glass top range and when the first one got here they broke it gave us another delivery date then never called us to let us know it was on back order gotta wait another week feel a lot of aggravation now

Well stocked. Clean and orderly. Nice folks! I was delivering a load in the back and the receiving department was very fast unloading, and very nice! Bought a broom and some cleaning wipes while there.
