The place is very nice. However customer service will be the key to people coming back. The girl taking the orders this morning very unfriendly. Never spoke or helped with product experience. We ordered 2 drinks both were wrong had to redo twice. One was a peppermint mocha hot drink and the other was a medium mocha latte hot. When we finally got our drinks no peppermint taste and the mocha latte was just warm milk. And the wrong size. I will try again because it’s new however your employees need more training and they need to speak to you when we come in. I would suggest name tags also.

The coffee and chocolates are BOTH delicious. They sell whole bean coffee as well as a wide variety of drinks and chocolates. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend! (Tip: sit at the back of the store for a lovely view)

Lovely gem in a small town. Perfect place to stop by and make some memories. They have a variety of coffee flavors and beans available. They have a wide assortment of chocolates at a very affordable price. Their in house latte was delicious, mild and smooth.

I bought my boyfriend chocolates here for Valentine’s Day. The free sample that I had of the dark chocolate melt away was SO good. I was able to pick one of the boxes they had on display and pick which chocolates I wanted to fill it with. I thought this was really neat and more personal versus buying prepackaged chocolates. The price was very affordable and comparable to prepackaged chocolates. They have special nut mixes and chocolate covered pretzels available as well. I also tried their coffee and was not disappointed. The building is beautiful and renovated nicely. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be coming back !

Fact: It is humanly impossible to smell the inside of Winan's and not want a coffee or chocolate.Bonus fact: Winan's is a family business that's been passed between 5 generations, which implies they like what they do and are probably really, really, REALLY good at it, too. That kind of dedication deserves your patronage.

I wanted to buy 3 boxes of chocolates but your prices are too high to justify spending that much money. You also raised the prices of your drinks too so I walked out without buying anything. If you lower your prices you might have more business.

Nice downtown location and nice interior, the lattes on the other hand are not good. They are 90% milk with 7% espresso and 3% flavor. Very disappointed with the quality especially since there are several locations around western Ohio. I expected more.

Fantastic little Chocolate/ Coffee shop. I highly recommend the fresh ground blueberry coffee. It does not taste like a blueberry muffin like I've experienced with other blueberry coffees. Can't wait to go back.

The best chocolates and coffee, lattes, frappes, cappuccinos, etc! Shop is gorgeously restored and kept the beautiful woodwork, shelving and ladders! Wapakenta is a beautiful! You might stop to get a sweet treat and end up spending the day there enjoying the beautiful shops and rich history!

My ice coffee was not cold when they handed me my child’s drink it was messy and dripping I had to go in bathroom get paper towels to wipe it off it was very bad. Bad impression when your ur from out of town don’t think I will recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the store opened later on a Saturday. Had family in visiting from out of town and had a delightful time visiting together in such a friendly atmosphere. The coffee and chocolates were excellent. This is a must visit when in Wapakoneta, Ohio. 👍👍

In two occasions, poor customer service... Girl at register can not make change when given cash. Also my daughter and I there and waited on,older woman asked about area over summer,Amy,and other server ignored and us and catered to her,very rude...
