Extremely clean store. Everything faced. Sadly, like most big box stores, there's no help. Lowes use to be known for their customer service. Not any more. Walked around seasonal for a half hour. Two employees looked my way. None came to help. I guess menards it is.

Lowes, especially the one in Wapak, is probably one of my favorite stores to ever visit. I'm not sure if that's the male qualities in me coming out or if it's from the emoyees always greeting customers with a smile or offering a hand anytime they see you.

Horrible customer service. We went to the store after determining what we wanted was actually in the store. Started searching in the area and could not locate. No employee was around. So I walked around the store and found 4 gentlemen standing in a group just chatting about nothing related to work. I had to interrupt and ask someone to help.Try adding the bin or aisle number online for items so we can help ourselvesKate at checkout has no personality and lacks effort to guide too

Got a brand new washer and dryer. Loved the price with free delivery and installation. The guys who came out to my house did an awesome job. The guy who sold us washer and dryer asked us if we wanted the stackable parts and we replied yes. We never got them and had to go back to purchase them. We live 45 minutes away and just spent a pretty penny. He forgot . I will buy my appliances from Lowes but be careful with who sells them to you. They do get commission from my understanding.

The service to buy my washer and dryer was great. The delivery was mostly ok until they said they couldn't install the new dryer vent hose. I asked why. They said it's because it's running down the trailer. They put on the old, crushed up foil one that was already there, and it popped off not long after they left. I paid someone else to install it, which didn't take long, and I cancelled the "professional team" to come back and look at it. Today, they came knocking on the door and calling many times. The notes they had as an excuse why they couldn't install the dryer vent was something to do with the washer, so that's off. Plus side, the ladies at Lowe's were great when I purchased the items.

I was in there yesterday with my husband and my little girl. I have to say I am very disappointed in this store and I imagine nationwide in the Halloween decorations they put in ISLG. Your demographic is families and people who work on landscaping and home improvements. I witnessed children yesterday covering their ears and eyes and telling their parents how scary it is. You guys have IT up there. He’s a cannibal and kills children. These automatic things and the huge skeletons mummy looking things belong on a haunted house attraction. Our children are impressionable. There’s absolutely no reason that stuff should be in Lowes.Do better.

Shout out to James and Dalton for great customer service! James took his time to answer all of my questions and concerns about a trim and go blind for my kitchen window. He was very knowledgeable and caring. Additionally, I was looking for two matching lampshades and could only find one. This is where Dalton came into the picture. These two young men located a second one for me. Great job guys! Your kindness and service made my day! Thank you.

Loaded 55 bags of black mulch on sale for $2 a bag! Helpers loaded it all. Cashier very helpful and friendly. Store well stocked with plants and flowers.

Very poor service. Had a lock set made for one key in Lima Lowes needed one replaced Wapakoneta said they could not do it. Same kind Lima Lowes sold me and made all one key. Paid for it they told me that they would call me when done never did . Had to go back to Wapakoneta to see about it. They said they could not do it . Got my money back and went to Lima Lowes to get it done.

Friendly and helpful staff. Never had an issue returning something I either didn't like or wasn't working correctly. Basically no questions asked with replacement in hand when I left! They are a dog friendly store too! I absolutely shop here for no reason at all other than to bring my pup along with me! Any employee I have asked a question to or needed assistance finding something has stopped what they were doing and gone above and beyond to help me. This is the kinda store that makes you feel right at home.

Great store. Easy to find. Tyler and Lucy are very good. Outstanding loading over 200 bricks. Tyler is a hard-working farm boy. Lucy was very professional and ran the forklift like a champ. I think Jacob came later to help, he helped me the second day load up more bricks. People like them are why I come back and will always shop this store. Hard to find great young help like these individuals.

Ordered a part for my toilet. Bought and paid online. Had a notification within minutes that the part was in the locker system at the front of the store to pick up. The only complaint I have is there are 2 bright LED lights by the scanner so you cannot scan the barcode on your phone screen. I had to type in a code. If I could scan the barcode on my phone I would’ve given them five stars for this purchase.

The store has good products at reasonable prices. Our experience with the installers they use was quite poor. Our first three installment appointments were canceled less than 24 hours before they were supposed to show up. We finally got frustrated and found our own installers . Then we got a message indicating they had been forced to cancel our installation .Really?? Lowe's installation service should be avoided.

First off i always get good service at the wapak lowes but today i had amaaaazing customer service! First was Regina the cashier up front. So knowledgeable and helpful! Then Logan and Lacy helped us load up an outdoor shed for us. Both very nice and helpful but Lacy was fantastic!!you need more like her! Samuel and Abby came over to help load everything into our truck. Smiling, friendly and being sooo helpful!! I was so struck with how wonderful that they all were that when we came back to get our remaining items ( we couldn't get everything in one trip) that i brought gifts for them! Keep hiring fantastic workers like those mentioned and i will keep coming back! Thank you!!!

When i was a young lad, my father brought me here to buy appliances and supplies for his tinkery. The place has may great products and customer service. I personally enjoy buying paint and watching the people mix it. On one occasion, I was particularly interested on how the paint may actually taste. The liquid looked like chocolate milk and I had assumed that it would taste as such. I took a sip and was amazed by the silky smooth texture. It was the sweet nectar of the gods and I was immediately addicted. I now go to the Lowe's to get my sweet. Most the times I get the chocolate milk, but I also like the cotton candy flavor. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you for opening this magical store and for your time.

I noticed my safe key was a little bent so I wanted to make a copy before it broke. I specifically showed the worker and warned him to “be careful with this, it’s bent and I don’t want to break it.” He proceeds to lean on it against the edge of the tabletop to “bend it back” snapping it immediately. This mistake would have been forgivable, but the shrug and inability to provide me any real solutions besides sort it out with the manufacturer myself was beyond disappointing.

Placed an order for a range out a store in Columbus (Georgevilles Square). My range gets diverted to this store by either Mark or Heather in appliances. They cancel my order and sell it to another. They do a cash reimbursement which I haven't seen because I used my Lowes card. I have yet to see a reimbursement to my Lowes card. 10 days. I've talked to 4 different managers , 22 people total. I have no range and no reimbursement. Lowes takes your credit and uses it . They transfer funds between stores while you pay interest. I'm out 800 bucks with no range for 10 days. I've contacted their financial institutions to be told it's under investigation. My friends do your self a favor and go somewhere else. If their financial institution has to put a company they represent under investigation...need I say more. Truly pathetic in all regards. Lowes And Synchrony financial are 2 companies I will never deal with again. Their customer service is terrible. I'm 51 yrs old and this is only the 2nd complaint I've done in my life. I'm pretty passive. But I had to same something. I dont want anyone to go thru what we have.

Ordered a mower, said it was available Sunday, but couldn't pick up until Wednesday. On weds the woman at the desk, who wouldn't let me complete a sentence, said they have NO idea when it will be there, and I should just call every day. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I'd give negative stars if possible.

Great staff and wonderful service. We recently purchased an entire fence project from Lowe's in Wapak and they made the entire process so easy. We bought it on a Saturday, had it delivered the next Friday and we had return items that were picked up the Tuesday after we installed it. They made the whole process quick and easy when another local big box home store were being difficult to deal with. I will gladly travel 20 miles past our "M" home improvement store to do business with Lowe's in Wapak.
