Goodbye KrogerWe've shopped there for 25 years. We put up with having to carry a card in order to get the sales. We put up with having to mess with coupons for other sales. We put up with having to use the app for other sales -- all while the competition says, "low prices every day" without having to hassle.Then we put up with having to bag and carry out our own Groceries.Then we had to start checking ourselves through with the most irritating self-check software on earth where a zucchini requires we push, "search by picture," " vegetable," "squash," "zucchini." Then still have to wait for "help is on the way" because we put the zucchini on the scale before keying in the product instead of after.Of course the associate who finally comes to help us sighs and acts like we're stupid.We hate self-check so much we are willing to wait a long time for a cashier, but the last two times we've gone to Kroger there were zero registers open.Kroger is saving lots of money by forcing us to use self-check, while at the same time, not just raising, but actually doubling, prices on many items.It's just more and more profit for the people at the top while the customer plays their game.We're done.

Kroger generally has good deals, but with the current inflation rate, prices have skyrocketed. I know other people in my community can vogue for that..

Their pharmacy sucks. Doesn’t do their job right. Doesn’t fill the full prescription amounts. Have to wait days to weeks to months for prescriptions. Last prescription I had was a quantity of 120 and it is showing they will be putting less into that prescription that I was supposed to have yesterday but will not have til next week when it is essential I have it now. Hope krogers pharmacy is forced to close down because they beyond suck and they are lazy as hell.

Store has gone downhill big time in last 6 months. Especially when it comes to click list and customer service by management. Mostly management needs to step it up. Start hiring people. Fill your postions accordingly and start treating your employees with more respect than you give them.

Great parking but prices have gotten absolutely insane. But service is pretty excellent. Only downfall to shopping in store is from 9-10 certain youth that work there make last minute customers rush with there constant announcements every ten minutes.

Self checkout registers alert associates every single time I come here and try to check out, no matter how careful I am about making sure every item is processed. They have always been rude about it and act annoyed about putting in their passwords to let me check out and never say a single word to me. I understand it might get annoying having to do that multiple times a day but it's still rude imo and kind of deters me from coming here. Don't know what causes the registers to do this every time, but it's really uncomfortable as I go there to check out my own items quickly without anyone having to intervene. No problems with this store otherwise.

Had a wonderful experience in the Starbucks located inside this Kroger! Sunday morning a sweet gal with pretty pink hair was working alone while being flooded with orders. She was kind, happy and with a smile worked through all the crazy!

Not a fan of this Kroger. The women’s restroom has no bathroom sink, the hand wipes are all dried out and the bathroom is dirty and smells dirty. All I can think about is all the employees using the restroom without access to a sink and soap handling food. Throughly disgusted. The store itself also smelled like rotting meat.

If you place pickup order and allow substitutions when a substitution is done it will charge to your backup debit rather than your actual SNAP even though it's food according to Martin today 5/31/2023 and will not be refunded because it's not valid it's policy. DEFINITELY NOT better for the customer as stated making online payments would be better since it's required to have two forms of payment yet charged for everything substituted on your debit. It's wrong. I'd give no stars if it was an option!

Usually a good store, sometimes out of things. would have given a better rating, If every time I've had to use the restroom or take my kids to use their restroom, EVERY time it smells like there is something dead in there. I'm not sure why it smells so horrible, but they really need to fix this. It's so gross I dread going in there, and try to avoid it at all cost, and am waring people now,If you can hold it, you should! I feel bad for anyone who has to be in there more than 60 seconds, bc It makes me gag!

I was attempting to pick up a diabetes medication for my elderly mother. I call yesterday to ensure that the prescription was still available. The person I spoke with stated that the prescription had been put back but that it would be refilled and I could pick it up today. After driving thirty minutes out of my way to pick up the prescription I was informed that there was nothing available. The reason...the prescription was "too old" according to their policy. She was even "kind enough" (yes that's sarcasm) to tell me the date the prescription was written as well as today's date. I wasn't looking to fill some old narcotic prescription. I was only attempting to get my mother back on her diabetes medication.

It's clean and friendly. Prices are higher than Walmart for the same items but they also have different items than Walmart so I split my shopping between the two.

Large, busy store, well stocked; some aisles were a little close with extra merchandise. Seemed clean and pretty well organized. Only interacted with the cashier, who was pleasant, friendly and quick. My sister is never happy with the baggers....she says they don't train baggers anymore. They don't seem to know to put like items together....cold or frozen with cold or frozen, fragile items on top not the bottom, pet items with other pet items, cleaners (chemicals) together and more than just one item per bag. You don't want to get home and find broken eggs or squashed bread or bananas in a mushy pile at the bottom of a bag. 👍

Walked into a busy store,The bakery order a birthday cake withWriting happy birthday my wifeWas told it will be a minute, I said ok I’ll go get a birthday card , they said okWent card section, full verity of fully stocked got a wonderful cardWent back to get my cake saw the balloons got two in seconds, got the cake, and noticed how hard it’s going to be at checkout, looking to my left saw no one at the counter in the liquorstore , and asked can I checkout herewith a smile she said yes and I could go out the in side, smiling a said what a wonderful Kroger experienceWell done Kroger well done

As far as a Big chain grocery store goes this is probably one of the best. They carry almost all of the groceries that you will need. The staff is very friendly and helpful, as they are in the food workers Union and get treated very well in comparison to other places like Walmart.

Really enjoy shopping here. That said, their produce is getting a bit lower quality it seems.did get some fish to fry. When I got home, realized the cod had a strong ammonia smell. It had gone bad. So don't trust the meat and seafood.

Deli is frequently closed or has an extremely limited selection. Ordering groceries for delivery and getting half or less of order filled is normal for this location. Substitution availability is rare. Produce is near expiration when purchased. I am forced to go 20 miles away to get groceries in Wilmington. Amazingly the Wilmington Kroger store always has groceries available. Complaints and concerns are never addressed from WCH store. Very disappointing!

Today we went shopping at Kroger's and our experience was great! Thank you to your workers on the floor. In your produce isle I asked one of the works (male) about grapefruit and zucchini, he answered my question and went and got me so.e fresh zucchini!! THANK YOU so much again. Then I needed beef and chicken cubes apparently it was right behind me lol.., all I had to do walk maybe 4 ft., they were great. Thank you for all your help and you now have gained another customer.💗

Called about 11:30 to find out before coming in to do a great deal of shop ping if they carried an one item that was crucial to my recipe and was passed three times after explaining what I needed to the sales representative. Finally I was put on hold and the phone rang, rang, rang rang....and no one came back on the line. Guess they lost my business and I'll have to go elsewhere to buy my groceries. If you claim to be a service oriented business, you have to do much better if you want my money. There wasn't a space to not give any stars if I wanted this posted.

I used to love this Krogers and they moved everything around and it's very hard to find things that should be together. I think it's a buying ploy to make you buy more. I considered not shopping there..still struggling. I said something to one of the older cashiers and she said they have had a lot of complaints but it wouldn't do any good....she said per their management "it more or less is what it is." I wish they would do a survey of customers before they make a corporate decision...after all people can purchase from Amazon pretty much everything needed now days.

the new prescription phone service is horrible. all your phone systems are horrible. they are the hardest to navigate through that I've ever ever experienced. who ever was hired to set it up did a terrible job and should be made to fix it or find another company.

We ordered a ham with click list and it was supposed to be 89 cents a lb. They substituted a 3.29 a lb ham and didn’t honor their we will substitute name brand at sale price policy. This happens time and time again. Krogers store policy is to rip people off on PURPOSE. Hello Walmart here we come.

I love shopping at Kroger's, prices can be a little on the pricey side, but when they have deals, it is absolutely worth fighting the crowd of people. I find it not so busy around 8-10pm. Nice being able to run in and grab what is needed. I would prefer going to Kroger's versus going to Walmart...

I would have given a better rating but 4 the potholes coming in % out. They need 2 cut the blacktop out & start from scratch instead of just patching. Patching only last a week or two @ most.
